She is due to start big school this September, and we feel incredibly reassured that she is ready for the transition, thanks to the independence and confidence the team have helped her build. It gives us such peace of mind knowing she has been in such safe, loving hands. Highly recommend!

My daughter has been attending the nursery for just over a year now, as a first time mum, just like any parent would be, I was anxious about leaving my daughter in the unknown but fast forward a year, she has developed so much, confidence, social skills, knowledge, understanding, language and comes home in a great mood. She's nearly two but the staff have been amazing and are amazing with her, she will hold out her arms in the morning to the staff which makes morning handovers so smooth and easy. I will forever be thankful for the love and care they provide to her, she adores everyone there which brings me so much comfort! The updates I receive throughout the day are reassuring and the photos I receive are heartwarming. Thank you to Busy Bees Quedgeley for being a part of my daughter's early years!

My daughter has thrived since starting at busy bees. She loves the staff and always looks forward to seeing her friends and playing, especially in the garden. She always enjoys her meals and the app is great so I can check her food intake and naps. I love the picture updates I receive through out the day and always feel content knowing my daughter is very well looked after. Thank you busy bees!!

I can see why this was one of the only nurseries in the area with spaces available, pretty much always. My daughter went here for around 18 months. Cried at every drop off. Never had one incident reported, even when she came home with a bruise on her face they basically said "it didn't happen here" when it certainly hadn't happened at home. 18 months without one incident at all seems a bit unrealistic. Not only that but they didn't help my daughter with potty training and said children in nappies take priority. Not sure on the logic here. Other than Kat, Anna Marie and Tash, I didn't think much of the staff. Management were borderline rude, unapproachable and defensive. I received 0 updates when my daughter started, she was so young at that point, I spent the 5 hours worrying about her. Kids left in cots constantly crying themselves to sleep. No special activities, visits, days out. Everything is bare minimum. Still waiting to hear back from a complaint made in October.

Had high hopes for this nursery but ended up pulling my son out on his 2nd settling in session, after seeing how they care for the children, it isn't so great! The rooms are also dull and nothing like the photos. Staff didn't interact with my son at all plus other issues we seen regarding my son and other children. Majority of the children there were crying and not being consoled at all. This was very upsetting to see. We complained to the area manager and she basically implied we were lying and refused to give our deposit back (because she didn't want to, we were told) and then a few days later, we were told any money we paid for the 2 sessions he never actually attended wasn't going to be refunded either! Absolute shambles of a nursery, Take your children elsewhere! Management are liars and just tell you what you want to hear, it's all about money to them. I can now see why they had spaces available compared to any other nursery around. We would never recommend this nursery to anyone.

Busy Bees is the best.

Overall, a brilliant nursery and so grateful and lucky our children have grown up at Busy Bees Wellington Road.

Our daughter has been attending Busy Bees for just over a year now and we are really happy with her development. Staff are friendly and efficient and if and when there are any incidents, we are informed.

Our 3-year-old son has been attending the nursery for two years and he loves it. They do lots of activities every day, take trips out into town and offered my son additional help with his speech, which he has benefitted from. All the way through, the staff have all been friendly and genuinely care about the children. Often throughout handovers, I can tell that the staff really understand my son and his unique character traits. Management has always been a pleasure to deal with. We have a 3-month-old daughter who will be attending next year. Only negative is the lack of parking but honestly, it is rare you are ever held up by another parent, so makes little difference in practice. My son is a vegetarian and has always been catered for with nice meal options. Overall, it is a lovely nursery, can't think how it could be any better.

The only thing going for the nursery is the room staff are helpful but sadly they are being let down by the poor management.

My eldest has been attending Busy Bees Prestbury Road for two years. He absolutely loves it. They provide a wide range of activities and tailor to things that are going on in the children’s lives/their current likes. Communication is very good both through the app and at handovers. My youngest is starting in two weeks and in sure he will have a great experience too.

Our child has a fabulous time at this nursery and has really developed socially during their time here. They are always excited to come and see their friends, tell us great stories about the fun they've had with different carers and friends and what they've eaten that day which has good variety. It was the same when my older child (now in school) went to this nursery two years ago. We've been attending this nursery for over three years now and have seen it develop and improve constantly. I'd totally recommend this nursery to anyone.

- some of the children's rooms have to be used as transit to other rooms, therefore you have parents of other age groups walking through the room, including during nap time.

We are so happy with the overall provision for our children. The team know them so well, and they are always ready to take them on their journey of progression. Our children love the food too!

This is a lovely nursery with dedicated staff who are welcoming and friendly. I like that it's not too big, feels like the staff all get to know the parents and children very well. My daughter has been coming for 2 years, she loves her teachers and has made some great little friends too. The key staff in the rooms work very hard to make the environments fun and engaging, they take great care of the kids, and get to know their individual personalities. My daughter is now in the pre-school room, getting ready for school in September!! The staff are providing a great nurturing mix of early learning education along with all sorts of activities including role play, good old messy play and running about in the garden, weather permitting! The cooks are firm favourites too and she loves almost all the food, I'm often envious myself! The parent app is also handy with regular updates on meal times, learning snapshots & photo's of activities. I'm so happy with the whole experience.

I can only say great things about Busy Bees and the staff at this nursery. I was originally put off sending my twins here due to it being a large chain but after sending them to a local independent nursery and having a very bad experience I have had nothing but positive things to say. The staff are so wonderful with my boys, their days are so structured and I get feedback everyday. Their in-house cook makes them wonderful food and my boys have seconds nearly everyday. Will be sad when they have to go to school. Special mention to the staff in the preschool room. And to the manager who is wonderful and made me feel like a friend when he showed me around.

My little nephew has been at Busy Bees, Quedgeley, for a few months now. As an auntie, I have been very happy to see how much my nephew has grown and developed, you can see a major difference in his social skills since being at nursery. He goes in which a smile and you can see how eager he is to get through the door and he always comes out with a smile! The staff are amazing and so welcoming, reassuring and know what they're talking about. My sister gets daily updates about food, nappies, sleep and even photos sent out of my nephew playing, or what activities are out for the day. There have been plenty of times I have picked him up from nursery and the staff always double check for passwords and if I'm on the collection list, which makes me feel more at ease that my nephew is safe! The manager is so lovely and has always ensured my family that we are able to pop into the office if we ever need anything - so thank you. I've never seen such enthusiastic, caring people. The staff has always been great. Recent issues raised to management were resolved after communicating through formal complaint procedures. Happy with the nursery and would recommend it. I think it is the best one locally to us

Really lovely nursery. The rooms are large and have lots to keep the children entertained. The activities on the app look really fun. The staff and manager are lovely and welcoming. Our two children attend and are always happy and are developing really well. Food seems to be popular too. Would definitely suggest them to other parents.

Our son is due to leave for school in the coming months and we couldn’t thank the nursery enough. He has been at Busy Bees Quedgeley since he was a baby and he has come so far! The team are wonderful and the manager really knows his nursery and the children. We’ve never had a problem and have recommended to friends who have since joined. The nursery is clean, the activities on the app are fab and our son always tells us what he’s been up to, that to us speaks volumes! We are so sad to be leaving but will continue to recommend Busy Bees Quedgeley for years to come!
