Absolutely brillant. Staff are great and my little girl loves it there. They offer a range of food and activities that help my childs development. The relationships they have built with my child are amazing and will probably stay with her forever. Thank you for helping me put as much as you do.

I couldn't be happier with Athena's nursery. They are incredibly accommodating and supportive, especially with helping to support her SEN needs. The staff are amazing - caring, patient, and always approachable - and the manager is brilliant and so easy to talk to. I always feel listened to and reassured.
The level of care they provide for my daughter is outstanding. 10/10 care, I truly couldn't ask for better.

Very apprehensive about putting my twins in nursery, Bombas 1 has made this experience so much easier for us as a family. They welcome the boys in with big smiles and hugs, keep them entertained and us up to date with pictures through out the day. I hope the staff know how special they are. I would
highly recommend the nursery.

Emily has really enjoyed getting to know all the staff in her room and they have been so lovely to her since she started. The care and support given to Emily has been amazing and I am so grateful to them all in Bombos 1. They have all been so caring and thoughtful as I really enjoy getting the updates
on the new app.

Best nursery ever. Had my almost 5 year old there and they were marvellous, even though it's a bit far I got my driving license and I'm able to take our 1 year old there because we know the staff and we know how good they are, no hesitation

We love Busy Bees Spital!
All of the staff are genuinely amazing - even those who aren't in my children's rooms know them by name and always greet them with warmth. The nursery feels incredibly safe and welcoming. Since joining, both of my children's speech and confidence have come on so much. We're
truly grateful for the care and support they receive every day.

The staff in my son's room (buzz 2) have made such an impact on his life since he started there in March of this year! His key person has turned my son from a quiet little boy into such a bubbly happy little boy! I can't thank her enough as well as the other staff in the room

We have been very happy with our child's care. The carers know her well, accommodate her sleeping pattern, engage her in varied activities, and provide personalised attention. All the carers are personable and caring towards the children. The food is very healthy and varied. It's a particular selling
point for us, I know our daughter will have been fed healthy options throughout the day.

My son has been coming to Busy Bees for a few months now and I have noticed such a change in him. He is a very shy boy when at home and doesn't interact well with others, but from what I see on the app he is thriving there. The staff there are aware of his needs and cater to him and keep me updated
at the end of every session he does.

We absolutely love Busy Bees Spital. My little girl absolutely loves all the staff in all of the rooms she has been in over the years.
I really like the varied activities she gets up to. The menus are always impressive and have helped my little girl try different foods.
The staff were also brilliant
when I injured myself and have been so accommodating in the different schedules this has led to.

My daughter has been attending Busy Bees Spital since she was 8 months old. They have been very supportive with the transition of starting nursery for my daughter and she absolutely loves it here! She always comes home in a lovely mood after a full day of learning and playing. All of the staff have
been genuine and friendly, as well as giving detailed handovers of how my daughter has been and what she's been up to throughout the day. I do not worry about her whilst she's at nursery because I'm confident that she's safe and being very well looked after!

My daughter's time at Busy Bees Spital is coming to an end. She has been there since she was 7 months old. As parents, we have nothing but good things to say. From the staff in the baby room to her all-time favourite staff member in the toddler room. She has just completed her last 6 months with two
staff members in the preschool room. Spital has been great. All the staff are friendly and helpful and played a massive part in her life. My child has flourished and is a confident young girl, and is really looking forward to big school. Myself and my partner have a second child starting in September so hopefully he will come on the same way my child has and I am sure we will continue to get the same level of service we now expect. I have to say the highlight for us was the graduation. All the stops were pulled out from the backdrops, the red carpet treatment and the cap and gown. It was the best way to end my child's time at Spital Busy Bees.

Current Review Score: 9.9 (9.938)

Overview of Review Score

The Review Score of 9.9 (9.938) out of 10 for Busy Bees Spital is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

  1. The Average Rating is 4.9 out of 5 from 32 Reviews in the last 24 months.
  2. The score for the number of positive Reviews is 5.0 out of 5 from 32 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Day Nursery is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.938 for Busy Bees Spital is calculated as follows: ( (362 Excellents x 5) + (20 Goods x 4) + (2 Satisfactorys x 3) ) ÷ 384 Ratings = 4.938
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5'). The 5 Points relating to the number of positive Reviews for Busy Bees Spital is based on 32 positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as per below:

The 5 points available are broken down as follows:

    1. 4 points are available for the first 20 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months; 3 points for the first Positive Review, 0.125 Points for each of the next four Positive Reviews, 0.05 Points for the next five Positive Reviews, and finally 0.025 Points for the next ten Positive Reviews. (1st = 3.000, 2nd = 0.125, 3rd = 0.125, 4th = 0.125, 5th = 0.125, 6th = 0.050, 7th = 0.050, 8th = 0.050, 9th = 0.050, 10th = 0.050, 11th = 0.025, 12th = 0.025, 13th = 0.025, 14th = 0.025, 15th = 0.025, 16th = 0.025, 17th = 0.025, 18th = 0.025, 19th = 0.025, 20th = 0.025) 3 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 = 4
    2. 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the number of registered child places in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Day Nursery registered for a maximum of 50 child places has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 130 number of registered child places is 26, which has been reached with 32 Positive reviews. Points = 1
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Day Nursery does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
