My son loves nursery! He has a fantastic time, and has learnt so much in the year that he has been attending. Staff are fantastic - supportive, knowledgeable, kind, and so caring. In the last year, my som has gone from being non-verbal, diagnosed ASD to now chatting everyones ears off about the things
he loves. Everyone was incredibly supportive throughout a recent spell of poor health, and accommodating to his needs on his return to nursery. He was so pleased to be back that he ran into his teachers arms. I get regular updates throughout the day on what hes eaten, changes, and naps, aswell as pictures and/or descriptions of special learning moments. I feel like i chose the perfect nursery for us!

My eldest daughter (2 1/2 years old) has been going to busy bees for almost 14 months now and we are very happy with our child's progress at this nursery. She has grown so much in confidence and enjoys going every day. The staff are always friendly, caring, and supportive, and they create such a warm
and welcoming environment for the children. My youngest daughter (1 year old) started recently and I have no concerns at all, I know they take great care of my girls & make the time for them as individuals. My children absolutely love it here and always come home happy and excited to talk about their day. We really appreciate all the hard work and care the team puts into helping the children learn and develop. Highly recommended. The management team are very friendly, approachable, helpful & understanding, as are the girls in the rooms.

My son seems to be content at the nursery, which is why he still goes there, however there are a few things I am not 100% happy with. We get barely any photos, once a month if lucky. We have had to ask the staff multiple times to log the food they eat. I have no idea who his key worker is, and don't
get sufficient updates on his progress or what he gets up to. Some of the staff are lovely however. The security of the place is a bit hit and miss, with the front area left unmanned, but window open so you could just reach in and buzz open the door yourself (I didn't, another nursery worker did but it was advertising how easy it is to gain entry) we also got brought out a child that wasn't ours. If the standards done improve when he moves up a room shortly, we will be looking at other options

Our little boy started there in November at 9 months and has been happy there ever since. We had a great introduction and felt his settling in sessions worked well. As first time parents we found the tears when we left equally upsetting but the staff reassured us the separation anxiety was normal and
gave us updates through the app and told us when he was happy again. It's now been 4 months and he is so happy to be at nursery. He is developing so well and adores the ladies who look after him in the babies room - especially Bridie and we always get a thorough debrief when we collect him. There is a theme each week and he loves learning the songs.The staff are always keen to tell us of any bumps he has and how he is learning how to eat with utensils. Very happy to keep him here.

I have two children at this nursery now, and they both absolutely love it. My first child started back in October 2022 and I had zero reservations about sending my second child there (and will be sending my third!).


The staff are incredible and truly care for the children throughout all the age groups

of classes. They can tell me specific details about my girls' personalities and what they enjoy, which is very lovely to hear.


My children continue to learn new skills as they are exposed to new activities and encouraged to develop. The outdoor space is great for the kids and I know they make the most of the fresh air as much as possible.


Happy children who are making friends and learning while doing so - it's great! I highly recommend it.

Wonderful staff who genuinely care about the kids. My twins had a tough time settling and they went above and beyond to try to support them and encourage them to settle. Communication was excellent and we worked together in best interests of both kids to try and get best outcomes. No red tape! They

Our daughter started at Busy Bees when she was 1 year old. She took a few weeks to settle but the staff have been absolutely amazing, and she is now thriving. The staff are so friendly, and show that they really care for our daughter. We get lovely updates, which has been great since I've gone back
to work, and their communication is excellent.
The management team are always helpful and sign post to the right team (I.e funding team). They are very quick and clear with their response.
The menus are outstanding and I am happy knowing that she is getting such a well balanced diet.
I am so happy we've chosen Busy Bees as her nursery placement. Her confident and talking has come a long way and I thank the staff for all their support and care.

wonderful, even the ones not in her room always make a point of saying hello to her and giving her a high five or stopping for a quick chat, everyone has been so patient and understanding and everyday she comes home a slightly more grown up version of herself with new songs to sing and chatting that little bit more. At times when things get a bit challenging I also have no complaints, the way they handled the recent water crisis in Tunbridge wells and did everything to keep the children safe was brilliant and so reassuring.
I absolutely recommend this nursery and I am so happy this is where we chose to send our precious little girl.

My son has been attending nursery at Busy Bees Hempstead since March 2024. He absolutely loves it. He is so well cared for, has so much fun, learns and plays together. The staff and Management are excellent.
My son has some additional needs and they were so helpful and reassuring that he would be supported
fully, which he is.
The facilities are great, they have a lovely programme of activities and learning they use, the food provided is healthy and varied. My son loves it all everyday.
It is extremely good value for money. I'm so pleased we chose to send my son here.

I have 2 children that currently attend Busy Bees in Hempstead. One is in the pre school room and one is in the baby room.
My pre schooler previously went to a childminder but they had to close unexpectedly. I was really nervous about him settling into a nursery setting but the staff there are amazing.
They make the kids feel so welcome and included. My pre schooler has almost been there a year now. Never had any problems and he always leaves very happy!
My baby started in April 2025. They've been brilliant with following his home routine. They send regular pictures and updates which I love and again he leaves very happy.
The staff here just understand kids and more importantly they understand parent life and they're so accommodating. I'm so glad we found them!

My daughter started busy bees in 2023 at 10 months old. She settled in immediately and I've never had any issues with her wanting to go in which has always been very comforting. Each time they go up a room they do settling in sessions to help the children adjust to the different surroundings and faces.
All staff are so helpful and can't do enough for child or parents. Can't rate them enough!
My daughter currently needs some extra support with her speech which they have also been proactive with.
Never had any worries with leaving my daughter there and will not hesitate to send my youngest daughter there when the time comes.

Our son has been at this nursery and been through the toddler room and is now in his final year in the pre-school room. This nursery is warm and inviting and I couldn't have picked a more special place for our little boy to start his learning. The staff are kind, caring and really care about the children
and us as parents.

I cannot fault this nursery my daughter has been going since 11 months and is now 3.5 years old. She is a shy and nervous child but has grown so much and gained independence with the help of the staff, she now asks to go and is excited for her days. Outstanding care and attention to all children.
