Busy Bees Leeds Headingley

This nursery is a SEN parent's dream! My autistic son attends and I'm incredibly grateful for the care he receives. He has severe autism and is non-verbal but the staff go above and beyond to understand and support his SEN needs. They are extremely patient with him, very supportive and understanding, and always treat him with kindness. I notice from his behaviour that he is well cared for as he always hugs his key workers, and he laughs excitedly when I pull into the car park.

His key workers have put so much effort into understanding him as an individual, including learning how he prefers to be fed and how he likes things done so he feels comfortable and secure.

When he began having breathing problems, the team completed asthma training so they could support him safely. It's heartwarming to know he is somewhere the staff genuinely care about him.

He's always happy and having fun in his nursery photos. I'm grateful beyond words for the professionalism and dedication of the staff.

Really appreciate the way he is looked after whilst I am at work. He has loads of fun and we are kept really well informed. Thank you!

Love this nursery they are all so kind and caring any hiccups are dealt with promptly and the nursery staff are so lovely they built such a bond with my children that they look forward to going to nursery.

My son has attended Busy Bees for about five months and has settled so well. The staff are all lovely and they spend a lot of time and energy getting to know your child and developing lovely bonds with them. I like getting updates on the app and I also love the reports they send. I always think you know your child is happy when the description of them in reports or throughout the day are exactly how they are at home. The staff are always happy to my son in the morning and seem to like their jobs.

Can not recommend Busy Bee' any more than I already do! My little boy has come on leaps and bounds since attending Busy Bees, the staff are attentive, caring, and good fun! We especially love one member of staff in particular from Buzz! Keep up the good work Busy Bees!

The centre director is always friendly and helpful with any paperwork or questions we have.

This is my fourth child that has attended Busy Bees Nursery over a span of fourteen years, I cannot fault the care, education and activities they provide for my child. My child is so happy and has come on leaps and bounds since attending nursery. The staff always go above and beyond to provide amazing care, fun and learning opportunities for the children.

She has some food allergies too which I was anxious about when she first started however the manager took the time to sit with me and explain their allergy policy etc. which really reassured me and I was very grateful. The manager is friendly and approachable (as are all the staff). I completely trust this nursery to take care of my child.

We are very happy with the service and care we receive and our son receives. the staff are very knowledgeable.

My son has such a wonderful time at nursery, he has grown in confidence so much, and is really attached to his key person and the other staff in Bombos 1 and 2. The staff are wonderful, always welcoming and friendly, and they set up such a great variety of activities every week. We get lots of updates about our son all day, which is very reassuring. We can't thank the staff enough for their hard work.

I'm really happy with how my child is getting on and developing. All the girls are lovely!

My little one has been loving Busy Bees Nursery. I feel that he has settled in quite quickly and his key worker has really focused on his developments, and I personally feel supported from day one. The constant updates I get about my son on the app really puts my mind at ease, and I know he is being very well looked after. My son comes out of the nursery smiling every day I collect him, along with his key worker, who is absolutely fantastic. I am very thankful for her.

The staff in the room are excellent and demonstrate genuine care every day. They're responsive to feedback and requests for alternatives in my daughter's care. They focus activities around my daughter's development, such as feeding herself. The food is generally a good balanced diet, although they often lack in providing calcium alternatives as my daughter has a milk allergy. The facilities are good, varied and targeted towards learning through play, although some spaces are looking a little tied. There has been a lot of instability with the centre management, but the staff are coping tremendously. They're a credit to Busy Beeds.

The nursery is quite big and clean and has outdoor space where kids can play safely. Highly recommend!

The staff here are fantastic and I feel happy that my daughter is not only well looked after but that her development is paramount. She has come on brilliantly and comes home with new skills that she’s picked up at nursery. She clearly loves spending time at the nursery and talks about both the kids and staff fondly.

Both of my children have attended over the years and have both been really happy. The staff are lovely and approachable. They have always gone the extra mile to accommodate any extra needs my children have had (being very shy/fussy eating etc) and it really feels like they care.

My son is always happy when going in and the care and attention from all the staff are lovely to see. They really pay attention to the children's interests.

Staff are caring, patient and enthusiastic. I feel they listen to parents and know our daughter well. There are lots of varied activities which have really helped our daughter to develop skills and try new things. When she started, staff put a lot of effort into helping our daughter settle in. My daughter now loves nursery and I feel confident that she is safe and cared for.

My daughter attends Busy Bees Leeds Headingley three mornings a week and enjoys coming. The staff in the room are very good with the children and I always see my daughter doing lots of fun activities, especially with her key worker who she has a great bond with.
