Kind and helpful staff, genuinely attentive to the children's needs. Good communication from the manager, Jessica, who seeks to act fairly and professionally even in the face of parental conflict and sensitive situations. Staff are keen to also help cultivating the children's cultural and family background,
which is important. My only suggestion to them (or to Busy Bees as a company): could it be considered that naps remain a possibility in every room (even pre-school) given their demonstrated importance for the development of children this young? That said, staff at the nursery have a real openness to try and facilitate specific requests, and after asking, our daughter is now given an opportunity to continue having a daily afternoon nap despite being in a room where children don't normally nap anymore - to a noticeably positive effect. Thank you Sophie! To sum up, I feel really glad and lucky that my daughter attends this nursery (and more importantly, she is glad too!).

Having just started at Busy Bees Longbridge we have been made to feel welcomed and put at ease. All the staff are really friendly and this has been shown by how quickly our son has settled in. Our sons needs are quickly met with many varied learning opportunities and advice on how we can further support
these at home too. The use of the app makes us feel like we are still very much connected with him and what he has done each day.

Our daughter started at Busy Bees in Longbridge in September. The team have been so welcoming and supportive from the settling in sessions, answering my questions and calming my nerves, to now, clearly showing an interest in our daughter, her health, wellbeing and achievements. Since starting, our daughter
has started walking and it was lovely to see the staff as excited as we are about her meeting her milestones. Our daughter has settled well thanks to the kind and caring staff and we couldn't be more grateful. Communication through the app is timely and effective. Most weeks we receive at least 1 photo update of what our daughter is doing which is reassuring. When you're a parent, your child is like your heart living and beating outside of your body, so to leave them with essentially people you don't know can be extremely daunting. However, the staff at Busy Bees have been so approachable, kind and caring and are starting to feel like part of our family. So thank you

I honestly cannot recommend this nursery enough. Our child has absolutely loved coming here for 3 years. The staff are so welcoming, friendly and our child loves seeing them on their nursery days. They have been great with updating us with our child's daily activities, accidents, progress when moving
rooms, handovers at the end of the day, letting us know of what's up and coming (i.e photo days, events etc) and coming back to us with any queries we have - basically everything!
We're forever grateful to each member of staff who have helped our child gain the skills to have a great start before they start school from this nursery!

All the staff at Busy Bee's are lovely. They are professional and friendly and i feel confident in leaving my little boy there. The updates on the app are so helpful (especially when they first start) so you know whats going on. I definitely feel like my son is benefitting from being there as his speech

My son has attended busy bees nursery for a couple of years now. He is thriving as a result of attending. He is academically ready for school because of the learning and support he receives. He often comes home and shares what he has learnt with the family.
I cannot recommend this nursery enough.
The staff are wonderful and feedback to the parents every evening. They use an app to keep us updated too and my son loves it. And if he is happy - I am happy.

We've been sending our son to Busy bees for almost a year now and he's been in both of the baby rooms so far. In both rooms I've been really impressed with the staff, the way they care for our son, and how considerate they are, especially when I was so anxious about him starting nursery and how he would
settle. He settled much faster than I anticipated and it quickly became the highlight of my day picking him up and seeing how much fun he's having with the staff and his new friends.
The staff are easy to have an open conversation with and have really taken the time to understand our needs and challenges, going above and beyond to help us with this, whether that's giving extra updates on the app or taking the time to discuss these points during collection.
He's itching to get there in the morning and runs straight in now (sometimes not even looking back!) Which tells me all I need to know - thank you to the team at Busy bees for making it such a fun and safe space for him.

My daughter joined Busy Bees when she was 12 months old. I was very apprehensive sending her to nursery as I was nervous with trusting anyone else taking care of her. However, when I met the staff I was made to feel very comfortable. They were so kind in stressing that I could call as many times as
I wanted to check in on her. They were very reassuring, the app is great where meals, nappy changes, sleep and photos are uploaded. The nursery manager and all of the staff are super helpful. My daughter seems happy and comfortable there which is the main thing. Very glad we chose this nursery.

