I'm fully satisfied in every aspect, from the staff's kindness and professionalism to the overall environment and the activities they provide. It's wonderful to see my son's progress and development every day and week, and it's clear how much he is learning, growing and gaining confidence. The staff make me feel reassured that he is in safe, caring hands, and I really appreciate the effort and dedication they put into supporting his development. I would highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a nurturing, supportive and high-quality environment for their child.

Our time at Busy Bees Kings Reach has been fantastic and I honestly could not rate it more highly. They do so many wonderful and creative things (E.g. Our time at Busy Bees Kings Reach has been fantastic and I honestly could not rate it more highly. They do so many wonderful and creative things (E.g. "glaston-bee festival" in the Summer, "bee bus" outings, Buzz room "council") that have made each day for our son so exciting. He truly loves going to nursery, and we have seen first hand how much each of our key workers has genuinely cared for him and are interested in his life. He has loved sharing stories of his holidays/welcoming his sibling, and I really feel that each practitioner values every child and family. When concerns have arisen, they have been respectfully heard and acted on so quickly.
I honestly could not recommend Busy Bees Kings Reach more highly and I am so grateful for everything they do.

Severe Safety Neglect: On one occasion, staff allowed my child to keep a toy inside the mouth for almost 20 minutes. This is a severe choking hazard and a complete failure of basic safeguarding. The response was they are not allowed to take it...
We had a deeply concerning experience at this nursery. Severe Safety Neglect: On one occasion, staff allowed my child to keep a toy inside the mouth for almost 20 minutes. This is a severe choking hazard and a complete failure of basic safeguarding. The response was they are not allowed to take it out. We should have filled a complaint and report to regulatory bodies. Sudden Behavioral Changes: Following our time at this nursery, my child's behavior changed drastically and began misbehaving. We strongly believe an unhandled or distressing incident occurred under their supervision that they failed to report to us. Inability to Support Extra Needs: While the nursery technically has the physical equipment for children with additional needs, the staff entirely lack the knowledge and understanding to use it or manage difficult situations.
Poor Communication: Management and staff do not communicate properly or transparently about incidents or a child's well-being.

All the staff at Busy Bees have been absolutely amazing with helping our daughter settle into Nursery and supporting her development, having joined a year a go. At first our daughter would cry on drop off and be emotional on and off throughout the day. We were told by other parents this could go on for months but after only two months of attending only twice a week, drop off was so much better and our daughter went in happily when greeted by a familiar face. Our daughter still won't eat the nursery food but the staff have been amazing and so supportive in encouraging our daughter and trying to find ways to help her. We've gone from complete refusal to now trying foods here and there. The staff have never given up or suggested that they're wasting their time. Our daughter will soon be going up to the preschool room which again the staff have really ensured they are making the transition smooth with a few settle sessions before the big move.

The nursery staff are wonderful, and try their best to care for your child as best as possible considering everything they need to deal with. The overall management of the nursery is poor, head office don't support staff enough and don't consider the impact their decisions have on parents. The nursery management team all left, and it was clear the support from head office wasn't sufficient for the staff who remain. Decisions such as closing the nursery last minute due to the heat wave, changing opening times and repeated instances of not being able to accept your child because there aren't enough staff are just some of the reasons I removed my son from the nursery. Staff are over burdened with the addition of more children but poor consideration of the impact on them. By the time my son left, agency staff out numbered perm staff and there was poor consistency of care. The staff really are wonderful but the manner which head office manages the nursery showed inconsideration for parents.

Both my toddlers are at Busy Bees. It has been such a joy to watch them thrive and develop over the past year. The staff are so good with the children especially if the child is upset going into nursery they provide comfort and are good at distraction techniques. Staff also try to help accommodate things like nap timings etc which is such a help for some parents. I really believe they try to give each child individualized care and I would recommend Busy Bees to anyone looking at nurseries for their little one.

It's been a year since my youngest joint baby room following his older brother who is now in preschool room. It's been a wonderful learning journey for both my sons and I cannot fault anything at this wonderful nursery. The staff in ALL rooms are a delight to work with and show they really do care when updating your child's day. Pick ups can be busy, but the staff always find time to give you an update! All the staff are a credit to Busy Bees and I would recommend this nursery to anyone deciding.
I have confidence in the team knowing my children are in good hands.

My son always runs into the room and feels happy and comfortable. I've previously had other children in this nursery ten years ago and their experience was also positive. I say with confidence this nursery comes second to none!
I would give 10 stars if I could. Seeing our son loving his nursery days, making friends and thriving has been wonderful. Love to see his smile at drop offs and pick ups. The team at Busy Bees Hampton Hargate are just amazing.

We've had a fantastic experience with Busy Bees Wellington Road, Cheltenham, with our two year old son following the Bee Curious framework. It's been wonderful to see his development and confidence grow.

We've had a fantastic experience with Busy Bees Wellington Road, Cheltenham, with our two year old son following the Bee Curious framework. It's been wonderful to see his development and confidence grow. Niamh who has been there for a long time manages the nursery brilliantly, and the staff are excellent, genuinely caring about the children and their development. A special mention to Abbi who works so hard and has recently been helping with potty training. Then, Kerry and Shannon also being so fantastic.
We're really grateful for the care and support they provide and would highly recommend Busy Bees to other families.

Very happy with this nursery! The staff genuinely care about the children. My daughter has developed in all areas and has grown to be so confident and capable. They provide a safe pair of hands and reassurance. Great facilities, delicious food and ample opportunities which are outside the norm such as dancing and drumming lessons! I'd highly recommend.

Both of my daughters have attended Busy Bees on a full time basis over the last 6 years and we recommend it as a nursery to everyone who asks us. The girls have been incredibly happy there and the staff are consistently wonderful. The activities and learning opportunities have been exceptional,...
Both of my daughters have attended Busy Bees on a full time basis over the last 6 years and we recommend it as a nursery to everyone who asks us. The girls have been incredibly happy there and the staff are consistently wonderful. The activities and learning opportunities have been exceptional, including enhanced optional activities like swimming, french, football classes, day trips etc. At mealtimes the food provided is varied and nutritional. The staff always go out of the way for the best interests of the children and the parents, and I have always felt very comfortable with my children being there. My eldest daughter left Busy Bees as a confident and capable child fully ready for primary school, and I fully expect the same for my youngest. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Overall Experience
Both my children have been very happy and thrived at Busy Bees. I love their Bee Curious curriculum, especially Artist of the Month. There is always art work or similar to bring home! A few people have mentioned snacks and meals being quite small, but they are well balanced and nutritious.
