The staff and management have made some good changes in recent times - including new toilets for kids, hiring more staff, more communication to parents through the app.
My child's safety, physical wellbeing and mental wellbeing are the most important things for me and busy bees staff have always excelled at that.

He eats really well at nursery, they make freshly cooked meals which have given him the opportunity to try lots of new things.
He is always doing fun activities that are documented on the parent's app so you can see what he's being up to throughout the day. It's lovely to be able to save the pictures to keep to look back on.
Even though he has additional needs he is well and truly made to feel part of the group and included in all activities with his friends. Nursery is always happy to help with working in his physio activities into daily tasks/activities, which is massively appreciated.

my boys have had the most incredible start in life and my eldest settled straight into school, thank you to the transition in foundation class. Throughout the last twelve months during Covid-19, the extra measures that have been put in place are excellent but have also been smooth and have not disrupted my son as he has continued to attend. As I work in the NHS it has meant he has continued to attend to his safe place and had lots of fun and the staff that continued to work to support us nurses, made us be able to do what we do. Would highly recommend viewing the nursery if you are local, I'm sure you will fall in love straight away.

since starting in October. It took him a while to settle in but over the weeks he has built his confidence and has gone from crying at the door to running in and hugging the team at the door. My husband and I are absolutely satisfied with the care that is provided and knows that he is loved and has a strong sense of belonging in his room with the staff and other children. The pandemic gave us great pause when considering childcare options for him but we are glad we choose Busy Bees because his days there is a really important part of his week and overall development.

Not the nursery fault at all as it is down to their location. Definitely not an issue when choosing this nursery. Just a nice to know information for other parents considering this nursery.
