Where to start?! I will start with my eldest daughter, she started at Busy Bees at the age of 4. She started last year (2022) she was in a previous nursery but that didn't work out. We heard many things about Busy Bees and gave it a shot. Well, we fell in love with the nursery! Amazing, wonderful, caring
staff that helped my eldest feel so at home and comfortable and loved. She's now in big school and still goes on and on about how much she misses nursery! Now my youngest started at the age of just 8 months old. I was so sceptical with being her age but that was short-lived! The fact that my little one doesn't care that I'm there and doesn't care when I'm going just says how much she loves the place! She feels comfortable and safe. Amazing staff for the littlies too! Just doing a special shoutout to some awesome people in this place, the early childhood educator, the centre director and another member of staff. There are others I have seen and spoken to. Just go to this nursery, you won't be disappointed!

All the staff at Busy Bees have been very attentive towards my son. He absolutely loves going to nursery and interacting with the staff and other children. His favourite thing to do is to be outside in which they enable as much as possible. Seeing the pictures of him learning and exploring is lovely
and you can see the hard work that goes into all the sensory and learning activities. Thank you to all who look after him.

It is sad to write this as I had a previous review from a year ago about how good this nursery was. But it has gone downhill so quickly with all experienced staff having left. We had no idea who was looking after our child and he was really not happy. We left when we realised how few staff were left
- people would leave without us being told. And my child's development started to go downhill because there weren't enough experienced staff to do activities with him. We realised how much it had affected us when we left after 2 years there. He has been so much happier since moving.

A fantastic nursery offering my daughter lots of key skills for moving forward into school. Every day there are new activities and updates on the app which is fantastic for seeing what she is up to.
Thanks to all the great staff at Busy Bees.

My daughter loves going to Busy Bee's and I feel reassured every morning when I drop her off that she is in the best possible hands. All of the team there have created a happy, friendly and caring environment. Throughout the day I'm updated via the app as to what she is doing, eating, sleeping etc.
along with photos of the various activities she gets involved in. Thanks to everyone there!

My son has been at Busy Bees for over 2 years and has loved it. I've been very impressed with the care shown, the educational opportunities planned for him and the experience he has had. All the staff are professional, friendly and caring. My son has learnt so much at Busy Bees. I couldn't ask for more.

My daughter loves going to preschool so much. She is happy and confident going in and sad to leave. She learns so much whilst she is there and we love seeing her development from activities done at preschool. The girls that look after her are so kind, caring and fun. Our daughter loves them, we couldn't
ask for anything more!

Busy Bees teachers and management are very friendly and helpful. They communicate very well with parents on your child's daily activities by using the App which we find very helpful and feels like you have been there with your child. We have seen a huge improvement in our child's development and speech.
Thank you so much for the hard work you all do every day.

Both my girls love coming to Busy Bees. My youngest has just started and I worried about how she would react to such a big change, but I needn't have worried. The staff have been so great at settling her and she now loves nursery as much as her older sister who has been coming to nursery for 2 years
now.

Both our children have thrived at Busy Bees, growing in confidence and ability. The staff really take the time to get to know each child and tailor their care to their needs and personality, rather than your child just being one in a crowd.

My child has been going here since 6 months old, great relationships between child and carers have been built over the past couple of years, good communication and if any problems someone has been readily available to discuss and resolve for us.
Great transitions from room to room, varied meals and
snacks, friendly and supportive and great for advice.
Amazing activities based upon children's Interests and plenty of time outdoors too.

My son started when he was one and will continue to stay all the way through to school age. The staff are all amazing and trustworthy. I feel very relaxed knowing my son is kept safe while he’s there. The activities they plan are great fun and my son is always learning when doing any of the activities.
The food is always well planned and in-line with nutritional guidelines for children. Overall, it was the best decision we made was sending our son there. Couldn’t ask for any more from a nursery. They go above and beyond expectations.

My daughter has only recently started at Busy Bees at Weston Super Mare. It has been a tough time to leave our daughter in a nursery and feel relaxed however this experience could not have gone better for us. The staff at Busy Bees have been outstanding. The managers are always visible and accessible
if needed. If we have had any queries we have always had instant responses whether that is via email or telephone. The Baby room staff are all friendly and very welcoming. Pick up and drop off are informative and have helped our daughter settle well. Our daughter is clearly settled and having a wonderful time as she is always happy to be left and goes into the Baby room happily. Would highly recommend this setting to other parents.

My daughter's been attending Busy Bees at Weston Super Mare for around 6 months now and I can’t begin to explain how much her learning has come on since she started. She started when she was 8 months old and she loves going, all the staff are lovely and you can tell they really care about the children
they are looking after.
If you do have any queries or questions the staff/managers are happy to help and are really welcoming and friendly. We were only going to put our daughter in to nursery 1-2 mornings a week and now she’s going every day. I really can’t fault the nursery at all. Best decision we ever made.

My son is so happy with the teachers and the kids in the nursery. He has a favourite teacher and he loves her so much that every day he can't wait to leave the house to go to play in the nursery. I can say that all of the staff are amazing and I'm very happy that my son is in this nursery. He learned
so many things from there.
I want to say a big thank you to all and to my son's teacher who he loves so much. You make my son so happy.

My daughter has just started at the nursery and all the staff made the settling in process as stress-free as possible. She is now in her 5th week and has settled so well, she even puts her arms out to her key person as soon as we enter the room. I hear all about the fun things she has done during her
day through photos and when collecting her at the end of her sessions. I feel safe and confident leaving her. I thank all the staff for their time and patience with my daughter, she already enjoys nursery very much.

Hello and welcome to Busy Bees in Weston-Super-Mare, my name is Becka and I am the Centre Director. I have worked in Early Years for over ten years and within that time I have achieved my Level 5 in leadership and management in Early Years, Level 2 in Play Work and Level 3 Early Years Education. I have worked across different settings in managerial and leadership positions throughout my career, and have gathered lots of experience working with various age groups.

During my time working in Early Years, I have collated a wide SENCo knowledge and have a passion for supporting children to be the most confident version of themselves. I believe this is the most important stage before any child embarks on their journey to school.

I enjoy working closely with my staff team, promoting a whole team approach and ensuring that children are provided with the best possible learning opportunities and play experiences at the setting.
