My child clearly enjoys his time here and his key workers are always so happy to see him.

My daughter Absolutely loves coming to this nursery. I was slightly apprehensive about her starting as she was very picky who she would go to but she settled in instantly she created a safe strong bond with her key worker which put our mind at ease. We look forward to photos and updates from the app
and receiving an update at the end of the day. I absolutely adore the staff and the attention and care they give my daughter.

I'm very happy with Dartmouth Circus my son has attended since he was 9 months old and is almost 3 now. I am incredibly happy with the progress that he has made. He is confident and has a love of learning thanks to the support and love from the staff. There is a lovely welcoming atmosphere in the nursery
especially during the workshops, we asked grandparents to attend the Christmas workshop and they expressed how much they enjoyed taking part. Management is always available to help with any queries and always does their best to support families. I have a daughter who will start later on in the year and I'm sure that we will have another positive journey as the staff do a great job of building positive relationships and getting to know the individual needs of each child.

My child has now spent over twelve months at Busy Bees and during that time she has flourished. From the begining until now I have seen her confidence grow. Her interests and hobbies are always supported within the environment and she regularly comes out chit chatting about the latest book on our drives
home. The range of activities and play help stimulate her and develop her knowledge of the world around her. I took a long time deciding on a nursery for our daughter and a year on I am still so happy with our choice.

I have 2 children attending the nursery and they are doing really well. They key worker is very important and my kids have bonded well with them, although, the care is being provided by everyone. With some people they have bonded more than others. Overall, the staff are supportive, plenty of well planned
out activities and variety of toys/ play time.


The facilities are good as there is plenty of space for kids to move around and go to the outside garden.


Children receive prepared meals on site and can make dietary requirements when requested.


I like that there is flexibility to book additional sessions when needed.

As a very anxious first-time parent, sending my daughter to nursery felt overwhelming. Looking back now, I can't believe how far we've both come - and that's entirely thanks to the incredible staff.
She started at 11 months and was a very attached baby who struggled with unfamiliar people, but the
team were so kind, patient and understanding. They didn't just help her settle - they helped me settle too. Every worry was listened to, every question answered, and I always felt supported and reassured.
Thanks to their nurturing care, she settled quickly and now eats well, plays happily, naps peacefully and comes home full of giggles. She's grown so much in confidence.
Every member of staff is wonderful - including the apprentices - proving that experience doesn't matter when genuine care shines through. She is happy, settled and thriving, and we're so grateful

My daughter recently joined beginning of January, she settled in amazingly from day 1. All staff are so kind, welcoming, patient and what I was expecting to be a scary, worrying and emotional transition was made so smooth and easy by them. She looks forward to going in each day. Our son has been at Busy Bees since the end of September last year and we have already noticed so much progress with his development - physical skills, emotional and social skills. After an initial start of him being unsettled due to it all being new to him, he quickly became very settled there and
really enjoys going to nursery now. The staff are lovely and so helpful. There's so many activities for them to be involved in. The app updates are great at keeping parents informed of their day. Would definitely recommend this nursery.

Our eldest has attended Busy Bees Kings Heath for over 2 years and he has absolutely flourished there. The staff are so kind and supportive and are really thoughtful, particularly when creating activities based on the things he likes. He particularly loves the story of the week and singing time!
Our
daughter recently started at nursery in the infant suite and the staff have been incredible with helping her adjust to a new routine. She had a fantastic bond with her key workers and she's very happy at drop off which is a great sign!

Our Daughter has been attending nursery at busy bees St James since October 2024. So far we have received a fantastic service. When she first started she was very shy and cried each time she was dropped off. She was also a very fussy eater (just turned a year old when started). The staff have made a
fantastic effort to include her in activities and have built wonderful relationships with her. Not only is she now happy to attend but she runs to staff in the morning excited to start. She's now eating regular meals with the other children which I know Mobeen has made a very special effort with. The chef has made meals especially for her to ensure that she eats. The garden space is amazing and staff ensure that the children go outside for some fresh air everyday. We are so happy with the service at busy bees St James and we would definitely recommend to others!
