Our daughter started at Busy Bees last August and she's been loving her time here. The staff are so nice and really enjoy being with her, and she has developed loads since she's been there. The communication from the Busy Bees team is great, whether that's either through the app or on the phone. The
food menu is excellent, and Alba's updates on the app make us smile.

We have been using this nursery for over 5 years now for both our children, its like home from home and the staff have fantastic relationships with both of our boys (even the one that no longer attends because he's at school)

Busy Bees Wigston Magna was my first choice to send my eldest daughter too. And she was there for 2 years and the staff made my daughter feel so loved and wanted. They provided the correct care and help that she required. They do alotnof different activities to work on children's gross and fine motor
skills.
I was able to speak them daily for updates on how my daughter was doing and what she had done all day. And it gives me peace of mind knowing she was happy and safe.


And now since Sept 2025 my second daughter is now attending this setting and she is treated exactly the same. She has settled in really well and loves being there.


Definitely recommend this setting.


All staff are so kind and lovely and easy to talk to about any concerns and worries.

I 100% reccommend this nursery to any nervous/anxious mummies like myself. The staff are so welcoming and patient. I trust these lovely ladies and the lovely Ellis with everything in me. Its like having an extra extended family. 2 of my little ones started January 2025. My daughter was 3 at the time
and she had a little trouble settling in and all the staff were so patient and understanding, she ended up excited to go in on her days and Ellis became her favorite person. She has since moved onto school but still loves going to visit when picking up her brother. My son was 2 when he started now hes 3. He started with a major speech delay and has absolutely thrived with the support of the nursery. He is so excited for nursery days and tells me all about his days with enthusiasm. They also helped me seek help from outside sources. My youngest son is due to start in April and I cannot wait to see how much he thrives. The security is great. Prices aint too bad either :)

I moved my daughter to Busy Bees Bitteswell just before her 3rd birthday, and I honestly fell in love with the nursery from day one. From the first morning the staff were welcoming, warm, and reassuring; they already knew my daughter's name, greeted her with smiles, and made her feel comfortable which
meant the world to me as a parent.
The key workers in the foundation room are absolutely faultless. You can clearly see the care, patience, and genuine love they have for the children. They go above and beyond every single day and the attention to detail is incredible. The communication is excellent and I get a true feeling for what my daughters day has been like. It's clear this isn't just a job, they genuinely care for the children.
I 100% cannot fault Busy Bees Bitteswell in any way and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to any parent looking for outstanding childcare.

The staff - Helen and Laura and the other 2 ladies haven't yet captured their names as it's still early datmys, have been excellent and always super thorough at handovers. We're so happy with this nursery! Our daughter has settled in so well, she's learning so much and genuinely enjoys her days there. We were a bit nervous at first, especially as we'd taken her out of another nursery, but the staff were so kind and welcoming. They made the whole transition feel so smooth
