Overall Experience
Leonardo is having such a lovely experience at Busy Bees Nursery, and we are so grateful to all the wonderful staff who look after him and support him.
Since starting at Busy Bees, Leonardo has slowly been coming out of his shell and getting more confident in his little self. It is so lovely to see him growing, becoming more independent and feeling more comfortable.
The staff are caring, friendly and always supportive, and you can see how much they genuinely care about the children. We really appreciate all their patience, hard work and encouragement in helping Leonardo grow and build his confidence.

We are very happy with Busy Bees and would happily recommend the nursery to other families.

Busy Bees Bishops Drive has been amazing and helped my daughter come on so much. Overall Experience
When Leonardo started, he was an extremely shy boy. The staff have worked wonders, and little by little Leo's confidence has grown. To see Leo grow over the last 2 and a bit years have been wonderful. All the staff have been brilliant from the old director (sorry can't remember the name) to Chloe and Charlotte and especially the team who have worked with him this year.
The graduation was wonderful. To see Leonardo walk down with Summer in front of all the mums and dads, wow. Last year that wouldn't of happened.

Thank you all and I wish you all the best for the future.

Overall Experience
Our family has been part of the Busy Bees for the past 7½ years, with both of our children attending the nursery. Throughout that time, the staff have always been caring, supportive and genuinely invested in the children's development and wellbeing. They create a warm, welcoming environment where the children feel safe, happy and encouraged to learn through play.
Both of my children have built fantastic relationships with the team, and it's been lovely to see how much they have grown in confidence and achieved during their time here. The communication with parents has always been excellent, and it's clear how much effort the staff put into providing engaging activities and giving every child the best possible start.

I would like to say a huge thank you to all of the team for the care, kindness and dedication they have shown our family over the years. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery to anyone looking for a nurturing, friendly and professional setting for their child.

Overall Experience
The new management team has been amazing, and we've seen a real positive change since they took over. Since my child moved into the toddler room, her development has improved significantly. The staff have been incredibly supportive with her potty training, which has greatly reduced the number of accidents she has on a day-to-day basis.

Her communication skills have come a long way, and she now feels much more comfortable and confident in her room. It has been so reassuring to see the positive changes and how much she has grown since starting at the nursery in June 2025. We really appreciate the care, support, and dedication of the team.

My daughter has been in this nursery for the past three months and she's absolutely loving it! She adapted well and I can tell she really likes the staff and comes home happy which is really reassuring for me.
There's very good communication between the nursery and parents. I love receiving updates on the app and have a peak about my daughter's day and activities.

Overall I would recommend due to location, newly build with A/C and big garden area, staff very friendly and helpful, good communication with us and my daughter comes home happy and seems well looked after.

Overall Experience
My son absolutely loves nursery and is always happy and excited to go. He has built lovely relationships with the staff, especially his key person, and knows them by name. He regularly comes home having learnt new words and is making great progress with counting, which is wonderful to see.
The garden is well equipped and used several times a day, giving the children plenty of opportunities to play and explore outdoors. The meals are balanced, nutritious and provide a great variety, helping to broaden his diet.
The staff are professional, caring and work incredibly hard to keep the children safe while making nursery fun and engaging. Their dedication and genuine care shine through in everything they do.

I couldn't ask for a better place for my son. I trust completely that he is well cared for and never worry that he is upset or missing me because I know he is happy and thriving. I am so grateful for everything the team does and would highly recommend this nursery to any family.

My son has been attending Busy Bees since he was around 10 months old, and he is now 3 years old. Watching him grow and develop with the support of the wonderful team has been such a positive experience.
All of the teachers are incredibly attentive, caring, and genuinely loving. They truly take the time to understand each child's individual needs and personality, making every child feel valued and supported.
One of the things I've appreciated most is the regular updates and photos throughout the day. It really helps you feel connected with your child while you're apart and gives you peace of mind knowing they're happy and engaged.
The team is also very thoughtful and responsive when it comes to planning activities. They provide a wide variety of fun, creative, and age-appropriate experiences that encourage learning, development, and confidence.

I couldn't be happier with the care my son has received over the past few years. I would highly recommend Busy Bees to any parent looking.

