An amazing nursury with amazing staff. Take the best care with the children. My daughter has been going there since she was one, an amazing experience she has had. The time and care they put into each individual child is lovely. I cannot fault them at all.

Fantastic nursery! Staff are so caring and attentive; they have really made an effort to learn the needs & likes/dislikes of my child. Wide range of activities planned and delivered regularly; all engaging and great for developing range of skills.

Both of my children have been very happy and well looked after here. The staff are trustworthy, caring and reliable, communication with parents is good, and the manager is excellent. The children have a range of activities to choose from, outdoor space to play, a varied healthy food menu, and a solid routine.

I cannot rate this nursery highly enough. My son was under their care from the age of 1 until he began school. He settled very quickly in the baby room and transitioned easily to each new room having got to know his new room leaders well before he moved. It was obvious that everyone there got to know my son's personality and found him tasks that built on his strengths. So much care and ingenuity went into the activities the room leaders prepared each day and it was impressive how much the staff could learn about my child by how he interacted with each task. The Centre's Director and management team lead by example, showing care and attention to everyone (parents included!) and making the most of the lovely outdoor area the nursery has. My son settled quickly into his new school because Busy Bees Harlesden taught him that learning is fun, as well as excellent manners and social skills. We were so lucky to find this gem of a nursery on our doorstep. Thank you Busy Bees!

Communication is excellent and I receive regular updates.

We've been really pleased with our experience at Busy Bees Harlesden. The team are warm, attentive and clearly care deeply about the children in their care. Under the Centre Director's leadership it's evident that children's wellbeing and development are at the heart of everything they do.

Both of our boys have settled in brilliantly. They're excited to go in each day, come home full of stories, and have built lovely relationships with the staff and other children. It's clear they feel safe, supported and genuinely happy there.

We've also appreciated the structured approach to learning through play; there's a great balance between fun, creativity and development. As parents, it's such a weight off our minds knowing our children are in a secure, nurturing environment where they're encouraged to grow in confidence and curiosity.

We're grateful to the whole team for the care and energy they put in every day.

I can not recommend Busy Bees enough. They are excellent in every way from how they communicate with parents up to the way they are able to make an extremely fussy, Autistic little child who doesn't speak so excited to go to nursery, I have to get him out of his buggy ASAP as he is so happy to go inside... Can a parent be more impressed than that? I think not. He has thrived at Busy Bees, they really tapped into his wants & needs & they made his discover his inner artist. Since they finally got him to engage in an activity that is self-led but no destructive he has been drawing so much it now equals his special interests in animals. Thank you ALL the lovely staff.

Both the management and the staff are always supportive and helpful. The nursery has an amazing outside area for kids to play! I cannot recommend them enough!

The staff are highly knowledgeable and genuinely caring, which really shows in how they support the children. They always give me good advice and tips on ways to improve my daughter's eating and learning habits. They always answer all of my enquiries, even out of hours - a Godsend to me and my family. I couldn't be happier with the nursery, the staff are exceptionally caring and attentive, creating a warm and nurturing environment. The facilities are clean and well-equipped. My son loves Busy Bees at Harlesden, he’s settled in so well and runs in without even saying goodbye to us. He will regularly talk about staff members and classmates all weekend and tell us about his days with a smile from ear to ear! Management is always around to talk to and listen to any worries or concerns I may have and never made me feel like an annoyance when I called ten times a day during his settling period. My son has learnt and developed so much in his first six months here, we are so happy to be involved with such a friendly, family-focused nursery and are excited to continue to see our son's progression through to preschool.

My daughter is always happy to go to nursery here. I love that they spend a lot of time outside - they have a big outdoor space and there is always access to arts and crafts and books. The theatre sessions are a favourite as well! The staff are friendly and give me lots of details on what they have done each day. We are very happy to be part of the Busy Bees family.

The staff is fantastic! My children have enjoyed their time at Busy Bees and talk about it very fondly. I really enjoy when I can see the reports and pictures through the app to keep me updated on the type of activities my child is most engaged with.
