Day Nurseries Owned by Busy Bees Nurseries Ltd in Surrey

All the staff at Busy Bees have been absolutely amazing with helping our daughter settle into Nursery and supporting her development, having joined a year a go. At first our daughter would cry on drop off and be emotional on and off throughout the day. We were told by other parents this could go on for months but after only two months of attending only twice a week, drop off was so much better and our daughter went in happily when greeted by a familiar face. Our daughter still won't eat the nursery food but the staff have been amazing and so supportive in encouraging our daughter and trying to find ways to help her. We've gone from complete refusal to now trying foods here and there. The staff have never given up or suggested that they're wasting their time. Our daughter will soon be going up to the preschool room which again the staff have really ensured they are making the transition smooth with a few settle sessions before the big move.

The nursery staff are wonderful, and try their best to care for your child as best as possible considering everything they need to deal with. The overall management of the nursery is poor, head office don't support staff enough and don't consider the impact their decisions have on parents. The nursery management team all left, and it was clear the support from head office wasn't sufficient for the staff who remain. Decisions such as closing the nursery last minute due to the heat wave, changing opening times and repeated instances of not being able to accept your child because there aren't enough staff are just some of the reasons I removed my son from the nursery. Staff are over burdened with the addition of more children but poor consideration of the impact on them. By the time my son left, agency staff out numbered perm staff and there was poor consistency of care. The staff really are wonderful but the manner which head office manages the nursery showed inconsideration for parents.

Despite the negative press, our experience has honestly been nothing but positive. Thank you, we will genuinely miss you!

What a fantastic Nursery. We transferred here from another Busy Bees & I am so very happy with Godalming Busy Bees. The manager Zoe & her colleagues Tyler & Jess are beyond wonderful. They are extremely welcoming, kind & caring. Very engaging, calm & just everything & more you would want from a Nursery. The rooms are very tidy, lots of activities set up & toys, great outdoors areas too. I can't speak highly enough & we are very excited for our journey here.

Overall, though, we have been happy with the care and experiences our daughter has had, and we really appreciate the effort the staff put into making the nursery an enjoyable place for the children.

My youngest started in September and I was worried about how he would cope with the transition but the staff have all been incredible. We receive regular updates and pictures throughout the day which provides great reassurance. He seems so happy there and it's all down to the love and care given from all staff members.

We were extremely sad to have left and moved onto school. Thank you for a wonderful time Busy Bees.

As parents, choosing childcare is such an important decision, and having people you can trust makes all the difference

A huge thank you to the whole team for their care, patience and support. We're so pleased we chose Busy Bees Bagshot!

My son loves the nursery and he has grown so much being there. He is a happy and confident boy, and clearly learns so much. The staff on the ground at the nursery are great, they really show they care and are lovely people to deal with. The only downside has been the main finance and admin team at head office. I do not feel they support the local teams well enough and are not great at information sharing to either the nursery or the parents.

My son has been attending busy bees west end the beginning of the year, he has built a lovely bond with the nursery team. The team are always kind, professional and attentive. We couldn't be happier with the overall care and environment provided for him.

The chef at the nursery is amazing and she has accommodated my daughter vegetarian requirements. Having a diverse menu is very important for the little ones. Mine loves the food at the nursery.

Our son will be starting in the next couple of months and I'm a lot less anxious because I know first hand how wonderful the staff are that will be caring for him!

The new management are fantastic and are always on hand if you need anything!

The staff have been wonderful at getting to know him, his personality and his routines, and we feel confident that he is happy, safe and well cared for. He comes home happy and exhausted from all of his fun.

We've had such a positive experience with Busy Bees Bagshot since my little one joined in September. It's lovely to see how much she enjoys going, and the staff were incredible during her settling-in sessions, making both her and me feel comfortable and reassured.

Her room leader is incredibly hands-on and caring, always keeping me updated and offering meaningful suggestions to help her adjust to all the new changes. I also love receiving the daily updates about the activities they've done and seeing the delicious meals and snacks she enjoys.

All the staff are friendly and welcoming, and I love that they know every child by name, even if they're not directly responsible for their class. Any questions I have are always answered, and I feel listened to and supported.

Overall, a really positive experience. I'm so happy we chose Busy Bees Bagshot!

The garden is a big asset with lots of space to play. Our son also loved all the extra curricular activities - sports and languages as part of his time there.

A special thank you to Abi, for being so wonderful. She has built such a lovely bond with our daughter and is clearly so loved by her. It has been incredibly reassuring knowing she is in such kind and caring hands.

We fully recommend this nursery - its staff are its greatest asset.

Our daughter has been at Busy Bees Thames Ditton since she was 1 year old, and we couldn't have asked for a better start to her early years. The staff are consistently caring, personable, and always ready to help - both with our daughter and with us as parents. The environment is warm and welcoming, and it's clear the team put real thought into making every day fun and engaging for the children.

As she gets ready to start school this September, we know she'll genuinely miss the staff who've been such a big part of her life so far - and honestly, so will we! Thankfully our youngest is still there, so we're not saying goodbye just yet, and we look forward to a few more happy years with the team.

We're incredibly grateful for the love and care our daughter has received here - thank you to everyone there who has been part of her journey.
