The best nursery experience we've had! My child goes to Busy Bees with a smile on her face every morning, and enjoys the different activities they engage in. Staff is amazing and share updates and photos throughout the day via the parent app. Never had any issues, and would definitely recommend!

After trying another nursery for our little girl to no avail we enrolled her at BusyBees and she loves it! Can not recommend enough. All the staff are great and she is so happy. Not once has she come home crying and she always seems to be enjoying the fun and educational games

Since his first day, my son has had a wholly positive, nurturing + caring experience at Busy Bees. Alongside excellent communication (we get several sets of photos/videos of his learning, socialisation + activities throughout the day, as well as detailed milestone reports) in person + on the app, we
genuinely feel that he is loved + cared for as an individual by the practitioners in his room (baby) + by other staff in the setting, who greet him by name.
I'm always impressed by the range of activities - with thematic messy play + songs linked to their book of the week - + the diversity of the food menu - which he adores + often has multiple portions of. By far, the best thing about Busy Bees is the staff. They really know my son: how to comfort him, to make him giggle and make him feel safe shown by his eagerness at drop off. They go above + beyond for him, but also to keep us as involved as possible so being a working parent feels less punitive + the fees feel like an investment.

My foster child currently attends this nursery and the care and devotion his key worker gives is much appreciated. He has improved in all aspects of learning and each staff member is kind and caring.
The mealtimes are well balanced and staff encourage a fussy boy to try new foods and are very patient
with him. He loves all the creative play and the garden area.
I would 100% recommend this nursery.

My son has been attending Busy Bees Cardiff for over a year now and is absolutely thriving! The staff are fantastic and my son loves them! The staff take the time to build such a special bond with the children.
Hannah and Chloe in the older baby room are great and so informative! My son loves them!
Thank you for taking such good care of him! We love the updates on the app and he gets excited when he sees them in the mornings
The management team is fantastic and always keeping us informed. And we love the nursery as the safety of the children is always put first

I can't recommend busybee's highly enough. My daughter has attended for 3 months now and has settled in amazingly because of the amazing staff.
The staff are kind, attentive, and encouraging and are always going above and beyond. The facilities are great, and I love the wide range of activities available
for the children, both indoors and outdoors. My daughter always come out happy and smiling, and I couldn't ask for anything more

Busy Bees Cardiff Gate is a fantastic facility. I wouldn't dream of sending my children anywhere else. I have some improve on comments below but these are small in relation to the overall score. Definitely would reccomend BB Cardiff gate to parents.

The
outside space is somewhat run down and needs investment so kids aren't constantly filthy.
Food is great but there are vegan/veggie days where almost all kids refuse the food but these days remain on the menu. So you're paying for food they don't eat and they come home hungry.
Care is superb, especially in the lower rooms, pre-school is a bigger ratio to staff so often things get missed which I don't love.
Finally value for money - that goes for any day nursery these days, parents are always priced out.

Busy Bees in Cardiff have been wonderful since our little girl started there. The staff are fabulous and our little is so happy whenever we pick her up. The daily activities are wide ranging and creative. The nursery provide great communication and always happy to help.

Always very communicative and transparent. I feel that my child is stimulated and well taken care of when she is there. Food always seems excellent, they do plenty of activities. They can take my child on short notice at times, and they adapt to my shift schedule which is really helpful.

Busy Bees Cardiff Gate has been an exceptional nursery for our son, and we couldn't have asked for a better place for him to grow and thrive.
The staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in each child's wellbeing and development. They take the time to really understand every child as an individual,
which creates such a nurturing and supportive environment.
He is always excited to go to nursery, which says everything. The team create a wonderful balance of learning through play, creativity, outdoor activities, and social development, and we've seen his confidence grow so much since starting.
Communication with parents is excellent, with regular updates that help us feel connected to his day. The team truly go above and beyond, and it's clear how much they care about the children and families they support.
We would wholeheartedly recommend Busy Bees Cardiff Gate to any parent. It's a fantastic nursery and the team absolutely deserve this recognition.

My daughter has been attending Busy Bees at Cardiff gate for the last three years and we are very happy with the experience she is getting. All the staff at nursery are very caring and approachable. There are a lot of activities that my daughter is involved in every day. She is very happy to go in and

I was so anxious about leaving my child in nursery, I originally viewed this nursery when she was 9 months old and decided against it as I wasn't ready. I went back when she was 20 months and it was the best decision I made, I had nothing to worry about everyone is so lovely and welcoming and I receive

My eldest child attended the nursery from 9 months to 3 years old so attended every one of the rooms, all which brought the same care and dedication. My second child is in the nursery currently, and again I feel like I'm having the same brilliant experience I had with my first.
The new busy bee's app
is easy to use and provides updates throughout the day including food, how much was eaten, sleep duration and even when they have signed in and out of the nursery. Pictures are regularly updated to see what they are up to throughout the day, and the comment and message the room feature has been excellent.
Staff are genuinely invested in the children and making sure they have access to lots of opportunities to develop their play, socialisation and learning skills. Staff are approachable and give good handovers at end of day. Would 100% recommend this nursery!

My child has attended for just over a year, 3 days a week and loves every minute. They complete so many activities that are engaging, educational and varied. Handover everyday is so personal and I love having timely updates on the app. Menu makes me want to have my meals there and they cater for my
child's specific needs very well, which can be complicated. The staff are kind, caring and friendly, making it a priority to get to know the children very well and meet their needs. My child loves the staff and talks about them at home with joy. Communication is excellent from room staff to management and are very approchable. They're robust on safeguarding, security and health and safety matters and I feel very confident in their ability to look after my child. Costs are transparent and fair within the climate. Very happy with Busy Bees Cardiff Gate and would recommend.
