My child has attended busy bees since October 2022. It hasn't always been the best journey in terms of management changes and has felt up and down at times. However my child has always enjoyed her time at busy bees.
I can say though that over the last 6 months (or so) I am genuinely impressed by the
changes across the board. New management this time around has made an outstanding difference not only within management of the nursery but also within the rooms. I can speak mainly of pre school as that's where my daughter is and everything is more relaxed, consistent, organised and the learning culture is invaluable. The introduction of the new app has been very good and made everything so much more accessible.
Paperwork is organised and timely.
I have a new baby who is due to start in May and although I don't want to part with him in general! I am more than happy for him to be starting in the baby room at busy bees and start his journey.

Our experience with the nursery has been great. It took a few sessions for my boys to settle in, but the staff were so warm and nurturing. Now they run in happily and go straight to their key workers.


The team provides a good handover, and communication has really improved with the app, keeping us

updated throughout the day. Overall, we're very happy with the care provided.

My daughter absolutely loves going to this nursery and would go every single day if she could! The staff are so lovely and caring, you can tell that they all really love their jobs and what they do each day. They always take such a keen interest in your child, how they are, what they have been up to.
We are always kept up to date with every little detail of our daughter's day and can call/message whenever we need to. Our daughter is always doing a variety of activities both inside and out. Her communication skills are amazing and it's shown by the activities she does at nursery as well as we do at home. The food is always nutritious and there is always something different and interesting to eat each week. Would highly recommend the nursery and the work the Weston Team have put in to look after our daughter. We know she is in safe hands.

My little boy started at busy bees in January and the staff in the baby room are just amazing.
Always provide great hand overs, are very friendly, happy and make me and my son both feel at ease!

Like every mother, u worry about the care of your child, and my boy starting nursery was a big change - but the staff at Busy Bees have been Amazing! Hes settled in perfectly, i have no concerns at all. The app allows me to check if hes eaten, if hes had his nappy changed, but the communication when

I'm really happy the experience my one year old is having at Busy Bees in Weston. Becka and the whole team have been genuinely kind and supportive through the settling in process (which is never easy). The babies room is inviting, clean and full of toys. There is loads of space for the little ones and
the staff are always welcoming. The updates on the app throughout the day is reassuring and every message is responded to promptly. Couldn't ask for more!

Our 10 month old daughter is now 3 weeks into attending Busy Bees in Weston. She has settled in beautifully and has already appeared to become so much more social with people outside the immediate family. We get brilliant updates throughout the day via the app, which are both reassuring and lovely to
see what's she's been up to. The team in the baby room have been fantastic and my daughter appears to have already created a lovely bond with them. So far we cannot fault a thing with Busy Bees and look forward to seeing our daughter there even more with them.

My daughter started Busy Bees in 2022 and has since gone to primary school a confident, happy child. My son now goes and he is already growing in confidence and learning great skills. All the staff are caring and Becka has made some great changes to the nursery as a whole. I love all the updates on
the new app, especially live updates of naps and meals. It great seeing regular pictures of my son, always doing a variety of different activities and exploring new areas.

My little boy was transferred over from the other settling that closed, always a hard transition and the nursery had a bad ofsted report and always makes you feel worried.
When Becka joined the nursery had a leader and valued her staff and created a lovely atmosphere for the children. The children
now have some many learning resources. We were updated with staff training to show measures were put in place. My boy has Down syndrome and staff have supported him with learning and making sure the environment is safe for him. His needs have been taken in to consideration and have adapted parts of the nursery to help with his learning this means with there help he is able to go to main stream school. (Big thank you to his 1:1 support) Heather has helped me through all SEN aspects to support us through our early years stages. Thank you for your support and creating a friendly environment.

Since my little boy has started busy bees Weston-Super-Mare, he has thrived. He went from being so uncertain around new people and not wanting to let Mummy and Daddy go, to running in with a smile on his face. Becca and her team are friendly and inviting. The toddler room team are fantastic. Extremely
patient. Always take the time to give us an update on how our little boy has done during the day and what things he has got up to. The setting as a whole are great at keeping you informed either by phone or on the app which leaves you with a piece of mind your children are in good hands. Would highly recommend.

My child is now 2 years old and has been at this nursery for 9 months, she has become so social and confident.
We get updated on all her meals, nappy changes and sleeps through the day in a timely manner.
My child is always well fed and cared for, she always comes home with lots of art work and
so happy after a day at nursery.
I have noticed such positive difference at this nursery the past 6/7 months following change of management and after previously difficult ofsted review.
All of the staff have always been approachable, honest and keen to learn to do the best for the children and parents they care for.
Such a lovely nursery with a 'home from home' feel.

Since Becka joined Busy Bees in April, I feel the nursery has gone from strength to strength. She has been extremely approachable, honest, and has restored my confidence in the care that my child receives. Becka is personable and gives clear communication which I greatly value. This has made an impact
of bringing a real sense of community to the nursery. It has been lovely to get my son involved with competitions, as well as picking up some of the seasonal linked activities that are always in the reception area. I have noticed the staff seem confident, happy and knowledgable. They implement high quality activities and have formed excellent relationships with my son making his transition to pre-school supportive.
My son is happy, stimulated, and has made clear leaps in his development. Thank you to all of your efforts to make Busy Bees a lovely place to be.

Leaving your little one with strangers can be nerve-wracking, and we did hear a mix of opinions about Busy Bees (Weston Super Mare) before making our decision. However, after our first visit and seeing the positive changes since the new director joined, we've been so impressed. The staff are kind, attentive,
and truly care about the children, and the overall atmosphere feels warmer and more organised.


The nursery offers a great balance of fun and educational activities, and the daily updates on our child's day give us peace of mind. Since the new leadership, we've seen a clear improvement, and we feel confident and happy knowing our child is in such capable hands.We're so pleased with our experience that we'll be sending our other child there as well.

The stuff has been incredible and really made this transition easy stressfree and supportive the entire family and our little one is growing so fast and his development has seen a massive improvement since he started the nursery and it was lovely to see development growing to support by the lovely team
at the nursery From his room leader to kitchen stuff and other rooms staff have all made a massive impact into his Settling in sessions and process through starting the nursery and thank you so much. Me and my partner feel safe leaving our son with the lovely staff That seemed to adore all of the children at the nursery. It's also nice to see the staff track the children's development and growth and help them progress with all of the skills from their community skills there motor and growth motor skills and it's lovely to see them interact so intensely with the children and make the activities something that will fit each child with their needs and their wants and their desires.
