My children have been attending this nursery since 2022. The staff have been brilliant with me and my children. I have grown a good friendship with a few. My eldest have leart so much since being here at a young age. The food they serve the children is so good and made my children try new things and
like it. I couldnt recommend this nursery enough. Its amazing.

Really good nursery who take into account shift work and last minute changes. The staff and manager have always take into consideration our last minute changes which has been a great help for us.
The nursery itself is very good and the staff are very experienced in handling children and bridging them
over from class to class and different changes.
Our children struggled adapting to nursery and changing rooms but staff put in the necessary measures to make her feel more comfortable and it was really reassuring
I would recommend this nursery and we will be sending our other child once they get a bit older.

Deciding which nursery to send our Son to was a very difficult and important decision. We had decided on Busy bees @ Preston hospital after reading reviews / having recommendation's from friends and family and it has honestly been the best decision we have made.
I am very happy and satisified with
the care my son has received since starting back in October 2025. He had settled in really quickly and since starting nursery he is developing really well, he has come on loads, better than I expected!
Management are always very welcoming and warming on arrival. And are always available for any questions / queries I may have.
The 3 ladies who look after him in the baby room are absolutely incredible. I can happily leave him for the day knowing he is being cared for and looked after and is safe.
They always go above and beyond and always show genuine care and compassion towards him which has been very reassuring to me as a 1st time Mum.
I could not recommend Busy bees enough.

From the moment I went to view the nursery I knew from the office staff to the individual nursery workers I would be happy to leave my little boy in their care.
The cleanliness of the nursery, the staff and the organisation stood out above the rest I went to view. As an anxious first time mum I knew
I had to have a personal connection with my boys key worker, and that is exactly what I have. I couldn't be happier with all aspects of the nursery

We have been with busy bees for nearly year now and my child and I have loved every minute of it.
They are absolutely amazing, they always go above and beyond. They love my child like he's their own. You can tell all the staff love their jobs here because they are always so happy and it shows through
the work they do.
They also have their own chef that makes incredible meals for the children everyday too, which all gets uploaded to the app straight away.
I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you Busy Bees Lancaster team.

Special commendation for Claire and her amazing and genuine compassion for our child. Overall however, I am deeply unhappy with our experience, particularly the management and lack of basic standards. Staff and management were consistently unable to explain what the children were doing day to day, what
they were learning, or what curriculum was being followed. Staff appeared to have little understanding of children's learning or development, which was very concerning.
Safeguarding was a serious issue. For weeks, my child had unexplained scratches on the back of their neck that were never reported or addressed. Alarmingly, these stopped immediately after I raised the issue, raising serious concerns about awareness and accountability.
Communication about basic care was unreliable. Staff frequently gave incorrect information about what my child had eaten and, at times, couldn't even confirm whether they had eaten at all. The app updates were often inaccurate suggesting poor record keeping

From suffering separation anxiety from my little boy, him growing up and going to nursery.
The whole team made us feel so welcome, the nursery is lovely and has everything there.
My boy Jack absolutely loves it here, he's come on leaps and bounds and I can't thank all the girls enough, he loves them
so much.
The milestones he's hitting are amazing and I feel at home when I drop him up and pick him up.
A lovely environment filled with lovely people.
Thankyou so much for what you've done for us x

My little girl has just left busy bees to start primary school. She loved her time at Busy bees, making friendships and developing all the essential skills. Busy bees has ensured that she is now ready to embark on this new chapter. Thankyou!
Our little boy is also at Busy Bees were he is offered a
wide variety of meals, which he loves! He has recently transitioned into a new class room which was made easy by staff, providing updates and clear communication. Staff know each individual childs interests and engage them in a variety of activities, including messy play! At all times we are kept up to date on what new skills they are working on with my child.
A fab place to learn and play!

My son has attended the Busy Bees Brooke street nursery for years. We feel incredibly lucky that our son got to experience such a loving, caring, supportive and warm environment to play and grow in.
The nursery always went above and beyond to meet our childcare needs. Both myself and my son were welcomed
with kind, smiling faces everyday and up until his very last day when I asked him... how was your last day ever at nursery???? And he replied "It was the BEST!!"
I think this sums up my sons experience. 100% recommended!!

Busy Bees has been an excellent starting point for my daughter. The organisation and management is fantastic. The staff are really approachable and friendly. The communication and online updates are all excellent. A particular mention to a couple of staff members who have taken really good care of of
our daughter and have made it hard for her to leave! Thank you Busy Bees.

Busy Bees at Lancaster is an outstanding nursery!

Every parent will have different needs.

For us going out to fresh air and healthy menus was one of the reasons we moved our child to Busy Bees from another nursery.

Later, we discovered the Ethos of Busy Bees, the truly hollistic approach to

children and families emphasising British values.

The security measures are high. People who collect have to be approved first. I find this nursery super safe.

Emergencies are managed by protocols and prevent anything serious happening to my children.
Their infective disease prevention is really good.

All staff are wonderful caring and patient. They know all children really well and parents can interact via an app too. Potty training was spot on. Activities are fun!

My children love Busy Bees and made friends for life here. All cultures are included and welcome and their special days celebrated from Christmas to Eid.

Toys are good quality and safe.
Absolutely recommend!

I now have two children at Busy Bees Lancaster and the care, support and lovely friendly/family feel continues to be brilliant. My eldest runs into his room and adores nursery and the adults in his room. Genuine care and knowledge of exactly what they've done that day at handover is brilliant. They
are very supportive of things going on outside of nursery such as my partner working away and my eldest being sad his daddy isn't home. My youngest has settled perfectly and they're really supporting his transition through eating stages etc.
I have recommended their nursery time and time again to friends. I would not dream of sending my children anywhere else!

Busy Bees Brooke Street have been life-changing for our family. Following a traumatic experience at another provider, they supported not only our child, but us as a family, to trust and feel safe in their care. Our daughter has since flourished through nurturing, individualised provision that has allowed
her to develop into a communicative, confident and interested learner who bounces through the doors every morning into the arms of staff who obviously deeply care. We couldn't recommend them any more highly.

We are so pleased with Busy Bees Brooke Street! Our 13 month old son has settled in wonderfully thanks to the caring and dedicated staff. It's clear they genuinely enjoy looking after the children, which makes drop offs much easier. The activities are great - lots of fun and really helping with his
development. He's getting more confident and social. The staff keep us updated throughout the day, so we always know how he's doing. The nursery is clean, well organised and has a great atmosphere. Mealtimes are healthy and varied and they really focus on the little ones well being. Thank you.

Since taking our daughter to Busy Bees Ashton House at age 11 months, its a worrying, daunting experience to put them in someone else's care and supervision. I must admit the team at Ashton House have been nothing short of amazing! They are trustworthy, approachable and completely child centred, which
is everything we could ask for. Their communication is great, I can tell our daughter is thriving in their care and we are very grateful for all their amazing effort, hard work and dedication to the job. Your're all fantastic!
