Overall Experience

As a first time mum, trying to pick a nursery felt like a dawning task. As soon as I spoke to Tina and met Kate, any worries or anxiety immediately melted away.
Everything about Birmingham Busy Bees, down to the incredible and thoughtful staff to the amazing facilities, has exceeded any expectations

I had and now, a yeat and a half later, making the decision of sending my son here has been hands down the best decision I have made as a mum. Thank you Busy Bees!

Overall Experience

My son started at Busy Bees when he 1 (just over a year ago). At first he found it hard to settle because he had never spent any time away from me up until that point. The staff were great, and really helped us with the difficult transition. He now LOVES nursery and has great relationships with the

staff and other children. It is wonderful to see what a positive impact it has had on his development. I love seeing regular daily updates and photographs of him having fun with his friends. I'm so glad I chose Busy Bees!

Busy Bees has been fantastic for our little boy. The staff are so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring - you can really see how much they enjoy working with the children. Our son absolutely loves going each day, and it's been amazing to see how confident and happy he is. The environment is nurturing,

Overall Experience

My son was 2 years and nearly 4 months when he started his journey with Busy Bees, which was a little earlier than I'd anticipated but the choice was made to help with further development of his social skills and interactions with others.
The staff have been absolutely brilliant with him from day one.

The managers, key workers and others have all contributed to his learning journey in such a positive way and they are giving him the best care and support that he needs. He is also trying food that he's never wanted to eat at home, so hats off to the chef too!
Nothing is ever too much and the staff are always there for us as parents.
The change we have seen from September to now has been amazing. He loves being at Busy Bees so much, he cries when he has to come home so it was definitely the right choice for us and him.

Overall Experience

Our little one started at Busy Bees when he was 9 months old. He's settled brilliantly, and has developed lovely relationships with the staff and his key workers. They've worked hard to ensure he's happy during the day and now he clearly enjoys himself and loves all the messy play and activities. The

food is really varied. The app is helpful and we appreciate the regular updates and photos of what he gets up to during the day. We're really glad we chose Busy Bees.

Overall Experience

Our child has been attending for several months and has had the most wonderful start to nursery life. The staff are all caring and attentive, and put the children's needs first. Communication is excellent and we couldn't be happier with the activities on offer each day. The food menus are brilliant

and offer a range of healthy food, which our child loves (more so than anything we cook at home!) Having to be apart from our child all day was certainly difficult at first, but the staff have made the transition for all of us nice and easy. All in all, we couldn't ask for better care. Thank you!

Brilliant setting & ideal location, we now have 2 children at Busy Bees (one leaving soon)

3.5 years at Busy Bees Birlingham and we are so sad to be leaving to start school. The staff have been fantastic in every room and we truly believe that our daughter has had the best start in life. Our daughter has been with Busy Bees Birlingham for the last 3 years and it has been a great experience for us & our daughter. My daughter has been at busy bees birlingham since she was a year old. She has always loved her time there and will miss it as she starts school soon.
