Looking for an excellent day nursery in Perivale? This long-standing Busy Bees Perivale nursery has been part of the community since 1993 and offers a secure, fun, and stimulating environment for children to develop and flourish.

Conveniently situated within 5-minute walk from Perivale Tube station (Central Line) this Perivale nursery is in a perfect location for parents and carers in the local area or commuting.

They understand that every child is unique and develops at their own pace. That's why the nursery has separate rooms for babies, toddlers, and pre-school children with a wide range of activities and toys for each age. This approach allows the children to grow and develop their confidence alongside those at a similar stage in their journey.

At the Perivale nursery, learning isn't just limited to indoors - they are proud to have a safe and secure outdoor space where kids are free to take their learning exploration outside. They encourage the children to enjoy the fresh air, be active and, most importantly, have lots of fun in the process. It's a space where they can also learn about taking safe risks under the supervision of nursery staff.

Stay in the loop with your child’s activity and developmental progress using the Famly app. The nursery team will frequently upload to your child’s profile, allowing you to see photos and read about what they’ve been busy doing while in their care.

My son started this nursery in April 2025 and he had a difficult time settling in. The staff were absolutely brilliant at helping him settle him. They are very kind and supportive and tried their absolute best to make him feel comfortable.
Sian is super friendly and is doing a great job at managing
the nursery.

My child goes into nursery every morning with a smile on her face and comes home with one! The staff clearly adore the children and have lovely relationships with them! She's learnt so much and has grown up into such a grown up independent girl since attending busy bees!

My son has been at the nursery since January 2022. He's really enjoyed his time there and made lots of bonds. The staff are very caring and understanding of his needs. We've been particularly impressed with the new management and the level of attention to detail they've introduced. I would recommend
this nursery.

My child started going to Busy Bees Perivale at only 6 months old. She was the smallest baby there as I had to go back to work. This was extremely difficult but seeing how they were with my child made it easier. Every time I would drop my baby off, they would open their arms out with the biggest smiles
and my baby would automatically connect with them. I love how there is a chef who cooks them healthy meals. The chef would cater to my child as she was so small so would make her purees. The staff are extremely friendly, always caring and also provide advice which is great if you are a first-time mum like me. They use the app and update me on what she has eaten, how many hours she has slept, nappy changes, and even milestones, which is nice. I would also get photos of her during the day sent to me and her dad, which is really nice to see her day. I am so glad I picked this nursery, I can see how much my baby has grown and how much she loves the teachers there.

Brilliant nursery. My child spent a year and a half there and graduated this month. Great teachers, very positive atmosphere, would highly recommend. All the staff, including the cook, were just an amazing team who went beyond their responsibilities to take care of our kids.
Thank you!

My child joined Busy Bees Nursery at the end of 2022 and I have been very impressed. The staff are very friendly and take their time to get to know the children individually. The daily food menu is varied. My child has made several friends and speaks fondly of her teachers.

My 3rd child has just started at the nursery last month and I've been really happy once again, with everything. I've known most of the staff since my 1st child started 5.5 years ago and they're still just as friendly, attentive, caring and dedicated. What I liked about the nursery initially, was that
they had great procedures in place to cover the children's needs, with them being well established, but more so that the staff and managers are available all the time and keep you up to date with everything related to your children. It's always hard, trusting someone else to look after your children, but I found them willing to answer any questions, no matter how many times I needed to call or check-in, in the beginning, and they always gave me a full update on what they'd been up to during the day. On top of it all, the prices were competitive compared to my other local nurseries, which helps a lot. All in all, I highly recommend and would choose it again if I had to.

The staff are responsive to the needs of parents and children and do their best to accommodate. I needed an early start and they are brilliant at organising that. The staff are all trained on medical issues concerning each child and were very keen on asking for any updates they needed to know about,
showing an excellent level of care. There is good communication especially via email and ParentZone. Fundamentally, my daughter has been happy and the practitioners have been pivotal in that.

