One of the things I appreciate most is how well the staff communicate with parents. They always keep me updated on how her day has been, what she has been doing, how she has eaten, and any little milestones or achievements. It really makes you feel involved and reassured.

The staff at Busy Bees Nursey at Preston Hospital are amazing with my little boy. They always welcome him with huge smiles and go above and beyond for him. My little boy settled into the nursery so well and loves going twice a week. At first I was worried that a 10 hour day would be too long for him but the staff were very flexible with the routine to help support him. The range of activities is amazing and they always include my little boys latest interests. I feel like my little boy is very safe whilst in nursery and the pictures sent via the app cement these feeling further

2 of my children have attended the nursery. Both have been very well looked after. The staff are attentive and really caring with the children. My younger child has developed significantly, due to the time and input from the staff, to aid his development and I am exceedingly grateful. They have gone above and beyond what was expected. Both children have also enjoyed the outdoor area with all the exciting equipment.

Couldn't recommend Busy Bees enough to anyone.

My little boy has been with busy bees since he was 10 months old, hes now almost 3 and has grown and thrived under the amazing care of all staff at nursery. He loves going everyday to be not only with his friends but wirh the incredible staff especially his key worker. They update us daily with how they have done with food and also share photos and videos of activities they have been doing. My youngest is due to start in 3 weeks and i cannot wait to watch him thrive at nursery with his big brother!

Overall, we recommend it to everyone, as our little one has grown and learned so much this year, and she always goes in with a smile!

As soon as we viewed this nursery we instantly felt comfortable and knew this was the one. Best decision we've made. Our little boy is so happy in his room and has a great relationship with his key worker. He's bonded so well with other staff too because they all genuinely care and make an effort to get to know the children on an individual basis. It's always clean and tidy. They do different activities and there's always the option of outdoor time. It's great that they have the app to keep us up to date as well (not all nurseries do!). Our little boy has come on leaps and bounds since starting here, the staff have been amazing with him. I feel safe leaving him in their care - what more can you ask for? Brilliant nursery.

Busy bees at RPH is a great nursery that is extra convenient for staff working on site. Our daughter has had some additional health requirements and all of the staff have been so attentive in ensuring they meet her needs. Our little one loves going there and it's clear that the staff really care well for her. Would definitely recommend!

My children have been attending this nursery since 2022. The staff have been brilliant with me and my children. I have grown a good friendship with a few. My eldest have leart so much since being here at a young age. The food they serve the children is so good and made my children try new things and like it. I couldnt recommend this nursery enough. Its amazing.

I would recommend this nursery and we will be sending our other child once they get a bit older.

The cleanliness of the nursery, the staff and the organisation stood out above the rest I went to view. As an anxious first time mum I knew I had to have a personal connection with my boys key worker, and that is exactly what I have. I couldn't be happier with all aspects of the nursery

Communication about basic care was unreliable. Staff frequently gave incorrect information about what my child had eaten and, at times, couldn't even confirm whether they had eaten at all. The app updates were often inaccurate suggesting poor record keeping

Busy Bees has been an excellent starting point for my daughter. The organisation and management is fantastic. The staff are really approachable and friendly. The communication and online updates are all excellent. A particular mention to a couple of staff members who have taken really good care of of our daughter and have made it hard for her to leave! Thank you Busy Bees.

Busy Bees at Lancaster is an outstanding nursery!

Every parent will have different needs.

For us going out to fresh air and healthy menus was one of the reasons we moved our child to Busy Bees from another nursery.

Later, we discovered the Ethos of Busy Bees, the truly hollistic approach to children and families emphasising British values.

The security measures are high. People who collect have to be approved first. I find this nursery super safe.

Their infective disease prevention is really good.

All staff are wonderful caring and patient. They know all children really well and parents can interact via an app too. Potty training was spot on. Activities are fun!

My children love Busy Bees and made friends for life here. All cultures are included and welcome and their special days celebrated from Christmas to Eid.

Absolutely recommend!
