It's an amazing place for a little seedling to be at. The staff is quite friendly and approachable at all times. So you would always get the confidence that your child is in right hands. There is nothing that I dislike about this nursery. My child is going from last 2.5 years now and have no complaints.
Only suggestion I have is that the activities could be targeted better for each day rather than clubbing all in one or two days of the week. Overall very happy with the way things are being managed at this specific branch of Busy Bee's at Edinburgh Park. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who is still double minded about where to send their little dumpling.

Brilliant nursery! My daughter loves all the activities including art (they have an artist of the month thru learn about) and the wee explorers club where they learn about animals. She's always happy to go and tell me about what she's been up to on her way home. Lovely, caring staff too.

Our son really enjoys going to this nursery and we are very happy with it. The staff are kind, caring and very professional, and they create a warm and welcoming environment for the children. We've been clients of this nursery for nearly two years and are very happy with our experience. The facilities are bright, clean, and well equipped, with three lovely outdoor gardens in a safe area. Free parking makes drop-off and pick-up easy.
The teachers are caring and attentive, and the admin team
is friendly and organised. Our child needs specific care for her skin condition, and the staff consistently support her routine with great attention. They have also been very supportive with potty training, working with us to keep things consistent.
The activities are engaging and varied, and the chef provides excellent, nutritious food.
One small suggestion: last December, we wish all children had the chance to see Santa, not only those attending on certain dates.
Overall, we highly recommend this nursery.

We've had such a lovely experience with Busy Bees.It's a warm, friendly, and safe environment for children. From the very beginning, the staff made both us and our child feel so welcome and comfortable. Team were incredibly supportive during the settling-in period which immediately gave us confidence

Busy Bees Newhaven provides a truly welcoming and supportive environment where children can learn, grow, and feel at ease. All staff greets with genuine warmth and kindness every time, creating an atmosphere that instantly feels safe and comforting. All staff are always attentive, approachable, and
clearly dedicated to the children's wellbeing, which gives us great confidence as a parent. The team puts a lot of care into planning on different daily activities that help children develop new skills while still having plenty of fun. Another fantastic aspect is the Busy Bee app, which is incredibly helpful. It's great being able to see updates, photos, and little notes about our child every few hours. It gives such peace of mind and helps us feel connected to their day, even when we're not there.

Since our boy has started at Busy Bees Newhaven he has grown, developed and flourished beyond what we thought possible.
All staff from centre director to room workers are incredibly friendly and welcoming.
There was a billing issue recently and the nursery supported resolution without any fuss contacting
head office and recitifying the situation.

We couldn't ask for a better nursery experience for our little boy. The level of care and attention he receives is second to none and it is clear that staff really know and understand our child's needs. Activities vary day to day for him and the baby room in which he spends his time is so welcoming

We couldn't be happier with this nursery. My daughter goes in every morning with a big smile on her face, which says everything about how comfortable and happy she feels there.
Her development has been absolutely amazing - we've seen such wonderful progress in her confidence, communication, and overall
learning. It's clear how much care and effort the team put into supporting each child's growth.
I also really appreciate the detailed feedback we receive about her day. We're always kept well informed about what she's been doing, what she's learned, and how she's been feeling. It gives us so much reassurance as parents.
Thank you to the whole team for creating such a warm, nurturing, and positive environment. We truly couldn't ask for more!

The nursery was so helpful when we wanted to start potty training our son, before his little sister arrived they were also AMAZING with helping our son to get ready/excited to be a big brother. From the moment I was greeted at my show round to the moment I left I felt welcomed by the staff any questions I had were answered the atmosphere of the nursery was calming. It was lovely to see the staff interacting with the children with activities but also seeing how they cared for the children
during nap time was great.
I felt the nursery was very clean and warm in temperature.
Following from that at the beginning of the settling in sessions I felt I was not judged for any of my parenting choices I made for my child and the nursery have been great in accommodating any changing needs or wants they have.
Overall I'm glad I chose this setting for my child to be cared in.

My child joined Busybees in August 2025 just before their first birthday and as a first time mum I was very anxious about leaving my child with others that I didn't know. My mind was completely put at ease following a tour and the arranged settle sessions. Our experience so far has been fantastic, the

Our child was at Forest St. Nursery for about 6 months in the 2-3 age room, and we had a great experience overall. She really loved going, made little friends and spent time outdoors every day. Food was great. Management was organised, available and easy to reach. The staff were amazing, friendly, caring,

Great nursery, my son seems to have a great time when he's there. The settling in process was better than I had expected it to be having spoken to some friends about their experiences for their children starting at other nurseries and it didn't feel fast/rushed at all. Staff are great at communicating
whether in person, over the phone or using the app - the app is also great and it's great being able to keep updated with his meals, naps etc through the day. He eats so well and the menu is always full of healthy meals with such a good variety.
