My child joined the nursery about a year ago, and really enjoyed being part of it. The staff are incredibly caring with the children and genuinely want the best for them. The centre manager is also fantastic - very understanding, supportive, and always helpful. My child loves going in every day and never complains; she's always excited to go back.

The staff in the baby room are also beyond amazing. My baby loves every single one of them. They are always so helpful, kind, and ready to answer any questions or lend a hand with anything we need.

What means the most to us is knowing that, while we are not there, she is surrounded by people who care for her with so much warmth and patience. The staff are incredibly attentive, kind and always willing to help. Whenever we need anything, we know we can count on them. They are always there, always approachable and always ready to go

Our two year old has been at this nursery for a year now and I've been really impressed all round. The setup of the nursery is good, they have the kids outside lots when it's dry which I love, they do lots of activities, and the food is very varied. The staff in the Bombo 2 room also helped us with potty training which we really appreciate. The team lead in the room was especially helpful, aiming to replicate home setup as much as possible and suggested using stickers as a reward as they recognised our son really likes stickers - we started doing this at home too and I believe this method of positive reinforcement helped with his potty training journey. Thanks to everyone in Bombo 2 - you've been amazing!

My little girl has attended this nursery for over a year and has absolutely loved every minute. She started off a little shy, but her confidence has grown so much and she's always excited to go in each day. She loves the messy play, outdoor activities and walks, and it's lovely seeing everything she gets up to through the app updates. The transition into Bumbles was made so easy, and the staff really took the time to get to know her as an individual. Everyone is so approachable, friendly and welcoming, and it's clear they genuinely care about the children. I couldn't recommend this nursery enough to any parent looking for a caring, happy environment for their child.

Overall really lovely staff, and management is super responsive and friendly as well! Couldn't recommend more.

I would recommend Busy Bees Newhaven to anyone looking for a warm friendly and encouraging environment for their child. My daughter has been going for just over 2 months now and she can't wait to go in every morning. The staff in the Bombo room are brilliant and really make the whole experience second to none for her.

We were obviously nervous about sending our young first child to nursery, however the staff at Busy Bees made the transition really smooth and welcoming for our daughter who absolutely loves her nursery days. The staff are great with our daughter, she loves the great variety of food provided, has an attachment to the staff in Bombos room and enjoys the variety of play and outings. I've been really pleased with Newhaven Busy Bees over the last two months an enjoy the updates via the app and ability to get in touch this way quickly.

We are really happy with the care our daughter receives at this Busy Bees Newhaven. Our daughter has only been going for a short time but greets staff with a smile on her face each day which is always reassuring. We love how much garden time our daughter gets, and the occasional walk in the surrounding area. The staff are brilliant, they put a lot of effort into coming up with activities and getting to know the little ones. They seem to really care. We are very appreciative of the amount of feedback received each day. The Busy Bees app is great, with updates on how our daughter is getting on each day.

Only suggestion I have is that the activities could be targeted better for each day rather than clubbing all in one or two days of the week. Overall very happy with the way things are being managed at this specific branch of Busy Bee's at Edinburgh Park. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who is still double minded about where to send their little dumpling.

Brilliant nursery! My daughter loves all the activities including art (they have an artist of the month thru learn about) and the wee explorers club where they learn about animals. She's always happy to go and tell me about what she's been up to on her way home. Lovely, caring staff too.

Our son really enjoys going to this nursery and we are very happy with it. The staff are kind, caring and very professional, and they create a warm and welcoming environment for the children. It's lovely to see how much our son is learning and how happy he is there. We would definitely recommend this nursery to other parents.

I was completely reassured by the staff and so glad I made the decision to keep my son here. The team are all great and my son has had an amazing time whilst here

Busy Bees Newhaven provides a truly welcoming and supportive environment where children can learn, grow, and feel at ease. All staff greets with genuine warmth and kindness every time, creating an atmosphere that instantly feels safe and comforting. All staff are always attentive, approachable, and clearly dedicated to the children's wellbeing, which gives us great confidence as a parent. The team puts a lot of care into planning on different daily activities that help children develop new skills while still having plenty of fun. Another fantastic aspect is the Busy Bee app, which is incredibly helpful. It's great being able to see updates, photos, and little notes about our child every few hours. It gives such peace of mind and helps us feel connected to their day, even when we're not there.

There was a billing issue recently and the nursery supported resolution without any fuss contacting head office and recitifying the situation.

We couldn't ask for a better nursery experience for our little boy. The level of care and attention he receives is second to none and it is clear that staff really know and understand our child's needs. Activities vary day to day for him and the baby room in which he spends his time is so welcoming and cozy. I would recommend this nursery to anyone !