Our family has had a really positive experience at Busy Bees, and we're so grateful to the wonderful team for the care and support they've given both our son and daughter.
The staff are kind, caring and genuinely dedicated. What stood out the most was the wonderful bond they built with our children. They took the time to get to know each of them as individuals, and both our son and daughter absolutely loved them. Seeing them happy to go into nursery each day gave us so much reassurance as parents.

Our son has grown so much in confidence, independence and social skills, and our daughter has been cared for with so much warmth, patience and affection. The activities are engaging, creative and thoughtfully planned, and it's clear how much effort goes into helping every child learn and develop at their own pace. Communication with parents has always been excellent, with regular updates, photos and feedback that made us feel involved every step of the way.

Our son has been at the nursery, in the baby room, since March 2026. He absolutely loves his time there and more often than not runs in without even waving goodbye. We love that all of the staff, from housekeeping to pre-school rooms know every child and their parents. Our son's vocabulary has come on significantly in his time at Busy Bees, we particularly love that he is also learning some Spanish! Overall we are very happy with our choice to send our son to Busy Bees and would recommend to other parents.

My daughter has been attending this nursery since she was 6 months old and have seen a tremendous and consistent improvement in her development. Ha ing a more constant and permanent key person has helped her a lot.

We've been using this nursery since our LO was 8 months old and he's about to leave for school in September. I couldn't have asked for a better childcare setting for him, all the team have been amazing throughout. They provide clear communication at all time, regularly update you on developments and what's going on in the rooms and the most important thing is they all genuinely care about your child and are the biggest cheerleaders for them when they achieve something or are gentle and nurturing when they're upset. I have recommend Egham to all my friends and will continue to do so. Thank you so much for everything you have done x

My little girl has attended this nursery for over a year and has absolutely loved every minute. She started off a little shy, but her confidence has grown so much and she's always excited to go in each day. She loves the messy play, outdoor activities and walks, and it's lovely seeing everything she gets up to through the app updates. The transition into Bumbles was made so easy, and the staff really took the time to get to know her as an individual. Everyone is so approachable, friendly and welcoming, and it's clear they genuinely care about the children. I couldn't recommend this nursery enough to any parent looking for a caring, happy environment for their child.

Zoel started September 2025 Busy Bees Charlton. She started preschol with Miss Tefu, Anxhelo, Stacy, Rose. Her key worker Anxhela. As a mother Im very happy with the staff and her progress. She learn a lot she has poool experience with friends and key worker. Busy Bees Charlton is a excellent nursery im very happy. Miss Teju is a very professional teacher she help you with everything. Food at Busy Bee is very tasty and healthy. Im very happy for my Zoel and sad sometime shes leaving, the nursey, she will miss everyone Cydney, funmy they very friendly with her. Thank you Busy Bee Charlton.

I am overall pleased with the service, love and care that is provided to the children. So far, two of my children have attended the setting and I intend on returning. When I drop off my daughter, I know she is safe, happy and growing. Upon every pick up, is a gleaming smile on her face and the stories of how her day was. As a parent, we can't ask for more than that!

We chose Busy Bees for our youngest when she was 11 months old because her older sister had a fantastic experience at another location. It was the best decision. Her time here was been seamless with no major issues at all. The staff have treated her with much warm, and her learning and development have truly blossomed. We know she will miss everyone immensely. Thank you all for guiding her through these years - and assisting her in her quest to destroy the world!

An amazing jorney. Our son Daniel has the best time at Busy Bees Charlton. He really enjoyed preschool. His teachers always understood his needs and supported him to thrive. My child has had a positive experience at this nursery. The staff are kind caring and approachable, and I feel confident that his safety and wellbeing are always a priority. I am pleased with the nursery's safeguarding practices and the support and communication provided to parents. I would like him to continue with his potty training while he is at nursery, as he seems to wet his nappy more often there than he does at home. We are making good progress at home, so having the same encouragement and routine at nursery would really help with consistency. I would also like him to have more opportunities to learn and recognise colours as part of his development. Overall I am very happy with the care and support he receives and appreciate everything the staff do.
