I have two children at Busy Bees Norwich Airport, and I honestly couldn't be happier with the care and service our family receives. From the moment we walk through the doors, the team is always so welcoming, friendly, and supportive.

The team consistently goes above and beyond to help our family, and nothing ever seems like too much trouble. Every member of staff is outstanding, and my boys absolutely love going to nursery. It's clear how much everyone genuinely cares about the children and their wellbeing.

The app is always kept up to date with everything from what the boys have eaten to how they've slept and the activities they've enjoyed throughout the day. It gives me complete peace of mind knowing exactly how they're doing while I'm at work.

When I collect them, they're always happy, settled, and excited to tell me about their day. The activities are fun, engaging, and educational, helping them learn, grow, and develop while enjoying themselves.

My child started busy bees Norwich airport a few years ago after moving to a new house. Before this he was with a different nursery but since starting busy bees we noticed such a difference as well as us teaching him things, he also massively progressed whilst at nursery. We have since had another child who now attends and has been for the past 3 months and they both absolutely thrive at nursery, they're both always excited to attend and my eldest would love to be there on weekends if he could! Everyone in the setting is so warm and welcoming and all the staff know the children's names. There are so many different activities inside and outside and always something in the hallway for the children to interact with. I would highly recommend busy bees Norwich airport to anyone!

Whilst I'm unaware of anything worrying, I also can't give an entirely clean pass on safeguarding.

My child has been attending the nursery for over a year now, and I am pleased with my choice. My child is quite reserved and it felt like there have not been any pressure to change, to fit in or be anything other than themselves. If I didn't feel like targets were in line with her best interests, it was a safe space to share my thoughts. The staff always seemed to be accommodating around my child's temperament and preferences, and like they wanted to know my child for who they were. My child's development has been well supported, the food served is nutritious, and I love how much time is spent outdoors, no matter the weather. Yes, it is not perfect - for example, staff changes are quite frequent, there isn't always as much flexibility available as needed in an ideal world, and the app updates can be sporadic. However, on the whole, the nursery and everyone in it always made me and my child feel heard, supported and like it is a joy for the child to be there. Thank you!

My Child has been attending this nursery for 1 year & 7 months.

The staff are amazing, always greeted nicely at the door on arrival. The staff are very attentive, confident and supportive. I always feel they have time for you if you need to discuss anything.

My child has thrived from being here and its so amazing to see the bond hes built with the staff especially his keyworker. He always comes home with lots to say about his day and is super excited about it.

My child has gone through stages of being unsettled at times but the staff always go above and beyond to provide support for my child and myself during these times.

Im not keen on leaving my child with anyone except us (his parents) however I know hes safe, happy and well cared for at Busy Bees.

Elijah has been going to Busy Bee's NNUH for the past 6 months now and me and my partner are so glad we chose here.

Staff are so friendly always greeting you at the door when you walk in, the rooms & outside space are a good size with so much to do and it's really clean too.

They are very good at keeping the app up to date with nappy changes, food, sleep times and photos of our lil man doing painting, colouring and general day to day.

For us though it's the staff that make that place Elijahs had 3 key people and all 3 we cannot praise the amazing work your doing enough you have all made it sucha easy and peaceful transition into nursery and he genuinely loves spending time with them.

He comes home speaking different words, more confident, different skills he's learnt and the main thing is that he's happy so a huge thankyou

Also thankyou to the chefs for their hard work in doing so many different meals and dietary requirements he definitely doesn't go hungry! Keep up the good work!

I can't rate BB NNUH highly enough. My daughter has been there since she was 10 months old and she is nearly 4. I feel that the staff genuinely care about the wellbeing of the little ones. The variety of activities and food on offer are amazing. They nurture personality and key skills. Thank you to everyone, especially those in Grasshoppers x

My Daughter is in Grasshoppers and has the most amazing time, the staff are absolutely wonderful, they're so attentive and supportive not just to my daughter but to our family as a whole. The entire nursery staff are so welcoming, kind and understanding. I genuinely could not ask for more

Very well looked after my son has developed a lot of independence skills and confidence he seems to be a happy boy staff is approachable and informing good on a daily bases if any concerns or changes

We've had a generally positive experience with Busy Bee Nursery and would rate it 4/5 stars overall. Most of the staff are warm, caring, and have supported my child well-particularly with his dietary intolerances, which has been handled thoughtfully and without issue. It's reassuring to know his dietary needs are taken seriously.

My child has enjoyed his time there and has developed well. However, I do have some concerns about the increasing staff turnover. Consistency is so important for young children, and frequent changes in caregivers can be unsettling for them, worrying for parents and affects the overall atmosphere.

I hope the nursery can address these points, as stability and a positive team environment would make an already good setting even better.

My experience have been the best as possible. They really took good care of my children. My oldest child been there happily until go to school. Now it is my youngest there again happy and well treated. I truly trust in this nursery. Is the peace of mind that I need to work my 7,5h without concerns as my son is in good hands.

My son has attended Busy Bees for around 3 years now. Throughout his time there he has flourished! The staff have been excellent at communication and focusing on his individual development and needs, he seems to come home learning something new every day. He has formed friendships there and looks forward to going every time, he speaks fondly of the other children and the staff equally.

I have had both my children at Busy Bees, with my youngest currently in Grasshoppers. My eldest thrived and entered into his first year at school confident, with a love of learning and eager to make friends. Many staff go above and beyond and have always leant in to what my children are currently interested in. My youngest is always happy on pick up and I have also appreciated the care and attention given to parents as well as children as they do not need to check how we are doing but it is valued!

An overall positive experience. Staff members are always welcoming and smiling. Any concerns or issues are addressed quickly and professionally. Every morning, my child is curious to explore the new activities that are being prepared for the day. Keep it up Busy bees!

Our daughter has been in the Bluebells room since she started in January of this year. She now goes into nursery with a great big smile on her face and is always so excited to see the staff at the nursery. The staff are always really supportive of whatever phase of learning she is going through (e.g. helping us reduce her reliance on her dummy). Really would recommend Busy Bees at Norfolk and Norwich Hospital to anyone looking for a great nursery for their child!

My son has been at Busy Bees for over 3 years and they have been excellent. Supporting his development and helping him to grow into a curious and kind little man. There is always excellent communication from nursery whenever there are concerns about behaviour or injury, they are dealt with appropriately.

My little boy joined Busy Bees in January and over the last 3 months his confidence has really grown. The staff are really supportive and caring, and we get regular updates on all the things they do during the day. They have a fantastic menu and it's amazing to see the variety of food he eats each week. It's lovely to see him happily playing when i go to pick him up and to know that he feels safe whilst he is there. The children are kept entertained with a wide range of activities, both indoors and outdoors and i wouldn't hesitate in recommending this nursery to other parents.

My daughter started in September 2025 at 9 months old and she loves going to nursery. She is familiar with her key workers and they adore her. She goes in smiling and has a lovely day. The staff are all lovely and would highley recommend.
