Poor Communication: Management and staff do not communicate properly or transparently about incidents or a child's well-being.

Both my toddlers are at Busy Bees. It has been such a joy to watch them thrive and develop over the past year. The staff are so good with the children especially if the child is upset going into nursery they provide comfort and are good at distraction techniques. Staff also try to help accommodate things like nap timings etc which is such a help for some parents. I really believe they try to give each child individualized care and I would recommend Busy Bees to anyone looking at nurseries for their little one.

My son has been attending Busy Bee's Great Ashby since January 2025 and he's made lovely connections with many members of staff and key workers. He has some allergies and they have been great with those. We get photos weekly of what they have been upto and work with us (his parents) in any areas of development that we raise with them. We are very happy that he attends!

Daughter has been at the nursery for a year now, she started when she was 1. The staff are fantastic and the care is fantastic. Daughter loves it here. We would recommend. Good facilities and a big garden.

As parents we couldn't be happier with our choice to send our son to Busy Bees Mardley Hill. The staff are incredibly friendly and we feel reassured that our child is in good hands when attending nursery. Our son has come on leaps and bounds since he started and always comes home with a big smile on his face!

The onboarding process was great, very informative and I was made to feel really comfortable. The staff have all been lovely and my little one has settled really well! The information and pictures received through the app is lovely to have!

My son has been going to Busy Bees Nursery for over a year now and the growth I've seen in him is incredible, and I truly put this down to how comfortable and welcoming everyone is at Busy Bees. He's happy to ring the bell and walk to his room and waves good bye to me because he knows he's in a safe place! We are welcomed with smiles everyday without fail, and Teddy always has a great day. He tells me what he has learnt and what activities he's done for the day and I love hearing about it as there is so much he does there. Harmony especially has made our nursery journey so wonderful. My little boy has just started at busy bees, mardley hill and is already very happy there. We looked at a few nurseries but none of them seemed the right fit for us. As soon as pulled up to mardley hill we knew it was the right nursery for us. The nursery have been amazing at settling him in and he already recognises the staff members in his room and will respond when you mention their names. All staff are welcoming and friendly and take time at the end of the day to let you know how the day has been and what he has been up to. The busy bees app is perfect for photo updates, what he's eaten and nap times, and is updated throughout the day. Couldn't recommend the nursery enough.

We feel so reassured knowing he's in such a lovely, nurturing environment where he is encouraged to learn, grow and have fun. The team go above and beyond, and we're so grateful for everything they do. Thank you to everyone at Busy Bees Bernard Street for looking after our little boy so wonderfully!

I went from crying at the thought of leaving my child at nursery to now crying because we have to leave due to personal circumstances - and I think that really says it all.

From the very beginning, the staff have been so caring, supportive and genuinely invested in my child. His key worker has been exceptional and has built such a special bond with him, which has given me so much comfort as a mum.

Everyone, from the management team down, takes the time to get to know the children and creates such a warm and caring environment. The nursery is always clean, the app keeps us regularly updated, and the outdoor facilities are lovely.

As a mum who has found the whole nursery journey quite emotional, I couldn't have asked for a better place for my child. We are genuinely heartbroken to be leaving and will always be so grateful for the care, love and memories they have given him.

Busy bees Bernard Street has been the perfect setting for my son. He left for school in September and we were very sad to leave. He's made lasting friendships with his peers and warm and nurturing relationships with the staff. It was the perfect environment for him to grow educationally and socially.

Busy Bees provides everything that little people need to thrive. The children are looked after so carefully and have wonderful experiences; lots of painting, playing instruments and lovely toys. I would highly recommend BusyBees Letchworth.

We picked our son up from this nursery with a visible bump on his head, only to be given completely conflicting stories. One staff member claimed he hit his head on a door, while his key person (third in command) claimed she saw nothing. They then filled out an incident report with a made-up time and zero useful information. When we raised this, the directrice constantly defended her staff instead of taking accountability. The lack of transparency and poor communication made this a very bitter and distressing experience. I cannot recommend this nursery.

We honestly couldn't recommend this nursery enough!

Our daughter has now been at the nursery for a whole year, starting when she was just 13 months old, and she has had the most amazing time. From the very beginning, we have felt so welcomed, supported and reassured, and it's been so lovely watching her grow in confidence and develop into the happy, confident little girl she is today.

We absolutely love the way the nursery is run. The staff are incredible - so caring, kind, attentive and understanding of both our daughter's needs and ours as parents. You can genuinely tell how much they care about the children, and knowing she is happy, safe and so well looked after gives us complete peace of mind.

I genuinely don't have one bad word to say about the nursery. We have had such a positive experience over the past year and feel so lucky that she has had such a wonderful start to nursery life.

My daughter has been attending busy bees since September 2025 and we cannot fault it. Her speech and independence has come along so well, she enjoys seeing her friends each week and the variety of themes through the month is super fun. All of the staff are welcoming and provide clear feedback on her day as well as using the app.

As with any centre, it's down to the people; and BB BS has the very best.

All of the staff at Busy Bees Shire Park have been exceptional in supporting our son since he started with them back in July 2023. They have especially helped us as parents navigate a challenging medical journey with him. Not only that but their care is as if these children are their own. Our son has come leaps and bounds over the last few years and that is thanks to Busy Bees. We would highly recommend them to any parent.