Our son joined Busy Bees in September 2024 at 9 months old. He seems to absolutely love being here and always has a big smile on his face at drop-off.
He has made so much progress in the few months he's been here and staff have been very supportive in helping him to reach new milestones. At home,
he often shows us the new actions he's learnt to nursery rhymes they've been singing at nursery.
As first time parents, it's also been great having their support and advice when asked.
We regularly receive updates and photos through the app about his day. We love that they have themed days and activites for the children to get involved in.

Busy bees Longbridge is a fantastic setting that is super supportive of our family as a whole. Both of my children have been through busy bees with my youngest now in pre school. He loves his nursery days and is always coming home telling us about the fun activities he's done. There is a wonderful atmosphere
there and they are really encouraging of the children to be become as independent as possible and to make good decisions. The menu is fantastic, my son gets to explore a wide variety of foods that he wouldn't touch at home. They have a brilliant curriculum that I can tell will help him with his school transition this year. Overall our busy beds experience has been wonderful and I will be sad when I have no children there in the not too distant future. Thank you!!

Since starting at Busy Bees, our child has thrived in their fun social enviroment, all staff are brillaint and all facilities are clean well maintained and looked after, security and staff awareness is excellent, if weve had any kind of issues be it at home, with our child, or something to do with nursery,
me and mum have both felt very supported by staff, handovers are always fairly quick clear and informative, we have absolutely no complaints about the nursery and special praise should go to the centres manager, she is absolutely FANTASTIC :) x

My daughter has been attending Busy Bees since January 2023 and loves it there! The staff have been wonderful with her and she has built many great relationships with her key workers - even when we bump into them outside of the nursery setting they always make the time to interact with her. The care
provided is exemplary, and she is enjoying her learning journey. I've always received thorough updates about her day and any thoughts I have about her learning or development are listened to and factored into her activities. Recently my daughter has been diagnosed with food intolerances and the nursery have been very accommodating with these, with the nursery chef even checking in personally to ensure everything was ok and ask how our daughter is finding the change.
We are very happy with our decision to choose Busy Bees, and will be sad when the time comes to bid farewell to her nursery journey.

My daughter has been here since she was a year and half and now she's 3 and she loves it here. She loves the staff, her key workers and she has made friends of her age. It's a friendly environment and they are very supportive. Would highly recommend!

My daughter is 9 months old and has recently started at Busy Bees Longbridge, it's taken some time for her to settle as it's a big change but the staff are lovely and have called to inform me of how my daughter is doing, they've followed her routines and really looked after her during the transition.
The app is great and is regularly updated by the staff with photos and comments on what she's been doing and what she's eaten. Lovely nursery and lovely staff.

It's a very hard decision to trust your child with several complete strangers. However, in the short space of 3/4 weeks the staff of Busy Bees Longbridge have made me feel 1. Comfortable to attend the nursery and express my preferences for my baby. 2) although she gets upset on drop off, I can see and
I am reassured she settles with the friendly staff. 3) i am updated regularly via the app on sleeps, meals & nappy changes with the occasional cute pic at play time. Im also told about our baby's day upon pick up whether she has been fussy or very playful, they are honest about how she has been that day (our baby loves her days at nursery! ). I am absolutely a Velcro mom and get complete anxiety leaving my baby but as my baby has settled into Busy Bees, I myself as a parent have settled with this milestone thanks to the staff & management of Busy Bees.

I continue to be very happy with Busy Bees Nursery in Longbridge. The staff are lovely and always go above and beyond. They tailor activities to the children's interests and needs and my son is really enjoying being in his new pre-school class which is fun and educational. Have already reserved a place
for our second child who is due in a few weeks time!

We have no issues at all with the care provided by Busy Bees Longbridge, Birmingham. Staff is friendly, committed and really engaged with developing our child. Our daughter likes attending to this nursery and she is always full of joy when we collect her.

Hello, my name is Jessica and I am the Centre Director here at Busy Bees Longbridge. I have worked with Busy Bees since 2009, starting as an Early Years Practitioner.


I have a level 4 Qualification and have completed my Level 3 Qualification in Management. I have completed many courses including Safeguarding, First Aid and Food hygiene.


I feel so proud watching the children progress in our nursery in Birmingham and have a fantastic team who provides quality childcare. I am always happy to help and support staff, parents and children.


I look forward to showing families around our beautiful daycare nursery in Birmingham.
