Our little boy has thoroughly enjoyed his time at Busy Bees Chester. The staff are all very friendly, caring, and supportive, creating a nurturing environment where children can thrive. One of the things we particularly appreciate is how much time the children spend outdoors, along with the wide variety of activities provided each day that encourage learning through fun, engaging play. We've also loved receiving the daily updates through the app, which give us an insight into what he's been doing each day. The team's observations on his learning and development, along with practical suggestions for how we can support him at home, have been especially valuable. A special thank you to Rachel, Claire, Katie, Kitti, and the rest of the team, as well as managers Sue and Sofia, for their dedication and care. We've also enjoyed attending some of the parent events organised by the nursery. We would highly recommend BusyBees Chester to other parents.

The staff are lovely and caring. There is a positive learning environment with lots of activities being carried out. They serve food my child loves. My child comes home from nursery happy and I can tell she has been looked after very well. They online app helps the team communicate to parents what they are focusing on week to week.

My daughter loves going, the staff are patient, kind and child focused. She is coming on so well in her development and I feel communicated to and listened to. She has a great relationship with her keyworkers in each room aswell.

Mine and my daughters experience with busy bees has been truly amazing, my oldest daughter was here for nearly 2 years and her little sister has followed and we feel apart of the family, the staff are truly amazing and we feel so safe here. Wouldn't choose any other nursery than busy bees! Thank you so much!

My little boy started in February2026 he was 7 months old when he started so naturally was so nervous putting him in full time but I was so wrong to be nervous this nursery have been amazing so far and I've had no problems. My son goes in so excited everyday and to see is favourite staff member Sharon in the baby room, he absolutely adores her and the rest of the staff are so friendly and amazing even staff from other rooms have always been so welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend this nursery to anyone.

Busy bees have been amazing at supporting my child throughout the various speech and language requirements she faced. We made the decision to put our daughter in full time nursery and her communication improved massively. We noticed a big change. Previously we worried if she was meeting her milestones, now we feel she is similar to children her age and nursery has helped her massively in developing. It is a little expensive in comparison to other nurseries. However despite the expense, our child was able to develop a lot better and for this I am very thankful :)

My son has attended Busy Bees Little Sutton since he was 9 months old. He absolutely loves it. He is thriving and his confidence has come on leads and bounds! The food he eats is unreal, and not always things we would cook at home!!

Since joining Busy Bee's Little Sutton, our little girl has honestly thrived. She is so well cared for, so happy, so well fed and we are really pleased with the staff to baby ratio. Staff are caring, very good with communication and know her so well. As working parents, we feel so well supported and get regular updates of her happy and safe in her environment. As teachers ourselves, we highly recommended this nursery.

We couldn't be happier with our son's nursery. He is always so excited to go and genuinely looks forward to spending his days with the staff and his friends, which is incredibly reassuring as a parent.

The nursery provides a great variety of activities each week, which keeps things fresh and engaging. The introduction of the new app has been a fantastic addition-it allows us to see what he'll be focusing on each week, and we regularly receive updates and photos linked to those activities. It's made such a difference when talking to him about his day, as we can have more meaningful conversations about what he's been doing and learning.

Our son has allergies, and the nursery team handle this with the utmost care and professionalism. We are always made to feel that his safety is a top priority, and it's clear they have strong procedures in place to manage and mitigate the risks.

The location is also a huge plus, with a lovely outdoor space that backs onto the park!

Fab team in both baby room and toddler room my little one has so much fun and is learning so much! Would recommend to anyone. The food is great and we always receive great feedback and lovely photos on the app.

Our experience with Busy Bees has been excellent. It's always a pleasure to pick up our son and hear about the activities he's been a part of, and to see how happy and content he seems with his friends

The nursery is a very friendly and welcoming environment with caring staff who work hard and provide the children with lots of fun and exciting activities. Since starting at the nursery, my daughter has made great progress with her learning and is always excited to go.
