A superb nursery. We visited several nurseries within the area including others in the Busy Bee's brand. We were incredibly impressed with Fitzsimmons!
The building itself creates a warm homely feeling for the children, with lots of activities, outside play areas and beautifully decorated/maintained
spaces.
The staff are attentive, friendly and very supportive of the children. Nothing is too much trouble and they will offer knowledgeable advice and support whenever needed.
The curriculum really supports progressive learning in a positive and inclusive way.
Weekend meet ups and events for the parents are regularly organised, which makes the whole experience feel that you are part of the Fitzsimmons extended family.
The centre is run in an efficient and excellent manner, with apps to support payments, view progress of your child and receive updates throughout the day on all the fun things your child has been doing.

My daughter has attended Busy Bees Cheam Nonsuch for just over a year now. During this time, she has become a confident and chatty child, and she always has lots to share about her day. She attends term time only, and I worried about continuity for her and whether she would find it difficult to get
back into the nursery routine. However, she has settled right back in after each holiday, and she loves her key workers. She has recently started saying their names at home.
I didn't want to send her to nursery at ten months, but I am now so glad that we did. We are very happy that we found such a safe and loving environment for her early years.

Our son has been at Noah's Ark in the baby room for about 5 months now. We have had an amazing experience with all staff onsite since we joined. Everyone has been so welcoming and the staff in the baby room have treated my baby with such care and love since day 1. He struggled with settling in and they
were so patient with him and gave him extra attention and cuddles as he grew more comfortable. It really feels as though the staff are fully invested in the babies' progress and are just as excited as I am when he hits a new milestone. Even though they are only babies, there are engaging activities everyday and my son's skills have improved a lot over his time here. The fresh food cooked onsite is another highlight. The ethos of the school to encourage outside time and the facilities with lovely outside space make this a great choice for a nursery. As a first time mom, having my baby at Noah's ark has really eased my anxiety about having him in school and we are so happy here.

My son joined Pre-School Room at Noah's Ark in September 2025, and the transition from his previous nursery was incredibly smooth. From the start, the staff at Noah's Ark have been fantastic, the staff are super accommodating, welcoming, and supportive. Communication has been clear and consistent since
joining, which has made the whole experience very reassuring.
The range of activities on offer is excellent. My son especially enjoys forest school, sessions with the sports coach, and taking part in the weekly "book of the week" theme. These activities are engaging and well planned, and it's clear how much thought goes into supporting the children's learning and development. He regularly comes home from nursery excited and loves talking about his day, which says a lot about how happy and settled he is there.
We've been really pleased with the care, communication, and experiences provided and would highly recommend Noah's Ark.

Since my daughter joined the buzz 1 group, she has honestly been thriving. She has become confident, happy to come to nursery and recite what she learns at home.
From the days of the week, playing teachers, reading us stories, the alphabet and more.
She has done poppy activities, Halloween & they
have even taken some of our home play ideas and brought them to their class. Which my daughter loved! Even printing her pictures for her class!
Stacey and lily are so welcoming and accommodating when we drop off and collect our daughter. They always make time to talk us through her day and no question is ever too much
Zoe has always been welcoming at the door, answering questions and ensuring we have all the information we need about upcoming activities or emails.
All staff know who my daughter is and therefore me & I love that aspect of nursery. It's warm, welcoming and everyone says hello in the building.
My daughter even asked if she could go on a day she doesn't have nursery!

I couldn't be more grateful for the amazing care my children receive at Busy Bees. From the very first day, the staff went above and beyond to make them feel special and comfortable. Every morning, we are welcomed with such warmth and positivity.
A big thank you to Zoe, she is a woderful manager who
runs the place with such warmth and joy - always greeting us with a smile and creating a truly homey atmosphere.

I would not hesitate to recommend this nursery. We have moved twice since our elder son who has just left attended, and our only criterion for where to move to was that it had to be within commuting distance of Busy Bees West Byfleet. Our elder son loved his time here from beginning to end - the staff
are caring, attentive, and gently educate the children in an impressive way. The Centre Director is excellent and always has time for parents if they have specific queries or want a quick meeting. They made a huge contribution to our son's development, and now his younger brother is enjoying the same experience. Second to none :)

We couldn't be happier with the nursery and the care our daughters receive here. From the very first day, the staff have been welcoming, nurturing, and genuinely dedicated to the children's wellbeing and development.
The team go above and beyond to create a safe, fun, and stimulating environment.
The activities are creative and varied - from arts and crafts to outdoor play - and it's clear how much thought goes into support learning through play.
Communication with parents is excellent. We always feel informed and reassured about our children's progress, daily routines, and special moments. It's wonderful to see how excited our daughters are each morning to go in, and how much they talk at home about the friends they've made and the fun things they've done.
Would definitely recommend this nursery!

My daughter started nursery at Busy Bee knaphill in September 2021 and was there untill August 2025.
We have had 4 amazing years with truly the most amazing staff.
Zoe the nursery manager is by far the star of the nursery and the key figure which keeps the nursery ticking over and making it such a
wonderful place for your children to attend.
Unlike a lot of nursery Knaphill has the perfect mixture of staff who have a wealth of experience mixed with younger staff. What is also nice is there is a few male staff members which gives a male influence to the children.
My son also attended the nursery back in 2013 for 4 years and what is amazing to come back many years later that some of the staff are still there passing on their wealth on knowledge.
It's a brilliant nursery with amazing staff who truly care for the children.

Our daughter loves Busy Bees and has thrived since she has been there. She has attended since she was 11 months old and has been in every room. The staff all make a great effort to know the children and get the best out of them. My child has surprised me numerous times with her knowledge of a range

We couldn't speak more highly of the nursery. Both our daughters have attended over the past three plus years (Bombos 2 up to Pre-School), and the experience has been terrific. The team is caring and supportive (brilliant with potty training), and regularly going above and beyond, with engaging focus
weeks and even running a weekend sports day! It's a great environment that's helped prepare our girls so well for school.

My 3 children have all attended Busy Bees Fitzsimmons over the past 9 years until now. I am so sad that our time there is now up as my youngest is off to school, as it has really been a wonderful experience for them all. The staff are very loving and make my daughter smile and laugh a lot. They have
an excellent getting ready for school scheme which has been so good to prepare them for the big next step.
A truly lovely nursery.

Both my boys have attended this nursery and my youngest has just finished. This is a lovely nursery with good outdoor and indoor space and kind staff. I would thoroughly recommended, hence why the cousins have since started!

We have been at Busy Bees Fitzsimmons for nearly three years and our two children absolutely love going there each day. It's a very welcoming nursery - the staff all take the time to speak to you and there is also a lovely parent community.
Each week, there are themed activities, including 'book'
and 'song' of the week which are detailed outside the classrooms so you know what the children are learning and can talk about it at home. The starting school programme has also been integral to helping my daughter get ready for this new chapter.
The garden is a great space, particularly in the summer where the children can explore the upper levels too.

Despite a slightly rocky start with my daughter's reluctance to be left, the staff took her under their wing and worked their magic in transforming the experience into a positive one for her. Within a couple of months her vocabulary was improving, her creativity increased and her absolute clinginess
on drop off decreased!
The combination of indoors play and outdoors time is perfect - messy play, creative stuff and all sorts of learning made fun.
The Busy bees team feel like friends we've known forever, they've enriched our little one's life, and there's always a smiley face at reception as you dash in running late, exhausted or in whatever other state life as a working parent has put you in for the day!
