Busy Bees in an exceptional nursery and both our children have thrived during their time there (2018-2021 and 2023-present).
We have seen the nursery go from strength to strength over the years. The staff are professional and caring and it is a superb setting which allows plenty of free play both
indoors and outdoors.
They organise lots of engaging and enriching activities which are also educational - this week, my child has been telling me all about the life cycles of butterflies. They have been learning about it through arts and crafts, and singing too.
Whenever I visit the nursery, I always notice how calm it is and it is clear the children are happy and engaged. I have visited many early years settings through my job and Busy Bees really does stand out!
I would not hesitate to recommend it to any parent and we are so extremely grateful for the great start it has given both our children.

My son has attended Busy Bees St Michael's mead since he was 6 months old, so for around 4 years now, during his time I have found the staff to be nothing but exemplary, they communicate with us as parents well and share regular updates with how our son is progressing as well as giving us updates on
things that he may be finding difficult. He loves attending nursery and we do not ever have any difficulties in bringing him in, it helps knowing that he is greeted by a familiar face at the door to his room as well as by his peers.

As a nervous first time mum i sent my daughter to busy bee's last year in preparation for starting school this September.
From the beginning all of the staff have been amazing, they have provided reassurance every step of the way! My daughter is quiet and reserved especially around new environments,
they have helped her settle into nursery and she has started to massively come out of her shell in nursery.
She runs out every day with a smile on her face and asks to be picked up later most days which is something i wouldnt have believed if i had been told a year ago.
I have nothing but positive things to say regarding the staff, environment and communication i have received. I look forward to her younger sister starting and having a brilliant experience.

Our child has absolutely thrived at this nursery and genuinely looks forward to going every day, which says a lot in itself. The staff create such a warm, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel safe, supported, and encouraged to explore and learn. It's clear that a lot of thought goes
into both the activities and the overall care provided.
Communication has been excellent throughout our time here. Any concerns we've had-big or small-have always been listened to and addressed promptly and thoughtfully. The team is approachable, attentive, and always willing to help or offer reassurance, which gives us real peace of mind as parents.
We've also noticed how much our child has developed socially and emotionally since starting here. The staff take the time to understand each child as an individual, supporting their unique needs and helping build confidence and independence.
Overall, we couldn't be happier with the care and support our child receives.

We've had a really good experience with Busy Bees St Michael's Mead. The staff are really caring and always take the time to give proper updates at the end of the day. There's one member of staff in particular who's very thorough at explaining what's been going on that day and always gives a really
fair and balanced picture.
The food seems nice and varied, and our child enjoys most of it which is great. It would be nice to get a few more photos/updates, but as our child only goes a couple of days a week it's not a big issue.
Most importantly, our child is very happy there :)

My daughter has been with Busy Bees from 7 months old and is now coming up to 3. We couldn't be more happy with our experience at Busy Bees St Michael's Mead. My daughter has learnt so much and come on leaps and bounds. The team are so friendly, professional and personable and have almost become an

I honestly couldn't have asked for a better nursery for my girls. From the very beginning, the care, attention, and genuine warmth shown by every single member of staff has been incredible.


It's been amazing to watch how much my girls have learned and grown during their time there. Their confidence

has blossomed, their social skills have developed so naturally, and they come home every day excited to share what they've been doing. It's clear they're not just being looked after-they're being truly supported, encouraged, and inspired.


The staff go above and beyond to create a safe, nurturing, and fun environment. They build real connections with the children, and it shows in how happy and comfortable my girls feel. My eldest talks about the staff with so much love, which says everything.


Knowing my girls are in such caring and capable hands gives me complete peace of mind. I'm so grateful for everything this nursery has done for our family. I couldn't recommend them highly enough!

Our little one joined Busy Bees in September, and as first-time parents, we were naturally worried about how they would settle. We needn't have worried! From day one, they have been nurtured, supported, and cared for by the wonderful team at the nursery.
Each morning at drop-off, our little one wriggles
with excitement as a team member comes to greet us. Throughout the day, we feel reassured knowing they are well cared for and that their development is supported through a range of engaging activities.
They love taking part in everything on offer, and it's such a joy to see photos of them playing and learning on the app. As parents, we truly feel that the nursery is a home away from home, and we are so happy we chose it.

We couldn't be happier with our experience at Busy Bees at Hartham. All of the staff are absolutely lovely-so kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. From the very beginning, they made sure our little daughter Maya was perfectly accommodated, helping her settle in with such warmth and patience.
It's
been amazing to see how much she enjoys every single day there. She comes home happy, engaged, and excited, and we've noticed such a positive change in her development. She's become much more interested in activities at home too-whether it's tidying up after herself or trying to eat independently, which has been such a joy to watch.
What we really appreciate is how the team keeps us constantly in the loop with her progress. We always feel informed, reassured, and involved in her journey, which means so much to us as parents.
We're truly grateful for the wonderful environment they've created and the care they provide every day. We highly recommend Busy Bees at Hartham Park.

Diana and her wonderful team are absolutely amazing. My daughter has been attending there since 9 months old. As a first time mum I was so worried initially about leaving her in nursery but they quickly but my mind at ease with their responsiveness , care and compassion. They always go above and beyond
whether it be to look after your child, help with improving their sleep, their diet, milk intake and overall wellbeing.
They are always quick to respond and go above and beyond to help you. Special thanks to Disha, Saffiya Kirini and Lauren who do a wonderful job in the baby room.A particular special thanks also goes to Diana, the nursery manager whose care and love for the children and her job doesn't go unnoticed. I feel safe knowing Diana is a permanent member of staff who has helped transform this into a wonderful nursery. She is sensible understanding compassionate hands-on annd always willing to help parents with any concerns and queries. I can't thank her enough .

I have a very good experience here. Very friendly staff.My daughter enjoys here. They have more exploring kind of activities that my child enjoys. She also loves food served there. She has become more confident after going to nursery

If you are looking for an honest review please read:
I have been visiting almost all nurseries in Hitchin, Henlow, Letchworth area. Busy Bees Letchworth has been the best, ticked all my boxes.
Mandy, who is the director of the nursery is very professional. She is a true leader. People work there
are always careful, professional, friendly and sincere.
They always greet me and my children by name and they know what they like.
They really listen and guide you through parenthood.
Through my children, we had several key persons and each were unique. (Maternal, gentle and thoughtful)
Time to time these key persons, would give me advice and they helped me so much.
Honestly the place is always warm and clean. My children have been looked after well an they loved going Busy Bees Letchworth.

The staff have been helpful since my little one started with them. We get regular updates on her milestones and activities from the app and from handover. Social skills have developed well for our little one, and that's a good thing for us.

My daughter started nursery last September and she was very shy at the beginning. Thanks to the kind and caring staff, she slowly gained confidence and since January she has been going to nursery happily every day.


The team has been incredibly supportive and even helped with potty training, which

she learned within a week. Every day when I pick her up, I can see how well she is looked after and how much the staff care about the children.


Any concerns I have are always addressed quickly, and the communication is excellent. My daughter has a lovely connection with her key person, which means a lot to us. We are very grateful for the care and support they provide.
