Our son has been at nursery since he was 11 months old and he has thrived in the environment. All the staff are so friendly and make your child feel special. They have supported us through changes due to personal circumstances and our son thoroughly enjoys his time there and is always smiling when we pick him up

Overall it's a okay Nursey, he's happy and learning. my child had multiple keys workers and when he started no one knew any thing that was relayed- due to constant changing of key worker. Now it seems to have settled, relaying information is better, but just wanted to make parent aware there is no aircon at the nursery, and if they close for any reason such as staffing issues or the temperatures being too high- you do not get refund or additional days- due to it being outside there control. But it is as they should have Air con considering its quite an expensive Nursey and my sons previous less expensive nursery did have it.

We are extremely happy with this nursery and the care our sibling receives. The staff are kind, caring, and genuinely invested in each child's development and well-being. The environment is safe, clean, and welcoming, with plenty of engaging activities that encourage learning, creativity, and social skills. We have seen wonderful progress in our child's confidence and development since joining. Communication with parents is excellent, and we always feel informed and supported. We highly recommend this nursery to any family looking for a nurturing and positive place for their child.

Really friendly place for children, staff is professional and I am really satisfied. My younger child will start coming to the same place soon as I am sure it will be the best place.

Cannot fault Busy Bees Great Notley. My son has been attending here for the past 3 years and my second child will also be starting there in the coming months. The staff are amazing - they all know my son by name even if they're not in his room and they all know us as his parents even when we have never met them before! He really enjoys going to nursery, he always says he's had a lot of fun and there are always plenty of activities organised for the children every day. The food is exceptional, he's eating stuff he'd never eat at home, and the cleanliness of the nursery is 10/10. I'd 100% recommend this nursery to other parents!

Most importantly, my son absolutely loves it here. He is very vocal and always tells me about his day, the people he has spent time with, and the fun he's had. Hearing him speak so positively about nursery and seeing how happy he is when he goes in each day gives me complete confidence that he's exactly where he should be. The app is fantastic with updates.

They have a fantastic offer of nutritious foods that my son enjoys everyday. The staff in the baby room have been so nurturing, friendly, and are always happy to help.

I can't praise busy bees Springfield enough, it is a lovely nursery. The staff are brilliant and my LO absolutely loves going. She only does one day a week however it has made a big positive impact on her and her education. They are helpful, reassuring and make the whole process comfortable from the start to now. My child started a few weeks ago and I've been so happy with my experience at Busy Bees so far. Even though there are many other children who attend, it somehow feels like a very personalised experience and every single member of staff has been so friendly and welcoming. I get lots of updates throughout the day, as well as pictures showing them having fun and learning new skills. 5* so far!

My child loves attending this nursery. He cannot wait to jump out of my arms to his key worker or any of the other nursery staff in the morning which is very reassuring. All staff are very friendly & helpful. I feel very at ease that I have left my son in the best care while I'm at work. When I first came to visit I just had a great feeling about this nursery in comparison to others I visited before and I am glad I made the choice to send him here. He has really came along since being here & having the updates really helps. I feel very safe with him here.

The Busy Bees Springfield is just amazing! My son loves going there, he develops so well and in such an amazing environment. The staff in passionate about childcare, everyone pays attention to everything that happens there, every request that a parent have is taken seriously and they do their best to meet it. The menu is very well balanced, with fresh nutritious food cooked in the nursery every day. With the new app everything is very clear and transparent and you can monitor your child's journey there. During the Parents Night you clearly see the care and attention the key person has for your child and this is very reassuring. My second child will also start nursery here in a couple of months, and I can't be more happier than that!

My daughter started at Busy Bees Harlow in September 2025, and from the off each and every member of staff has been genuinely dedicated to forming a bond with her. She continues to love her time there every week and being with this nursery has definitely helped with her communication, confidence and peer-to-peer interaction.
