Overall Experience

Magic Tower (busy bees) is faultless. I have had the privilege of both my girls attending over the past few years, my youngest still in attendance until summer 26, we couldn't be happier. The staff MAKE the nursery! Their knowledge, patients, compassion and faultless care bring our the best in our girls.

They nurture, challenge and promote learning at every opportunity with their Montessori approach. My eldest has started school with lot of knowledge for reception class already under her belt. They support parents and children alike though the high and lows of life and are never too busy to listen. They understand that your child is your priority and the make it theirs too. I truly believe that they have given our girls, as well as ourselves as first time parents, the best start in life. This setting will forever hold a special place in our hearts.

Overall Experience

The nursery staff have offered a safe place for my daughter. It was hard for her to settle in at first but with staff's continuous patience and support she was able to overcome this.
All the staff are lovely and very helpful. You can really see how much they care for each child.

Overall Experience

Our son has been at Busy Bees now for 18months and I am always so impressed with the nursery and the support they give our child. The staff have a genuine care and truly love what they do and you can see it with their bonds with the kids. Management are on top of things, know everyone by first name

and what's going on and just such a presence in the nursery. He eats so well, they listen to our feedback and take everything on board to help him grow. He has come on so much at nursery and can't thank the staff enough for what they do. He is always so entertained with the garden, sensory and new activities. Can't fault them at all, so impressed with them.

Overall Experience

My son has been attending this nursery since September 2025, starting just before his first birthday, and he absolutely loves it. He has learned so much, and his development has been incredible to see. The staff in the baby room are all so kind and attentive you can truly tell how much they care about

each child and their individual needs. I wouldn't have chosen any other nursery for my son. The team consistently goes above and beyond for both the children and the parents, and we couldn't be happier.

Overall Experience

We absolutely love this nursery, the staff genuinely care about the children and they all make such an effort to really get to know them. A very personable feel and not just a business. Our daughter is thriving and really enjoys going. The rooms are large, bright and airy with lots of activities that

change weekly, rotation of toys, themed weeks to keep engagement high. A lovely garden with toys to play with. Jo and the rest of the staff are always approachable and make time for you. Communication is always clear and up to date with daily updates and images offered.

Great experience to date
My child has been attending since 18 months. With Anjilee they explored themselves and the world, gaining confidence in walking. With Pheobe they've learnt to speak, run, and grow in their confidence and personality. They'll soon be in Bumbles and the little interaction I've

had gives me confidence my little one will have a great time with the people there too.
People who aren't my child's key worker have been great too and I even see the chefs greeting my child on the way in / out.
I have a lot of confidence in the whole team and know my child is getting the best experience being there.

Overall Experience

We've had a great experience with the nursery. From day one, we have felt supported and are confident in the knowledge that our child is in safe hands. The staff are wonderful; welcoming us and our child upon drop off and pickup, and keeping us updated in between. The nursery itself is clean and adapted

well to the varied ages of the children, the staff are clearly experienced but most importantly, passionate about the work they are doing.

Overall Experience

We moved our child to Busy Bees from another local nursery and have never looked back. She has thrived in all the rooms. The amount of space they have both inside and outside is excellent.
Staff retention seems pretty good which I think says a lot about the culture of the place. There are a few extra

special gems that work there I hope the nursery will work hard to keep.
Communication is primarily through their app where you can see what your child has eaten, when they've slept, nappies etc and there is also a weekly newsletter but you can always call them or contact via email as well.
They are open all year round including the week between Christmas and New Year.
The manager is communicative and you can tell she genuinely loves her job and knows all the children by name.
Fees are transparent and typically are reviewed once per year. Funding and TFC is accepted.
There seems to be good variety of meals and they cater well for all allergies

Both of my children love busy bees! It is great to see how much they enjoy their time at nursery and the great relationships they have with their key workers and other staff. They are both learning so much each day - the nursery team are great at creating fun play and learning activities which boost

their creativity and imagination, supporting them to learn in such a fun way. They both love messy play and spending time outdoors and get to enjoy lots of time doing both of these.

Overall Experience

We are delighted we put our daughter into Busy Bees Hatch Warren. She absolutely loves it there, settled in quickly and you can tell all the staff really care for her.
We get daily updates on the app with regards to her food, nappies, sleep etc with the occasional photo and 'snapshot' of how she is

getting on which is lovely to see. The weekly newsletter is great too and lets us know what the theme of the week was.

My daughter, who is 2, loves going to Busy Bees and has been with them since she was 9 months old. The under 2 provision was warm, welcoming and always filled with fun activities. The settling in sessions were a big help and the transition to the over 2s was carefully planned and set at the pace my

daughter was happy with.
Now she is in the 2 to 3 rooms and always goes in happy and is welcomed by all staff; who always ask how she is and if there are any updates they need to be aware of.
The updates on the app throughout the day really help to see what she is eating, if she's slept and the developmental milestones she is meeting. I love getting photos of her playing with her friends and seeing what new skills she has learnt.
All staff are committed to ensuring that the children are safe and it is reassuring to know that there is a clear plan for safeguarding in place.
100% would recommend Hatch Warren Busy Bees!

This nursery is truly exceptional, and I'm so glad I chose it for my son. Since attending, he has thrived, with noticeable improvements in his confidence and social skills. The staff are not only kind and accommodating but also incredibly welcoming and supportive of both me and my child. They use an

app, which allows parents to stay updated on nappies, meals, and activities - a fantastic feature. The management team is equally wonderful, always approachable and attentive. This is a wonderful nursery, with an amazing team - I'm always so impressed when all of them (even the people who don't work in his room!) know my son's name since he started. He's been coming here since he turned 1 and it didn't take him long to settle in. He loves coming here and his development has

definitely been improved by it. They do all sorts of activities that we can't do at home, plus the kids get time outdoors every day. The food seems very good and from his first month he's napped much better at nursery than he does at home! We get lots of updates and photos on the app and it always looks like he's having a great time. Would definitely recommend this nursery

My children, wife and I love the staff here, they are friendly and welcoming every day and form a real connection with the children, which is lovely to see.
My eldest son has received one-on-one assistance with various members of the team in order to help develop his speech. I'm happy to say his speech
