It is a pleasure and a lovely time to get my little daughter Jessy for around 1.5 years and we have a very lovely supportive team from all the admin and staff.
We have been so impressed with the warmth and professionalism of the team at Busy Bees Oldbrook. Our daughter settled in quickly and goes
in every day happy and excited. The staff really understand her as an individual and provide a safe, stimulating environment where she can learn and thrive. We've seen wonderful progress in her development, and the communication with parents is always excellent. We're truly grateful for the team's dedication and care - it feels like being part of a big family.
Many thanks for the admin Demi and Kim
For all the staff particularly Lauren, Mollie, Mila, and Gayle
Thank you everyone! XX

Busy Bees was the first nursery we visited, and we knew right away it was the right choice for our little one. From the moment we met the Centre Director, she instantly put us at ease. She was warm, knowledgeable, and explained so clearly how our baby girl's journey at the nursery would look. The staff
we met were equally lovely - they welcomed our daughter straight away and made her feel part of the group. It was so special to see her settle in so quickly, eager to play and learn alongside the other children.

I do wish your employee - Room Manager at Busy Bees at the Rye, High Wycombe, the same what he did to me - deterioration in mental health.
As per his Linked In account he has interpersonal skills.
I do feel sorry for him. Since late August to today - my child's last day at the Busy Bees - worst
start in life - he was never interested in the customers nor children, when he stopped being my child's keyperson he was treating me like air - I stand in the corridor and he passes me - I am a woman, I am older than him, so it shall be natural for him to say hello to me first. I noticed that he doesn't say hello first by mistake - this is not a room manager's interpersonal skill - let alone a human behaviour.
Once my child run towards me and I fell, alongside my child and another kid - he was standing next to us - looking at us 3 lying on the floor.
Whenever I was asking him how was my child today: always exact same answer: absolutely fine. I had to ask him to elaborate.

My son started at Busybees in Feb25 and has been great for him and us. We had looked at other nurseries prior and I was a little reluctant to put him into nursery. We decided to book a visit at the nursery and it made me feel more assured and comfortable with putting my son into "daycare" from just
the overall feel of the environment itself. The staff are really friendly and I like that most staff will know my son by name regardless of whether they are in his group. As an only child it has been perfect for him to be able to socialise and have fun with other children his age. Its also lovely to receive updates of my sons progress and to know he is reaching his targets.

We couldn't be more pleased with the care our children receive at the nursery. The staff are absolutely wonderful and truly go above and beyond to ensure that both our toddler and 10-month-old are happy, safe, and thriving.
The staff are incredibly attentive, friendly, and always available to provide
updates, making us feel secure and informed every step of the way. We feel so fortunate to have found a place where our children are treated like family.
A huge thank you to the amazing team for the love, care, and support you provide daily. We couldn't be happier with the experience!

Our son started at Busy Bees when he just turned one. He was so shy and nervous to start with but every member of the Browns Wood team have been so patient and worked with him at his own pace. We have seen such a difference in terms of his development and his confidence coming through! Everyone always
greets us with a smile and takes their time in providing updates of our son's day! Not forgetting to mention he loves the food there!

My daughter attends nursery 3 days a week since July 2024 and I genuinely can not speak highly enough of the care and love she is given. The environment and all staff members are amazing. Her relationship with her key worker is so strong and I know she is in safe hands every time she goes. Educational
and fun captured in one. I would not hesitate to send any future children here and can't recommend them enough!

I have been using this nursery for 7 years, since my youngest has started he has come on leaps and bounds. There is a variety of activities for them to do. I'm kept up to date with what he is doing throughout the day and also if there is any changes. The staff are lovely and very welcoming. Would recommend
to others.

Caring staff who make my boys feel safe and loved. They enjoy the activities and the team is always professional. They have attended for many years from 3 months old and I have great faith that we are listened to and it is well managed. All staff are brilliant but particular praise for one lady who
has become an integral part of my family and the raising of my children. Great nursery!

My son has been attending this nursery since 7 months old. Staff are always friendly and caring towards him and are always careful with his diet due to his allergy. They are really great at making his learning fun, and he has really come out of his shell while there and is always smiling and laughing
with staff.

From my initial visit, I could see how passionate, enthusiastic and caring the team at Busy Bees Milton Keynes on Saxon Street are. My daughter started at 4 months old so I was placing a huge amount of trust in their care for her and I did a lot of searching to find the right setting. Her key person
has been incredibly supportive and reassuring and the huge smiles on her face every day at drop off and pick up is a testament to the fun and inspiring care they deliver.

My son (2) joined Busy Bees Milton Keynes on Saxon Street around a year ago and he's loving his time here. When he first joined, he was very clingy and afraid but now, as soon as we park in front of the nursery, he can't wait to go in! The staff are all so lovely and always greet us with a smile, they
are very professional, caring and very friendly. My boy always shows me the new things he's learnt and teaches me all the songs they sang that day at nursery. Staff here always call when something's up which puts me at ease and they always find the time to talk to you about any concerns which you might have. He's developed so much because of Busy Bees and I couldn't be more proud of the little person he's become! Thank you Busy Bees.

The staff members have been exceptional. Over the past six months, our child’s progress has been remarkable. The caregivers consistently provide updates and are genuinely kind. Although we were initially anxious, our child adjusted within a week. The staff’s personal connection with our child has been

I feel supported that I can still breastfeed my child during my lunch breaks and the nursery is very accommodating.

Staff are kind, caring, easy to talk to and the children enjoy going to nursery. We have felt really supported are staff are knowledgeable about medical and allergy issues, they have been fantastic with both of my children. The on-site chef is so helpful as you know everything is fresh. Communication
is good, my children have been challenged and grown in so many ways. Would highly recommend. I also really like that every age group have their own outdoor space.

I felt that whenever I left my child here they were safe and well looked after. I would get a verbal itinerary of their day/food/nappies which was very helpful. However, rarely received photos/developmental milestones completed. Whilst the room staff worked above and beyond I think the admin side was
lacking. If I asked a question; such as changing days it went months without an answer, to the point where I ended up taking my child out to attend a different nursery with better communication. The price has also increased so it is now one of the more expensive nurseries in Milton Keynes and I think that due to the lack of photos, communication, and developmental updates, it isn’t entirely worth it.

We have 2 children who attend Busy Bees Oldbrook and they absolutely love it. Our eldest has moved from baby room to preschool and has thrived the entire journey. The staff are amazing, the facilities are great and there is very little to fault. We have visited many others and could not find a better
place for them to be. My only gripe is the fact we pay for bank holidays even though the centre is closed, both myself and partner can work on bank holidays so we are forced to either pay 2 lots of childcare (enhanced) or turn down work. If not for this I would give the nursery 5 stars.

Couldn’t be happier with Busy Bees Nursery. My child is extremely happy and has settled in so easily. He has formed a beautiful bond with those who care for him and he’s always full of smiles when I collect him. I always get updates via the app on all the fun things he’s done and eaten. Never a dull
day it seems. I’m grateful that starting nursery has been such a simple transition, thanks to the ladies here.
I feel my child is safe, well looked after and cared about whilst he is there!
