My daughter has now been at Busy Bees for a year. After many tears (from me, not her!), she settled quickly and now loves going in to see her friends and the adults. I really appreciate that she gets to take part in activities I wouldn't have the space or resources for at home, especially messy play.

One challenge I've found is communication - not about my daughter's day, as the handovers are always great and the Busy Bees app is really helpful with photos and comments. It's more around knowing about events or changes within the nursery. A few times I've missed things simply because I didn't know until it was too late.

Overall, knowing my daughter is happy, content, and secure has allowed me to continue working without worrying. I'm very aware that without nursery, I wouldn't be able to do this, and I'm grateful for the care she receives.

As a very nervous first time mum I doubt every choice I make for my son but deciding Picket Twenty Busy Bees for his first nursery was the best choice by far. The baby room staff go above and beyond to ensure your little one is comfortable, settled and loved like their own. I receive so many photos which just makes my days 100x better. I can't thank them enough for helping him grow into the toddler he is now. Management have also been great dealing with any concerns or issues an anxious first parent may have. I am so sad to be relocating and taking him away from somewhere he loves so much. He will miss the staff like they are his family!

Our son attended Busy Bees Picket Twenty from January 2025 until June 2026 and we couldn't have asked for a better nursery. He is autistic and started with very limited speech and communication. From day one, the staff showed him incredible patience, kindness and understanding. They created a safe, nurturing environment where he could grow at his own pace. Over the months, we watched him become more confident, communicate better and enjoy learning. Every achievement, no matter how small, was celebrated. On his last day, I cried while picking him up because I knew I was leaving behind people who had genuinely loved and cared for my son. As a parent of a child with additional needs, that peace of mind is priceless. Thank you for helping our son flourish. We will always be grateful and highly recommend Busy Bees Picket Twenty to any family, especially those with children who need extra support.

Both my sons have been attending this nursery since they were 6 months old. My eldest is now 4 and will soon be leaving for school. I cannot underestimate the great level of care my children have received throughout the time they have been attending Busy Bees Picket Twenty, even after the change of ownership. The staff are friendly, personable, cheerful, engage with the kids and safeguarding is a top priority. They have supported and helped my children reach significant milestones and provided an environment for them that I could never replicate at home. Mum guilt will always be prevalent but the staff at Busy Bees have helped a long way in alleviating it by caring for my children with kindness, patience and compassion. In my opinion, the baby room is incomparable to other nursery settings I visited and one of my main reasons for choosing this nursery was due to the fact they had a set up for naps which was safe, the babies are regularly monitored and child led. Thoroughly recommend.

We love busy bees P20! Our son has lots of fun experiences and food is varied and good. Staff genuinely care about the kids wellbeing and all round can't fault the experience. Love the updates on the app and the pictures from special moments.

We've always felt reassured knowing our son is in such capable and compassionate hands, and we're so grateful for the positive impact the nursery has had on his development. We would highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a caring and supportive setting for their child.

Busy Bees Sutton Scotney has been our best choice for nursery. They supported us amazingly thoug a couple of very challenging times, in ways beyond our expectation. Sarah and team feels like family, not just care providers.

The facilities are great, the learning and development is great and she loves all the food!

My daughter has been attending Busy Bee's for 2 years now. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. She is always happy to go in and I love all the photo's I get throughout the day of what she is up to. They are always having a great time playing in the garden, whatever the weather. She has issues with her speech development and they have been incredibly helpful every step of the way with her personal plan, I have seen so much improvement in her speech because of this. Would recommend as a lovely warm environment for your little one to be in!

Overall: If you are looking for a nursery with a fantastic, heart-led team, I highly recommend Busy Bees Sutton Scotney-just give yourself an extra few minutes for parking!

The nursery has recently undergone some renovations which makes the nursery feel fresh. The only thing I would say is that they could do with some newer resources.

Brilliant nursery, daughter loves it here and always come home happy, often with crafts which we love to see, staff are all so lovely, from first point of contact Melanie has been so brilliant helping us set up our funding and introducing us to the staff and setttoling in our daughter

The staff go above and beyond to make sure my daughter is well looked after and has a wonderful time playing activities and playing with her friends in the garden. She has learnt so much since starting nursery. A lovely nursery. Can't thank them enough!

This is a fantastic nursery. Our little boy started last November and is so happy and content there. The staff are amazing and he loves each morning he spends there. The activities are really engaging and have really helped his development. Highly recommend it.

Best nursery in THE WORLD. Feels like an extension to our family. Very loving caring staff and very personalised interactions with my girls. Can't feel any safer with them! Food is high quality. Building and classroom setup is conductive to learning and safe. Beautiful community activities. Amazing garden.

My child is happy going to nursery. She is learning a lot new things, doing interesting experiments and explores different things. Loves her teacher and children she going with. Coming back home happy.

Magic Tower (busy bees) is faultless. I have had the privilege of both my girls attending over the past few years, my youngest still in attendance until summer 26, we couldn't be happier. The staff MAKE the nursery! Their knowledge, patients, compassion and faultless care bring our the best in our girls. They nurture, challenge and promote learning at every opportunity with their Montessori approach. My eldest has started school with lot of knowledge for reception class already under her belt. They support parents and children alike though the high and lows of life and are never too busy to listen. They understand that your child is your priority and the make it theirs too. I truly believe that they have given our girls, as well as ourselves as first time parents, the best start in life. This setting will forever hold a special place in our hearts.

All the staff are lovely and very helpful. You can really see how much they care for each child.

Our son has been at Busy Bees now for 18months and I am always so impressed with the nursery and the support they give our child. The staff have a genuine care and truly love what they do and you can see it with their bonds with the kids. Management are on top of things, know everyone by first name and what's going on and just such a presence in the nursery. He eats so well, they listen to our feedback and take everything on board to help him grow. He has come on so much at nursery and can't thank the staff enough for what they do. He is always so entertained with the garden, sensory and new activities. Can't fault them at all, so impressed with them.
