On the very rare occasion that we have had an issue, management have been super approachable and responded almost immediately.

Both my children attend Busy Bees Stevenage (3yrs and 15months). They have had an amazing experience and the staff are warm friendly and always accommodating to my child's needs. Staff go over and beyond to cater to each child's individual needs and my children are happy and enjoy their days at the nursery!

Both my children have attended Busy Bees in Stevenage and from the moment I visited when I was deciding which nursery to send my first to, they've been brilliant. From being so well organised through the care and attention they've given my children. The hugs at the start of the morning through to the incredible graduation my first had from there. They have both loved their time at Busy Bees!

We have had nothing but a great experience from Busy Bees Stevenage College. All staff are highly attentive and we get the feeling that they genuinely care about our children's safety and development. We have recommended the nursery to family and friends who have also enrolled their children into the nursery. Communication is excellent, the new app is a marked improvement, the range of food is diverse and clearly a lot of thought goes into planning the menus. The centre director along with all members of staff are very approachable and are able to accommodate any additional requirements or needs our children may require. We cannot speak highly enough of this nursery and we are so happy we made the decision to enrol our children into this centre.

Busy Bees Stevenage is an amazing nursery. My little one started aged 14 months and at the time would only contact nap and wouldn't take bottles. The staff were very understanding and the transition to nursery could not have gone better - we were never called to pick up our child because they were upset. Our child has progressed immensely since being at nursery. The activities the nursery run (including French lessons with a native speaker!) are outstanding. However, what makes the nursery really special is the staff - they are all so caring, engaging and professional. Our child talks about them all the time at home, which is lovely. I couldn't recommend this nursery more.

Great nursery, very professionally run. All staff are really caring and you can tell they love what they do. Staff turnaround very infrequent, only really happens when staff go on parental leave themselves and then return which says a lot about the place as an employer too. Very happy with the nursery and my child loves going. No concerns from me at all.

Busy Bees Stevenage Collage is a brilliant nursery. My son has become a far more confident since joining the nursery from when he was a baby. The skills he has learnt at nursery he implements at home too. I cannot thank them enough for all they do for him.

My son loves his food and always raves about what he has eaten from breakfast, lunch and dinner. They provide a range of different, healthy meals.

I always feel my son's well being and education is their main priority and he is so well looked after. I cannot thank all the staff enough.

In busy bees they take good care of my little one. Being an introvert kid she takes her time with people. They gave the space and also gave her the gentleman push when needed to help her become the confident girl she is. She has made new friends and is independent in many things she does. They do prepare her for school very well.

Our daughter attended Busy Bees many years ago, and we knew straight away that we wanted our son to go there too. Once again, Busy Bees has exceeded all of our expectations, and we couldn't be happier with the care and support our son has received.

From the very beginning, the staff have been warm, welcoming, and genuinely invested in his happiness and development. The team creates such a nurturing and safe environment, and it's been wonderful to see how much our son has grown in confidence, communication, and social skills during his time there.

The activities are always creative, engaging, and thoughtfully planned with the children's development in mind. We also really appreciate the excellent communication from staff, who consistently keep us updated and make us feel involved in his learning journey.

Busy bees stevenage is amazing nursery. The staff are so welcoming and it feels homely when you walk in. My little boy is really enjoyed it and will wave goodbye to us when dropping him off. I would really recommend the nursery.

The little ones are always very happy when they come home, they love their teachers and have made some good friends. They are kept busy and have lots of interactive learning which is communicated and encouraged at home too. We get regular and thorough updates throughout the day and when we come to pick them up. They helped with potty training which was very successful. They have such caring staff who really make an effort when the kids are feeling nervous on drop off.

my son has been with busy bees since he was 11 months old until he's now turning 3 years old. everyone is very welcoming and helpful and very much updates you from time to time thru their mobile app. they are very much very approachable. even if it's a bit expensive, but you are rest assured that your child is well looked after. would highly recommend this nursery to parents.

Busy Bees is more than a nursery, it's a community where children are encouraged to explore, learn, and flourish. Highly recommended!

Brilliant nursery. The staff genuinely care about all the children. My children love it there. The app is easy to use, and I love seeing the special moments pop up. The nursery is clean and bright, and I feel completely comfortable leaving my children there.

The range of activities provided is brilliant, and it is wonderful to see how much his confidence and development have flourished since joining. Communication is always clear and professional, giving us complete peace of mind while he is in their care.

Our kids have shown great development in so many ways throughout their time at Busy Bees; their speech, coordination, especially their socialisation and confidence to try new things. I love when they come home with new phrases or mannerisms they didn't pick up at home, or teach me things I didn't know. Busy Bees have supported them growing their own big personalities!

I have been extremely happy with this nursery for both of my children and i couldn't fault them.
