Overall our son seems very happy at the nursery. The group he's moved into helped improve his speech and he has made some new friends. The nursery are slowly helping us with potty training but we're aware it is difficult with a lot of children so think he is unlikely to be asked often if he needs a
wee.
We had a bit of disruption with staff changes and things seem to have settled a bit but we were seeing different staff everyday and each week. We have very little communication with his key worker which is a bit disappointing but others seem to know him well.
He loves being outside which they do everyday and often during they summer. He has enjoyed learning the nursery rhymes, singing them at home and has been practicing his counting.

Busy Bees Horsham has given both our children a brilliant start to their futures. As parents who both have to work full-time, experiencing the care and attention that our children are given at Busy Bees means the world to us. We know we have the right nursery when our 2-year-old runs into the room to
high-five the staff, then hugs me and pushes me out the door. Both our children have loved nursery and our eldest, who is now in school, really thrived thanks to the supportive provision, learning and personal environment the room teams create. The children are treated with great compassion, patience and genuine care. It's clear that the happiness and development of every child are prioritised.
The team and the staff at Busy Bees are second to none and go above and beyond to support the children and parents and I'm grateful for all they do to continue to make Busy Bees an amazing nursery for the children in their care.

My child has attended Busy Bees Horsham for more than two years and I can't recommend the nursery enough. The customer service is always fantastic, staff are very attentive to our needs as a family. The nursery has been a great support and my child's development and progression are a reflection of the
staff's fantastic practice. The learning opportunities are great and the communication is amazing. I am looking forward to the upcoming parents' evening in January.

My son has been a part of Busy Bees since he was 8 months old. From June until today he has grown from strength to strength attending nursery, the help and support that I have been given on the journey as well has been amazing. The team at Busy Bees in Horsham are wonderful and are like a little family.
Thank you so much, this journey for my son wouldn't have gone as smoothly if it wasn't for the carers and management team.

Our daughter has been at Busy Bees for nearly a year and we don't have a bad word to say about our experience so far. We are so happy with the love and care she has been shown since day one. The staff are amazing and really helped her to settle into nursery life quickly, providing regular updates and
communication making the transition much easier for us as well. Our daughter always has a big smile on her face at drop off and pick up and though she is a bit too young to tell us, she seems to enjoy all of the activities too. What more could we ask for?

We couldn't be happier with our experience at Busy Bees, Haywards Heath! From the moment we first visited, it was clear that the staff genuinely care about each child's development and well-being. Both of my children attend, and I've seen tremendous growth in their social and academic skills since they
started. The teachers are incredibly warm, patient, and attentive, creating a nurturing environment that feels like an extension of home.
There is a wonderful balance of structured learning and creative play that keeps them engaged and excited to attend each day. I also appreciate the communication from the team-whether it's daily updates on their progress or special events and activities.
The nursery's facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained, with plenty of outdoor space for play. Knowing that my children are in such a caring, positive environment gives me peace of mind, and I would highly recommend Busy Bees to any parents looking for a fantastic early learning experience.

Our little one joined Busy Bees at 5 months old and settled in instantly! The staff have been amazing, they love and care for him in a way that's evident in his big smiles when we drop him off. He does lots of sensory and interactive play, all which have enhanced his development.

Our son started at Busy Bees in April this year and after a lot of worrying from our side, our minds were instantly put at ease by the assistant centre director and the team. Incredible team in the baby rooms. My son has been there now almost a year and has come so far and so many signs point to nursery in regards to his amazing development. Very informative, both in person and on the app, and I really feel that his needs are being met.

This nursery is fantastic. I was such an anxious parent before coming to Busy Bees, as my little one was so shy. But all the staff there are so lovely and welcoming, and really put my mind at ease about the transition into nursery with my child. The change and development with my little one since starting
until now is just amazing. I cannot thank you all enough. From being the most shy and nonverbal to now a chatterbox with so much confidence, the staff at Busy Bees made this possible. The gardens are so lovely here for the kids. I would highly recommend it.

They dealt with any situation without having to contact me. Also, the staff are amazing with
every child, my daughter felt loved and appreciated for who she is and I never had a day when she did not want to go to nursery. And for me, this is what made me want to stay with the settlement, I would like to say a big thank you to the team for looking after my daughter all this time.

My daughter has been going here from January 2023, it was a transition from childminders to nursery, to get ready for school. The staff are all lovely and explain their day-to-day activities and the food they have eaten. Lots of lovely photos of them uploaded on the app.

I have two children at Busy Bees, one in the preschool room and the other in the baby room. My children and I love every member of staff, they are present and engaged with the children all the time and encourage them to learn and develop.

Our son has been at this nursery since 9 months old and has absolutely thrived and has a brilliant relationship with both the staff and children. We felt safe sending our child during covid and the app interaction we have in relation to updates is great. We will continue to use this nursery in the future.

I cannot recommend Busy Bees Worthing highly enough - from the initial showing around I was immediately reassured and felt comfortable for my baby to attend. The carers are all lovely and the nursery itself is full of educational entertainment for the children, and I was so impressed with the meal options!
They were always happy to accommodate any special requests and worked with us to ensure our baby is happy and comfortable, as well as giving some fantastic advice that as new parents we were particularly grateful for! Don’t know what we’d do without them, thank you Busy Bees!
