We couldn't be happier with our son's nursery. He is always so excited to go and genuinely looks forward to spending his days with the staff and his friends, which is incredibly reassuring as a parent.


The nursery provides a great variety of activities each week, which keeps things fresh and engaging.

The introduction of the new app has been a fantastic addition-it allows us to see what he'll be focusing on each week, and we regularly receive updates and photos linked to those activities. It's made such a difference when talking to him about his day, as we can have more meaningful conversations about what he's been doing and learning.


Our son has allergies, and the nursery team handle this with the utmost care and professionalism. We are always made to feel that his safety is a top priority, and it's clear they have strong procedures in place to manage and mitigate the risks.


The location is also a huge plus, with a lovely outdoor space that backs onto the park!

We've only been here for 2 months (part-time), but the difference it has made to our little boy - and to us - has been incredible.
At first, drop-offs were really hard, lots of crying - he'd only ever known me. But within weeks he was singing nursery songs at home and asking to go back to "see the
ladies"! Now he runs in smiling for cuddles, and tells me proudly about his day. His confidence and independence have grown so much at home, too.
The app updates and photos are v. reassuring, and the food and activities are amazing. The staff are incredibly kind, patient and welcoming. They made those early weeks feel safe and never rushed us, even when busy.
Special thanks to Rachel, Claire, Sofia, Sue (x2!), - your professionalism is obvious, but in particular your patience and kindness means more than you'll ever know. You made what felt like a huge, emotional step for us feel manageable. Watching the bond you've built with him has been hugely reassuring. We're so lucky!

I am very happy with Busy Bees in Chester!!! My 1st son was going there and now my 2 year old is going. My 1st son had a great experience, he is sometimes asking to go back and my 2 year old son is very happy every morning to go. Their staff is really professional and helpful and I fully recommended!!!!!!

We have experience of five nursery settings in the last five years between moving and siblings but this one has been the best. The staff are exceptional and the communication is excellent. It is obvious they care for the children greatly and my little one is learning lots through the play activities
they set up. I have had no negative experiences yet since my little one started about a year ago.

My son used to go to busy bees since he was 18months old and now my daughter. Team at busy bees in chester are doing great job with the kids. My daughter is so excited every day to go there as she knows will see her friends and will enjoy the play time there with the team.

Our 17 month old daughter absolutely loves going to Busy Bees Nursery in Holmes Chapel. From the very first session, the team made her (and us!) feel so welcome, supported, and reassured. The staff are genuinely caring, patient, and it's so clear how passionate they are about what they do.
Every day
our daughter comes home happy and excited. She is full of confidence and curiosity, we can see the difference this nurturing environment has made over the past 7 months.
We really appreciate the lovely balance of fun, learning, and development and how well the staff communicate with us. The updates, photos, and daily feedback make us feel part of her journey when we are not there.
We honestly couldn't recommend Busy Bees Holmes Chapel highly enough. It's such a warm, safe, and happy place.

Amazing nursery and amazing staff! I was really anxious to send my daughter to nursery as we had spent every day together for over a year, I wasn't sure how either of us would find it. The staff in the baby room, as well as the manager Hollie are amazing. My daughter absolutely loves her key worker
and you can see how much she loves my daughter too. I honestly couldn't ask for any better, they always seem very busy, have lots of fun and do lots of crafts/ activities. They regularly update me with photos which helps put my mind at ease but when she is with her key worker I know I don't have to worry about her.
I would highly recommend this nursery and I'm so glad this is the nursery I chose for my daughter.
