We were absolutely satisfied with Busy Bees, they were super helpful with getting rid of nappies, settling into new rooms and every challenge our child had to tackle. We love the nursery soo much, our second child will go there as well!

Our little boy has absolutely thrived at Busy Bees in Hampton and we couldn't be happier with the experience. We have seen wonderful growth in his confidence, social skills and communication whilst attending. The staff have always been so great with not only him but the parents too, excellent communication
and supporting apps to track his days and development milestones. We are grateful to everyone at the nursery for such a great experience.

I have 2 girls at busy bees and I cannot explain in words how good the team is. My first girl couldn't speak at 2 yrs and this is when she joined busy beed. She has had so much improvement and her confidence has sky-rocketed.
My second join at 9 months and there is such a clear growth from how she
feeds, sings sing-along, she now walks and has a few words already.
I highly recommend Busy bees.

My daughter has attended this nursery since October 2024 when she started at only 4 months old. With a lot of apprehension leaving her at such a young age, all the staff and management were extremely reassuring and caring not only of my daughter by also myself and my partner as parents. My daughter
is now 14 months old and and she has met so many milestones within the nursery, sitting alone, rolling, crawling, walking, babbling and even began her weaning journey with them too. I cannot fault the staff for how they have cared for our daughter and supported her learning and development we will forever be grateful for all they have done and continue doing for her.

My daughter has absolutely thrived at this nursery. From the very beginning, the staff have shown her so much care and attention, and it's clear how much they genuinly enjoy being with the children. She settled in quickly and always looks forward to her days there

Wow just wow.
I have 3 children in Busy Bees Hampton and I cannot express enough how hardworking and dedicated each and every staff member is to every child's development. They are all so happy, friendly and approachable and my children adore it here.
I personally wouldn't put my children anywhere
else, having previously used other nurseries in the area I can tell you non compare to the care we receive here.
I highly recommend this nursery if you are looking to put your child/children in a setting who truly puts the needs of your child first

Our daughter started Busy Bees in April and settled extremely quickly with care and support from the staff. She loves attending nursery and clearly has a wonderful time every day and is always happily playing when we collect her. She is well cared for and has had good support in settling in, getting
used to routines and toilet training. Her favourite thing is food(!) and she is provided with a large variety of healthy foods each day including lunch options she wouldn't otherwise get to try. Staff are lovely and welcoming, office staff all greet her by name and are friendly and warm to all families. Going to nursery has helped to build independence and confidence, our daughter is comfortable at nursery and has the same happy personality at nursery the same as she does at home. Staff are also very attentive and supportive of families and easy to talk to should you have any concerns. We are very happy with our choice of nursery.

The staff try hard but the 'pre-school' offering is poor. The business is very 'profit before children' focused and this shows.
Having had my children there since 2019 it's clear the management levels and quality have declined and the children have suffered for it.
My children were safe but development
and enrichment were virtually non-existent.

The Hampton, Peterborough is excellent, the staff and my son's key workers are great. It's lovely to see from the app photos of what my son has been doing during the day. He always seems to enjoy the good selection of food and the staff are always here to help us with individual needs. Would highly

I enrolled my two children at The Hampton Day Nursery since July 2024. The oldest just transferred to primary school. During her time at the nursery she always seemed happy when we picked her up and talked about the friends she made. The youngest one smiles when he enters his room as he is welcome by
the teachers and already made new friends. Overall, the staff are very supportive with our requests and takes action immediately. My partner and I are very happy with the progress our children have made.

The nursery have been so supportive to my child and to myself this academic year. Very understanding and helpful. When there has been an issue the problem has been taken seriously, investigated and dealt with within 24 hours. Honest and trustworthy staff. The support I have received personally has been
above and beyond. I can not thank the nursery enough. The setting is well-equipped, clean and tidy. The staff for the rooms are fantastic with the kids. Lots of fun and engaging activities appropriate to the stages of the development of every child. In September 2024 my child will be starting their final year at this nursery, before starting reception. They are in the best setting to prepare for the move into primary education.

