The only thing I would love to see improved is communication and live updates throughout the day. As a first-time parent, it can feel very emotional leaving your child for so many hours without knowing how they are doing. I would really appreciate more frequent updates, ideally in real time or at least earlier during the day, along with an occasional photo or short update showing that the children are happy and doing well. I think this would make a huge difference for parents, especially more anxious ones like me.
Other than that, I truly feel the nursery has everything a child needs, and we are grateful
Fantastic nursery my daughter loves going there and she does so many fun activities and she has really developed since starting. The key workers are wonderful with the children and all staff are so helpful
Busy Bees Chafford Hundred Station Side (Howard Road) is a very good nursery. Seeing my little one so happy when she walks in makes me feel confident that she is in a safe and caring environment. The staff members are all wonderful, and whenever we encounter any issues, they do their best to resolve them quickly and efficiently.
The staff are always warm, welcoming and clearly care so much about the children. We love receiving the daily app updates and seeing photos of her playing, learning and interacting with others throughout the day. It really helps us feel connected to her day whilst we're apart.
Communication has also been excellent; if we ever have any questions or concerns, the team are quick to respond and any issues are dealt with promptly and professionally.
The nursery itself is always clean, happy and well-organised, with such a lovely atmosphere. It's so comforting knowing our daughter is in such a safe, caring and positive environment.
Our experience has been extremely positive. Communication is excellent and the team shows genuine care for the children's development and wellbeing.We appreciate the professionalism, kindness and dedication of the staff.
The staff are warm, attentive, and clearly take very good care of him. We can see that he is kept engaged throughout the day with a variety of fun and educational activities.
We're grateful to the whole team for the care and effort they put in every day.
Once she started attending 4 days per week we have really seen her flourish and develop at such a great rate.
The team are so friendly and we can see that she really loves her time there.
The facilities are great and clean. Only problem is the lack of air conditioning during summer.
I will highly recommend them to new parents
Overall I'm very please with the care my daughter receives there. She is happy to go and likes everyone there. She has evolved so much. The staff and management team are great. My second baby will attend too.
The Busy Bees team are absolutely fantastic with my child, he went from a boy who wouldn't want to eat around other children to loving eating and playing with other kids , the way they care is like nothing I have seen before they are all absolutely fantastic!
We have had a great experience at Busy Bees. My son has been there almost 3 years and is very happy there. The staff are a real credit to Busy Bees and we're thankful they have taken such good care of our boy.
My daughter started at the nursery when she was 1, and at first I was really nervous about leaving her, however the staff were so supportive, friendly, and it was evident from my daughter's response that I had nothing to worry about. She settled in so nicely and has never cried when I leave. The staff keep me updated regarding any activities or concerns which is so helpful, and the app is such a great tool to keep up with what she is doing whilst at nursery. My daughter really does enjoy her time at nursery and often says all her friends names which is lovely to hear. Thank you to all the staff at Busy Bees Howard Road for your care, support, and positivity each and every day!

The nursery overall is very welcoming, inviting and there are always a wide variety of toys/activities set up daily for the kids with great outdoor space.

An outstanding nursery. My little boy really enjoys his time here on a daily basis. The nursery teachers are lovely and so caring, the nursery is clean, all food is made on site by wonderful Dave and his team. I am always updated by what my son has done in the day and if I have any worries I know I can talk to the team and I am listened too. Tarin is amazing, very flexible and understanding. I am so happy I have found a nursery that my little boy loves, puts me at an ease and would highly recommend!
We have had a pleasant experience with the nursery and staff thus far. They have always accommodated our requests and been friendly over the years. Our child has been thriving in a well run, fun and warm environment. We couldn't be happier.
The staff are all so lovely and kind. Every time I collect my daughter, they're doing something fun - dancing, playing, and even creating new hairstyles for the little ones.
Our daughter has learnt so much and she's advanced on a lot of things, she's always coming home with new words or a new song to sing to us.
I honestly can't fault this place and would highly recommend it to any parent looking for a caring and fun nursery environment.

My daughter has been attending nursery for around 6 months and she has really enjoyed it. She is able to independently eat with the support of nursery and her vocabulary has really improved as what we are teaching at home nursery are following in the curriculum. My daughter has made friends and really connected well with the staff.
The food provided is healthily a varied and my son always looks like he enjoys it as he eats really well

Hello, my name is Tarin, and I am the Centre Director here at Busy Bees Chafford Hundred Station Side.
I have worked for Busy Bees since 2005 where I was a level 2 practitioner. I gained my level 3 at Busy Bees and was promoted to Room Manager, Senior Room Manager then to Assistant Centre Director and became a Centre Director at the Drake Road Chafford Hundred Centre in 2012. I have managed and supported many nurseries during my career at Busy Bees and am very excited to manage the team and families here at Chafford Hundred Howard Road.