My daughter started in Oct 2021, when she turned 1 year old and absolutely loves it at nursery, which makes us very happy. She’s there from 9-5pm and I am, pleased that it also covers term-time as well. After her initial period of adjustment, she now gets very excited setting off for nursery and arriving
to meet the staff. We get feedback at pick ups and an app is updated with food, nappies, photos and learning progress and we’ve been encouraged to update it too, with what she enjoys at home/outside nursery, so activities can be tailored or photos used for play/crafts. The staff are all very friendly and set up lots of messy play, craft and learning activities for the kids, which I love. The staff make us feel very comfortable asking for advice and are always happy to help. Very pleased with our choice of nursery and would definitely recommend it.

My overall experience with the Busy Bees Nursery, is very good. Staff are caring and take very good care of the children. At the end of the day, staff give a summary of your child's day and the food that they have had. I would recommend the Busy Bees Nursery to a friend. The safeguarding policy is always
in place.

I cannot recommend Busy Bees enough! I knew from the moment I stepped into the setting that this was the nursery for us. The staff have all been lovely to both my son and me. My son has formed strong connections and is always doing fun and beneficial activities. Communication from the nursery to parents
is really good, with updates as to my son's activities, being provided throughout the day, via an app and more generally the carers always let us know how he has been, when I pick him up at the end of the day. I want to end by saying a massive thank you, to all of the team!

Our daughter has been going to the nursery since she was 13 months old. We were impressed with the nurturing environment provided at Busy Bees. The staff are friendly and attentive and keep us updated on our child's progress. The children do a wide range of activities, which support essential learning.
We were impressed at how confident our child was with numbers and colours. The nursery was fantastic when it came to potty training and supportive of any requirements we had. A fantastic nursery!

Our Son attended Busy Bees, Perivale from age 1, through to leaving for school. Our 1-year-old daughter now attends, as we were really happy with how our son's nursery journey went. He formed great bonds with teachers and was well taken care of, supported, developed and was ready and prepared for school
when the time came. Our daughter is now in her fourth month there. She was very reluctant at first, her exposure to others had been so limited up to this point. Due to the pandemic, she had little experience of being held by others or being around groups of children. The staff quickly learnt her personality, likes and dislikes and adapted their approach, which helped her settle in super quickly. Also, we get a good amount of updates on her progress via the app. Great nursery, highly recommended.

My son seems very happy there. The nursery teachers are all friendly and warm and I feel he’s well looked after.
Only I think I could fault it on is more regular and direct feedback as I don’t always feel like I know how his day has been, but otherwise, there is nothing to complain about!

Current Review Score: 8.7 (8.708)

Overview of Review Score

The Review Score of 8.7 (8.708) out of 10 for Busy Bees Perivale Greenford is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

  1. The Average Rating is 4.9 out of 5 from 5 Reviews in the last 24 months.
  2. The score for the number of positive Reviews is 3.8 out of 5 from 5 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Day Nursery is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.879 for Busy Bees Perivale Greenford is calculated as follows: ( (51 Excellents x 5) + (7 Goods x 4) ) ÷ 58 Ratings = 4.879
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5'). The 3.829 Points relating to the number of positive Reviews for Busy Bees Perivale Greenford is based on 5 positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as per below:

The 5 points available are broken down as follows:

    1. 4 points are available for the first 10 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months; 3 points for the first Positive Review, and then 0.125 Points for each of the next four Positive Reviews and then 0.1 Points for the next five Positive Reviews. (1st = 3.000, 2nd = 0.125, 3rd = 0.125, 4th = 0.125, 5th = 0.125, 6th = 0.100, 7th = 0.100, 8th = 0.100, 9th = 0.100, 10th = 0.100) 3 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 = 3.5
    2. 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the number of registered child places in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Day Nursery registered for a maximum of 50 child places has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 76 number of registered child places is 15.2. 5 Positive Reviews ÷ 15.2 = 0.329
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Day Nursery does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