I have 2 children at Busy Bees The Hampton Day Nursery, they both love it. They talk about the staff as if they are their friends. The menu varies every day with some amazing choices that you wouldn't expect from a nursery or school. They have both learned an incredible amount from the practical and
playful activities led by the staff and it's really put them in a great position when they move up to primary school.

I would like to take the opportunity to thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking care of my daughter over the last 3 and a half years. She has grown into a wonderful little girl, full of confidence, self-assurance, and happiness, and Busy Bees have played a massive part in that. Her academic
skills that she has learnt particularly in the last year are unbelievable and I couldn’t be more confident and proud of her to be so ready for school. Her social skills and friendships she has made within the nursery have been a very special part of her journey also.

My daughter has been attending since she was four months old and adores her key worker who is a credit to the nursery. When some members of staff are in the baby room I feel completely at ease with them meeting the day to day care of my baby. My daughter's key worker listens to any concerns/suggestions
about my daughter's milestones and has always encouraged and helped her reach them, she treats my daughter like her own. Any worry I may have ever had instantly leaves me when my daughter see's the team.

We have had an extremely positive experience ay Busy Bees switching our daughter from another nursery to Busy Bees for her final year running up to starting 'big school'. They have made us all feel very welcome and comfortable, being professional, friendly and understanding staff. We would definitely

My little man has been at this nursery for 5 months now, and he’s developed into a very social happy little person. The staff is amazing and caring and full of joy. They are very competent and give me complete peace of mind when I leave my son to them for the day. I pick him up a very happy baby.
They
adapt to each child and encourage development at the child’s own pace.
I cannot recommend this nursery enough.

My daughter who is now in reception really enjoyed her time there. The pre-school prepared her thoroughly for school and she built some great friendships with both staff and children. The staff were quite personal with her and she really loved them. Playful enough to communicate with her yet firm enough
to teach her. My son who is currently in the pre-toddlers class loves it. He is there full time and I have no reservations whatsoever. Whenever I have concerns I speak to the responsible staff and it is resolved quickly. The management staff are very approachable and ready to support. Sometime last week there was a traffic jam that caused hours of delay. A lot of children had to stay beyond the closing hours and I was impressed with the way the nursery handled the situation. My son was well taken care of, given more food, etc and didn't feel the additional time at all! The staff were flexible and stayed beyond their normal hours with smiles on their faces! They are a fantastic bunch!

My son has been going here for several months. At first, he was relatively introvert (nothing wrong with that) and he is also an only child.
Since he has been at Busy Bees, he has had excellent attention from staff and interacts well with other children.
You know when your child is happy? When he
puts his comfort towel and dummy to one side, before running into the nursery room, happy to see the people there.
He has been developed really well. He is there full time, which equates to almost half of his waking week and we (my wife and I) feel comfortable with each person who takes care of him. Excellent, healthy food. Nappy changes. Observations. Friendly and warm staff from the floor and into the management office.
As parents, we also feel welcome there in a genuine capacity.


Only very recently, we encountered atrocious traffic jams around the Peterborough area and the nursery was kept open for him later than normal. Our son was well looked after. Outstanding support.

Job Title: Centre Director Joined: 2021

Hi, my name is Alex and I have worked with Busy Bees since November 2021. I originally started working in Childcare as an apprentice and worked my way from Level 2 to then gaining my Level 3 qualification. I joined the Busy Bees team as the ACD here at Peterborough, and since then I have achieved a lot within the company, I was given the opportunity to take on the Centre Director Designate role being able to support a variety of different centres to achieve the highest standards of care and education, this has given me a wide range of tools and experiences to use moving forward. I have recently returned to the Peterborough Nursery to take on the Centre Director Role and this time, with my beautiful Baby Girl. Since having my Daughter I have found myself embarking on the same journey as all new parents do and have seen the visible importance of their nursery journey as well as all the important milestones to be achieved during their Early Years. I see myself to be a very hands-on leader and enjoy coaching and guiding the staff team to join me with ongoing enthusiasm and love for their roles. As a result, I will be making it my ultimate goal to ensure that all children within our nursery are receiving the best quality of care and education throughout their journey here at Busy Bees allowing them to have the Best Start in Life.
