Overall Experience

We have had a fantastic experience with Busy Bees Nursery and cannot recommend it highly enough. Our son attended first and had such a positive start there that we had no hesitation in enrolling our daughter as well. The staff are consistently warm, caring, and professional, and they genuinely take

the time to get to know each child as an individual. Communication has always been excellent, and we have felt confident and reassured knowing our children were happy, safe, and well supported. Both of our children settled well and thrived during their time at the nursery. A wonderful environment with a dedicated team who clearly care deeply about what they do. Highly recommended.

Overall Experience

Our daughter started Busy Bees in April 2024 and settled very easily and has consistently loved attending nursery and never wants to leave!
Our son started recently in the baby room and thanks to the lovely supportive staff, he has settled and is now coming out of his shell.
We are very happy with

our choice of nursery, staff are always welcoming and supportive and give lots of time and attention to the children. Management are always very welcoming and approachable, and will always try to help parents out as much as possible.
Nursery are also very supportive with additional needs and will work with parents to support this.
Very impressed with the nursery menu which includes a big variety of healthy meals with lots of opportunities to try foods they don't necessarily have at home.
We know our children are very well cared for and are happy and enjoying themselves when they are not with us. They are both thriving with support from the whole Busy bees team.

Overall Experience

Our daughter has been attending this wonderful nursery for over 2 years and other than an off day here and there she is always very happy to go in and doesn't always want to go home, she has even asked this week to be able to stay at nursery longer! She takes time warming up to adults but is very happy

going to any of the staff who are very supportive with anything she needs. The busy bee app is a wonderful addition allowing parents to follow updates easily throughout the day. Highly recommend

Overall Experience

My children wants to go this nursery everyday, and when I am coming to pick them up, they are always happy. The teachers and staff are amazing , always supportive, creative, listening.
Every now and then something is going on, many celebrations ,pyjama days and so on.
They even have a library for the

little ones which is fantastic!

We feel very happy with the care our son receives at this nursery. His sister attended before him, so we trusted the team, and they continue to deliver. The staff stay friendly, supportive, and fully engaged with our child. They treat him well and help him grow with strong learning activities. The facilities

stay clean and well equipped. The meals give him good variety. The Ofsted Outstanding rating reflects the quality you see every day. Families in the local community speak highly of this place and we do as well.

Overall Experience

The team at Busy Bees are awesome! They create a great environment for the children to grow at their own pace. Each room is packed with educational activities and our son absolutely loves his key carers!
Some mornings are tough with the drop off, but the team find ways to encourage him through the

door creating excitement, making the process fun!

Overall Experience

We love busy bees. My daughter has been there for 2 years now and has thrived in every room. When speaking to a colleague whose children went there before she commented that her childs primary school said they can always tell when a child has been to busy bees as they are always the most school ready.

The staff are lovely and I am never in doubt about the care they have for my daughter. Now she is in the Big Bumbles room they are teaching her to be more independent, from teaching her to put her shoes and coat on to encouraging potty training.
Her room leader plans such lovely activities that also teach them life skills. Recently they have been learning about the importance of brushing their teeth and washing their hands and have been practicing how to reinforce boundaries in a kind way.
As a teacher myself I am quite particular about the care of my daughter but I have not had to raise a single concern in her whole two years at busy bees

Overall Experience

I really appreciate the variety of activities the nursery offers, reporting them in an accessible way and specifying the different developmental areas of focus, also highlining milestones in question. It's great to get information and witness my child to thrive. Staff are accessible to speak - some

slightly more than others - at drop offs and pick ups. Management also great and The app is also a great tool to be updated on things from nursery to parents though I don't find it as being an effective communication tool from parents to staff -as they tend to take long periods of time to reply or don't reply at all/ message is dismissed -therefore the most efficient form of communication is directly by phone call. The facilities are great, with a diversity of toys that promotes the child's development and autonomy.My child likes to go and to see staff and friends. Also appreciate the curriculum offered and the diversity in their menu during the day. Overall it's a great nursery, I recommend

We have our daughter at this nursery and, while every nursery has its ups and downs, the team went above and beyond for us yesterday. Due to a car accident, we were unable to make the standard 6 pm pickup time. The staff were incredibly understanding, reassuring, and kind. They took excellent care of

our daughter until we could arrive, turning a very stressful situation into a manageable one.

Overall Experience

My daughter is 18m started at Busy Bees in the spring. She absolutely loves it there and they were so supportive and lovely during her settling in period and beyond.
She's really thriving, spending lots of time outside and enjoying all of the different play and activities.
The staff are all so genuinely

lovely, caring and friendly and you can see how much effort goes into making sure all the children have a great time and are well cared for alongside supporting their development.
I get lots of updates about what she's been doing, pictures etc. the app is so helpful, especially at the start when I'd be worried if she was OK! It's so nice to see her happy and having fun & she really has a great connection with the staff which is a reflection of the amazing job they do!
The team also plan lots of things to engage us as parents, like recently we were able to come in for a stay and play session and it was great to do the messy play & chat to other parents.

It was my first time to attend the stay and play session with my child and I really had an amazing time. The teachers present in the room made sure everyone felt comfortable and included. They have given us lots of activities to do which were very fun and exciting. They also frequently asked if we needed

anything and were always checking up on us. A big shoutout to Chloe and Tahera for being with us and supported us all throughout the session. And to the whole team for being ever so amazing!

All the staff have been so kind and have the very best in mind for our daughter. My daughter has learned so much in such a small amount of time, and is so much more confident these days. She loves going to nursery and can't wait to go, which is a great sign. She's even refusing to do her morning naps

at nursery because it's all just too much fun... She's absolutely having a blast there! The transition process was also fantastic, and we had to get her in quicker than usual and the staff still found a way to transition her nicely and gently.

Overall Experience

Having had my daughter in nursery from 9 months, me and her father spent time looking around appropriate nursery that we felt our daughter would gain the most knowledge and preparation for school. Somewhere she would feel comfortable, have the ability to have plenty of fun, lots of nature and role play,

while still have an element of structure in place to prepare our daughter for her next steps from early years to primary school. As soon as we walked in to Busy Bees we knew we found the right nursery for our daughter. I can honestly say our daughter has had the best experience being at Busy Bees, she has thrived with every room and has thoroughly excelled hitting all her learning targets and is fully ready for school. She has made some lovely friends and her key workers have all been so attentive to her needs and have her utmost best interests at heart. I will truly miss bringing my daughter to Busy Bees and it was very sad to say goodbye. Thank you Busy Bees, we will miss you a lot.

Our little boy has absolutely thrived at Busy Bees in Hampton and we couldn't be happier with the experience.
