Overall Experience
The new management team has been amazing, and we've seen a real positive change since they took over. Since my child moved into the toddler room, her development has improved significantly. The staff have been incredibly supportive with her potty training, which has greatly reduced the number of accidents she has on a day-to-day basis.

Her communication skills have come a long way, and she now feels much more comfortable and confident in her room. It has been so reassuring to see the positive changes and how much she has grown since starting at the nursery in June 2025. We really appreciate the care, support, and dedication of the team.

Overall Experience
My son has been attending Busy Bees since he was around 10 months old, and he is now 3 years old. Watching him grow and develop with the support of the wonderful team has been such a positive experience.
All of the teachers are incredibly attentive, caring, and genuinely loving. They truly take the time to understand each child's individual needs and personality, making every child feel valued and supported.
One of the things I've appreciated most is the regular updates and photos throughout the day. It really helps you feel connected with your child while you're apart and gives you peace of mind knowing they're happy and engaged.
The team is also very thoughtful and responsive when it comes to planning activities. They provide a wide variety of fun, creative, and age-appropriate experiences that encourage learning, development, and confidence.

I couldn't be happier with the care my son has received over the past few years. I would highly recommend Busy Bees to any parent looking.

Overall Experience
Our family has had a really positive experience at Busy Bees, and we're so grateful to the wonderful team for the care and support they've given both our son and daughter.
The staff are kind, caring and genuinely dedicated. What stood out the most was the wonderful bond they built with our children. They took the time to get to know each of them as individuals, and both our son and daughter absolutely loved them. Seeing them happy to go into nursery each day gave us so much reassurance as parents.

Our son has grown so much in confidence, independence and social skills, and our daughter has been cared for with so much warmth, patience and affection. The activities are engaging, creative and thoughtfully planned, and it's clear how much effort goes into helping every child learn and develop at their own pace. Communication with parents has always been excellent, with regular updates, photos and feedback that made us feel involved every step of the way.

Our son has been at the nursery, in the baby room, since March 2026. He absolutely loves his time there and more often than not runs in without even waving goodbye. We love that all of the staff, from housekeeping to pre-school rooms know every child and their parents. Our son's vocabulary has come on significantly in his time at Busy Bees, we particularly love that he is also learning some Spanish! Overall we are very happy with our choice to send our son to Busy Bees and would recommend to other parents.

Zoel started September 2025 Busy Bees Charlton. She started preschol with Miss Tefu, Anxhelo, Stacy, Rose. Her key worker Anxhela. As a mother Im very happy with the staff and her progress. She learn a lot she has poool experience with friends and key worker. Busy Bees Charlton is a excellent nursery im very happy. Miss Teju is a very professional teacher she help you with everything. When I drop off my daughter, I know she is safe, happy and growing. Upon every pick up, is a gleaming smile on her face and the stories of how her day was. As a parent, we can't ask for more than that!

Overall Experience

We chose Busy Bees for our youngest when she was 11 months old because her older sister had a fantastic experience at another location. It was the best decision. Her time here was been seamless with no major issues at all. The staff have treated her with much warm, and her learning and development have truly blossomed. We know she will miss everyone immensely. Thank you all for guiding her through these years - and assisting her in her quest to destroy the world!

An amazing jorney. Our son Daniel has the best time at Busy Bees Charlton. He really enjoyed preschool. His teachers always understood his needs and supported him to thrive. Teju has been his rock during this time. We thank her for the hours she spend working with him and the bond she built with him. My child has had a positive experience at this nursery. The staff are kind caring and approachable, and I feel confident that his safety and wellbeing are always a priority. I am pleased with the nursery's safeguarding practices and the support and communication provided to parents. I would like him to continue with his potty training while he is at nursery, as he seems to wet his nappy more often there than he does at home. We are making good progress at home, so having the same encouragement and routine at nursery would really help with consistency. I would also like him to have more opportunities to learn and recognise colours as part of his development. Overall I am very happy with the care and support he receives and appreciate everything the staff do.

Choosing the right nursery for our neurodivergent daughter wasn't always straightforward, and there was a time when I questioned whether it was the right place for her. We had some difficult conversations with management, but looking back, I can see they always had her best interests at heart.
I'm so grateful we stayed. Every member of staff has taken the time to understand my daughter as an individual, making her feel safe, valued, and included. They've never compared her to other children or pressured her to meet milestones, instead supporting her at her own pace with patience and kindness.

The nursery has worked closely with us and external professionals to meet her needs, always taking a solution-focused approach. Their genuine care has helped my daughter grow in confidence, and she now loves going to nursery. As a parent, I couldn't ask for more, and I'm incredibly grateful to the whole team for believing in her and helping her thrive.

Busy Bees Bexleyheath has been amazing for both of my girls. All the staff have been encouraging and supportive including the office ladies.
The staff really helped my oldest potty train and she has not had an accident since, they have been encouraging and so helpful. Even to me when things were not going how I had planned for potty training.
I can also tell the staff really like my girls and feel they have a real passion for them to do really well.

The outside space Busy Bees in Bexleyheath has is lovely and all the children can play and have space to run.

We are 4 months into our daughter's journey with Busy Bees and we cannot recommend them enough. They have been prompt with communications via the app and their updates have been helpful. We are greeted at the door with a friendly face which makes us feel welcome each day. We can easily say the best part about our daughter joining Busy Bees has been Myles, the Buzz room leader. He has curated a special bond with our daughter; his care, thoughtfulness and love to teach has struck a chord with her from her very first day. She will constantly mention Myles and is always excited to let us know what they have got up to during the day. His updates via the app and in person have been invaluable with keeping us informed of our daughter's development. His creativity in activities throughout the week and activity packs to bring home is fantastic and we throughly enjoy them. We truly believe that Myles has helped our daughter grow in her confidence and we cannot thank him enough.
