I cannot recommend this nursery enough. Every single member of staff has been excellent with my son, he suffered terribly with his social development due to the covid lockdowns as we barely even saw family and it was impossible to get him to go to other adults, even grandparents. With kindness and patience,
everybody here has helped him to gain more confidence. He asks almost daily to go to nursery now! He also seems to really enjoy the meals and snacks provided and I'm really surprised and happy with the variety of food he actually sits down and eats! I genuinely have nothing negative to say.

Amazing nursery ran by lovely staff. I have had overall 6 years of being a parent of my children in this nursery and couldn't of been more certain where I wanted my youngest to go following the result of my eldest that went there from being a baby throughout to preschool. I was reassured and kept in
the loop of everything my kids were doing and how they were adapting. I was helped with potty training and am very confident in that again. That staff are brilliant and are there for you and your children. They also allow flexibility around you and help with any difficulties to ensure your needs are met. I love my children being a part of this nursery. If your looking for an exceptional nursery do not hesitate.

This is the best nursery I could have chosen for my little girl. It is always an anxious time choosing a nursery especially when it was within covid restrictions and you were unable to stay with your child to settle at the settling sessions. However, I could not have asked for a better welcome into
this nursery.
Each member of staff is friendly, they know your child, show such care and compassion and truly know my little girl. The dedication the staff have to their job is amazing. They work so hard to make my girl's experience of nursery life a joy.
The management is friendly and approachable and nothing is ever too much trouble. Everyone always has a smile.
The cooks provide a wonderfully balanced menu and one with such variety. What an amazing job they do.
Overall, I cannot fault anything on this nursery. I honestly love walking through the doors knowing my little girl is developing from the enriching environment this nursery provides.

My little one has been at nursery from 8 months old and has been in all of the rooms. I've got to say that every single room offers the same excellent level of love and care. Every member of the team are lovely, it has such a nice feel and I knew from the moment I walked in this was the right nursery
for us. I remember being impressed with the nursery manager not only knowing all of the names of all the children but the parents too - it was very personal. I would recommend this nursery in a heartbeat my little one loves to go and has bonded so well with all of the staff.

We sent my eldest boy here when he was younger and now we send our youngest and all I can say is it has got better and better. The staff are so polite and friendly and would do anything they can for us and have the kid's best interests at all times. The place is immaculate since it has been refurbished
and the children love the fish tank. Really couldn’t ask for anything more from the girls/team.

The staff are fantastic and genuinely care. Communication is great and receiving updates on the app throughout the day is really helpful too. As a parent of two children with a range of allergies, they have been very supportive and the cooks have been amazing at making alternative food for my children.
My boys love going and have formed a strong bond with their key worker.

All 3 of my children have attended Busy Bees with my younger two still attending. The staff here have always been amazing, warm, welcoming and friendly nothing is ever too much trouble. They are nurturing and my children love going. The care, the food, love and attention they receive is amazing we feel
at ease. The I-Connect system is brilliant and I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone. The staff really are amazing. So happy we chose this nursery for my children.

Our little girl has developed brilliantly at this nursery, the staff have always been welcoming and our little girl is always stimulated and taken care of brilliantly. The activities are engaging and the food served is nutritious as well as varied which is great for introducing new tastes and textures.
The way they’ve continued to work through various lockdowns has been fantastic and incredibly safe, our little girl looks forward to going to nursery every morning.

The nursery is fantastic in our experience. Our son started in the baby unit right at the beginning of lockdown, however the nursery and staff have made the last year effortless for us. Despite all of the challenges everyone faced, he has settled in really well and has thrived since starting. We had
come on so much since starting. We have experienced three rooms now and in each one the staff have been lovely. Nothing is ever too much for them and they have the children’s best interests in everything they do. They have accommodated our routines and also took on board anything we have asked in relation to our sons health.

Kids 1st at Ingleby Barwick is an excellent nursery that my daughter has been attending for the last 2 years. The staff are great with the children and I feel very comfortable with my daughter going to the setting. She absolutely loves going and the setting is gorgeous too. They have made sure the children
are safe during the covid pandemic and I know my daughter is safe. Highly recommend the nursery. I looked around a lot of nurseries, and work in a nursery; I wouldn't have her anywhere else.

Such a great nursery. The staff are friendly, professional and great with the children. I can totally relax leaving my son there knowing he will be really well looked after, well fed and most importantly have fun. It is such a comfort knowing he is in such a happy place whilst I am at work. The communications

I could not recommend more highly. This nursery has been amazing and has helped our little boy to develop so much. During the pandemic in particular, when we had no other child care, this nursery has bent over backwards to accommodate us. Every single member of staff are welcoming, approachable and

I couldn’t ask for a better nursery for my daughter. I was a bit nervous to send her to nursery as this is my first child but I couldn’t have asked for more from the staff. I love the app where my daughters meals, sleep and pictures are put on and I get to see what she does every day. This is nice when
her mum is usually the one who does the pick ups and talks to the staff. The staff are brilliant and so accommodating. My daughter loves going, she’s now twenty months and had been going since she was nine months old, she loves all the staff and talks about them at home. I really can’t recommend this nursery enough!
