Busy bees pinewood has been a breath of fresh air, as a nervous first time mum, dropping my little 10 month boy off at nursery was one of the most daunting things I've ever had to do but because of the friendly and amazing staff I was put at ease straight away. My little one come on leaps and bounds pretty much instantly and he has learnt so much and I do believe this is because of nursery. I am so so glad we made the choice to choose Busy Bees Pinewood as his nursery, we would be lost without the continued support and guidance they give us as parents. Thank you all so much!

Busy bees Pinewood has felt like an extended family from the moment our daughter begun during the pandemic, the wonderful staff made us feel valued and our children safe. Our daughter flourished and it then helped with when she then began school and it came from the knowledge gained whilst with the team. Our son then began and he felt at ease because of seeing his sister going in it's a place of fun, education, love , kindness. We have so much care for the team and how they treat the children as if they were their own which makes going to work so much easier. Busy bees Pinewood are professional and respectful to parents. I wouldn't send our children anywhere else. They really do feel like an extension of the family !

Since my child started busy bees I notice a huge progression on her development and her overall happiness just to go to "school". She loves her teachers and playing with her friends. The staff e ever so kind and helpful. I would 100% recommend this nursery to any parent.

Communication with parents is great, and we always feel kept informed about our child's progress and daily activities. It's reassuring to know our child is in such capable and caring hands. We would definitely recommend this nursery to other families.

I have seen a massive improvement in my child's learning and social skills both at home and nursery and appreciate the support nursery have given to improve our child's learning and development. I feel comfortable having my child attend this establishment whilst doing a full day at work knowing they are having lots of fun whilst learning as well as playing with friends. The nursery and Staff are brilliant and the establishment is well maintained to an exceptional standard.

The fact they have such a big waiting list speaks for itself, they are super! We are on the waiting list for 2027 for baby number 2 already.

The children spend lots of time outside which both of my children have loved.

Kim, the manager, is amazing. If any issues arise, she takes them seriously, makes sure we feel heard as parents, and acts immediately. All of the staff are incredibly friendly, and every time we're at nursery, anyone we pass says hello - it's such a welcoming environment and makes it easy to get to know everyone. A special mention to Holly, Kelly, Caitlin's (x2), Katie, Gemma & Dani

Hand overs are great, we really get to know what he's been up to during the day and it's lovely to be able to continue talking about this at home. Activities are always varied, from reading, songs and arts and crafts, and so much thought goes into them, including linking them to particular national themes, like fire safety day. We really feel that he is school ready and Busy Bees has played a huge part in that. Office staff are always so friendly and helpful and make parents and children feel welcomed from the minute they buzz you through the door. Our second son starts Busy Bees soon and we know he will be so well cared for and love it there too.

My son has been here for almost a year now. The staff are all amazing. So caring and encouraging. I'm able to drop my son in his designated from and the same for collection. I get to see how he settles and I can sneak in for collection and see him in the mist of playing. My son loves being outside, they cater for this with outside play during most weather conditions. Splashing in puddles is even on the agenda. He's adapted to room changes well. Meals are provided however tea is more a snack for my son therefore I also give him tea with us. They provide everything down to nappies if you so wish. The opening and closing times fit well with my job allowing me to do both drops off and pick ups. If I have any issues or concerns I'm always listened to and taken seriously.
