Day Nurseries Owned by Busy Bees Nurseries Ltd in Wiltshire

Key-worker excellent. A lot of focus on school readiness. Always seem to have enough equipment on hand. Can't comment on food quality or quantity as I've never seen what is served. Reception area not always clean. Child complain many times about dirty toilets (wee on toilet seats, water on floors, no soap). Scheduling is a nightmare. Waiting time in the morning can stretch to 20-30 min because they are waiting for staff. This is not a once-off due to traffic or illness - its weekly, notice board with staff not updated in a year! No idea who the staff are. Social media channels should be private especially when advertising events, not intended for public.

We've had a wonderful experience of Busy Bees in Chippenham. My son always looked forward to going and made some lovely friends there. I have found the staff to be warm, supportive and engaging. They are so patient and imaginative and have helped my son to really embrace social values like kindness, respect and helpfulness, while also having lots of fun. They say it takes a village to raise a child; Busy Bees has been an invaluable part of my village + I'm very grateful to all of them.

A huge thank you to the whole team for everything you do. We would 100% recommend to anyone looking for the perfect place for their little one!

The nursery staff really have been fundamental in supporting my child to be a confident and capable child. We attended her 'graduation' this weekend and the amount of staff who attended on their day off shows how much they care. Any problems have been quickly resolved. We cannot fault this nursery. We would very much recommend it to others.

My daughter has been attending nursery since Oct' 2024, and the staff have supported her development so beautifully. I feel the staff know her as well as I do! Now that my daughter is getting ready to transition to primary school, the nursery has been supportive and helped her develop all the skills she will need. As a family we are extremely grateful for the fun filled time she has had every day in the amazing care of the Chippenham staff.

She is well looked after and her items are always kept safe and secured.

We moved our child to Busy Bees last year and it was an amazing move for us watching them grow and be taught the courage and confidence from their teachers has been amazing every single teacher has always been so lovely and kind

My daughter has thrived here. The staff are kind and supportive and have build great relationships with her. My daughter has developed into a confident, sociable and considerate little one, ready for her transition into school in September.

We have had a fantastic experience starting our daughter at this nursery. She started at 12m and is now 18m. Ker key workers Meg and Lucy have taken brilliant care of her and always give a thorough handover. The food always seems nutritious and varied, with good attention given to my daughter's allergy. The facilities are clean and welcoming. Staff showed great patience and understanding when my daughter struggled to settle in, but she now runs in very excited! The app is brilliant and gives good transparency, plus we receive some lovely photos once in a while. We think the value for money is excellent and management have been easy to contact when needed. I've recommended this nursery to all of my friends, a really lovely facility.

I always recommend this nursery and wouldn't hesitate to say to anyone you won't regret sending your child,

We had a really great experience at Busy Bees Nursery. Both of my children attended and thoroughly enjoyed their time there. The staff are caring, friendly, and supportive, and the management team is excellent. We always felt our children were in a safe and nurturing environment. I would highly recommend this nursery to other parents

The staff are all fantastic and it's always nice to see our daughter looking forward to attending the nursery and leaving happy. The app is great and updated throughout the day and we get regular comprehensive learning and development progression reports. The food menu is also varied and our daughter definitely enjoys the meals and snacks provided throughout the day.

The staff have always been so friendly, supportive and kind to me and my son. Nothing is too much trouble. I am so thankful to all the lovely staff who have been and continue to be part of my sons nursery journey

Thank you busy bees for making my girls experience at nursery/preschool such an enjoyable and caring experience.

I cannot recommend Busy Bees enough. The staff are incredible and nothing is ever too much. Their communication is effective and efficient and they always work hard to answer all questions or concerns. They are so friendly and hard working and I have been thrilled with how they have supported my child from baby to toddlerhood. They clearly care for all of the children there and I have never had any concerns about the care they provide. When picking up my child, it's wonderful to hear the staff laugh as they play with the children and engage 100%, rather than just talking amongst themselves. My little boy was a shy, introverted child who was initially scared to start nursery and be away from me. He now loves nursery and runs in to see his key and friends. He loves it there and I know that every day is fun filled. Thank you to Linda and the team for providing excellent, loving and friendly care - it's such an achievement!! I would not hesitate to recommend this nursery.

We are so grateful for everything the staff do and couldn't be happier with our experience. I would highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for their child.

The staff are kind, patient, caring and always go above and beyond to make every child feel safe, happy and confident. It truly feels like a second home for her and we are so grateful for all the memories, support and encouragement along the way. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a nurturing and welcoming nursery.

They have learnt and grown so much in their time here, it really is a wonderful nursery to attend, I know my eldest will be sad to leave when they start school in September.

I've had a brilliant expierence with Busy Bees. My two sons attend there and they have definitely thrived. Millie, Stephen and Vickie have always be supportive and gone above and beyond their roles and are definitely brilliant attributes to this nursery. Would highly recommend, my son is always learning something new and his learnt knowledge from here has set him up a good start for school in September.

Very supportive staffs. Outstanding experience since I have joined the nursery. Highly recommended. They look after my son very well so I can go to work with peace of mind unlike experiences I have had in other childcare settings
