We are very happy with our experience at the nursery. It provides a caring and welcoming environment, and our child enjoys attending. We have seen positive progress in confidence, communication and social skills. The activities are engaging and varied, and communication with parents has always been clear and supportive. Overall, we appreciate the care and attention given to our child and are pleased with the experience we have had.

My son has been going to Busy Bees Eastbourne since he was 8 months old, he is currently 2.5 years old. I cannot express my gratitude and appreciation enough, every single one of the staff members (from those in the room, the chef, the admin staff etc.) Are absolutely amazing. They not only mind the children physically, they nurture their minds and care for their hearts. Being a full time working parent means my son is more at nursery than at home, they have played a key role in helping to shape my son and support his growth. The people at busy bees have my respect and appreciation. My son absolutely adores the people there. It makes my heart feel at peace knowing i leave him everyday with people that make him feel safe and loves him unconditionally. Thank you!

Highly recommend, the nursery is very clean and love all the little extras they do regarding Mother's Day and Father's Day breakfasts.

What a fab team at Busy Bees Crowborough! Our daughter has settled so well and loves all the room staff. We feel so confident and comfortable in the care she receives and the communication we have with the nursery is spot on!

My little one loves his time, he loves being in Buzz room and all the staff that support him the whole nursery are all so friendly no matter what room they are from he also loves being in the garden. Would always recommend!

The team here are absolutely amazing my daughter loves it here and even asks to go to school on a Sunday !! they have made mine and my daughters experience wonderful. they have been very positive in regards to development and helping with potty training. highly recommended

We transferred our son from another local childcare provision which was not up to the par we would expect. Since joining Busy Bees in April 2025, our son has excelled, grown in confidence and ability at a fast rate. He no longer demands to not go to childcare, he asks to go which makes me as a mum feel happy. We are updated on every day through the app and get to see snippets. The environment is nurturing and promotes natural curiosity to a child's interest. The staff are friendly, welcoming and approachable and go out of there way to accommodate a child's needs and requests including food at meal times (within reason) - fantastic . If you're considering this nursery ... Just do it. I can vouch you will not regret it.

Both of my children have been attending busy bees in Crowborough since they first opened nearly a year ago. Since then I have watched them both flourish and thrive due to the amazing atmosphere, education and care that the brilliant team provide for them. My youngest was only 8 months old when she first started attending 3 days a week, but the amazing ladies instantly calmed my worries by giving such personalised and nurturing support to both of my little ones. I trust every staff member as I would do my own family. It is a beautiful nursery setting with excellent standards that is equipping my children with the skills they need for a great start in life. I am so pleased that we picked busy bees.

My son started at Busy Bees Lewes in Oct of 2025. Although he was a little nervous in his first few weeks, he always settled quickly and I left him in the care of the staff confident that he was going to be well looked after. My son now looks forward to going to nursery and asks most mornings if he can go to nursery. He has made a lovely group of friends, he likes and talks happily about all of the members of staff and he has formed a lovely bond with his key worker whom always goes above and beyond for all of the children. They get up to a great variety of activities both indoor and outdoors. My son is absolutely thriving here at Busy Bees Lewes.

I am very happy with how all the staff pay attention to detail and how very transparent they are. I am always reassured and they always call me for every minor incident . Our little boy loves going to busy bees and is always happy to go in, we love getting the photos of what he's been up to throughout the day & also knowing what he's eaten & what sleeps he's had. He always comes out happy & and knackered from always having a good day. We would 100% recommend busy bees to family & friends.

My son is super shy, takes him a while to become comfortable but here at busy bees he has come out of his shell so fast! He loves all staff. I was worried about his speech but since being in Bombos2, his speech has come so far already. Seeing him walk in, no comforters and waving goodbye to me is so special, forever grateful xxx

My son adores coming here every day, he runs in so excited! They do fabulous activities and learning every day, but also the garden is a big hit for most days which he loves. Also the staff are brilliant, all are so polite and kind, and really do care about your child, rather than it just being a job. We couldn't be happier!

My little boy Romey loves this nursery he's been coming since he was 4 months old & in every room his has amazing care he loves his teachers. He struggled with his speech and after a little help from everyone involved he's came on leaps and bounds! I feel lucky my little boy is so well looked after while I work. The outdoor space was the reason I opted for the nursery the garden space is fantastic! Thank you for being a huge part of my boys life xx

Staff are great. Always a positive atmosphere and my daughter always comes home happy. A variety of tasks/activities and games. Good updates through the various apps. Would recommend to any new parents. Only a slight improvement would be communication.
