Busy Bees Norwich Meridian

Fantastic nursery! Both my children have allergies and they have been so caring and supportive through the journey. Special mention to Emma (centre director), Annie, Chloe, Sofie and Beth. Myself and my partner feel so supported in our journey and feel comfortable dropping them off each day.

My 11 month old joined in July, the staff have all been very supportive of the transition and great with his dairy allergies. The app is a life saver, means I can check in on him as much as I want and if I've ever been worried or wanted an update the ladies are so lovely on the phone when I check in! Very happy and grateful for the team!

I was so worried about sending my son to nursery at 9 months as I had to return to work but we were provided lots of settling in sessions which helped my son and me get used to the setting and staff. My son absolutely loves coming in and gets excited when I get him out of the car now. The staff are really friendly and there is always a member of staff present who knows my son well. He never cries when I drop him off as he just wants to get on and play! The choice of food is amazing and he eats better than me. His physical development has come on so much since he's been attending this nursery. They are extremely communicative and I enjoy being able to see what he's up to on the app

Sickness has always been handled well and we feel reassured that the staff keep us updated by phone or on the app in lots of detail.

My son started at meridian way busy bees in January. Since starting , his confidence , social skills , motor skills have grown so much. he's learnt so much and the lady's are absolutely amazing, always welcomed with the kindest smiles and always get a full update on what my sons got up to! The ladies always make sure to learn each child and there specific needs, makes the child's experience so much more enjoyable when the staff are just so amazing! Couldn't me more happy! Thankyou busy bees!!

Every day there are fun and varied activities for her to take part in. She learns a lot and her time at the nursery definitely aids her general development.

My daughter is currently in Bombos 1, and about to move up to Bombos 2 in September. I can not express how amazing this nursery is. Every day we receive a warm welcome from all of the staff, it really feels like a home from home. They are always on hand to support you and your child in any way possible and answer any questions you may have. Two members of staff in particular in the baby room are always going above and beyond! My daughter has only been there 3 months now but has already formed such special relationships with them both. Always full of smiles and cuddles when she sees them to the point she doesn't want to leave some days. They truly care about all of the children in their care. Due to the transition, she has been having frequent visits into the older room to get her settled in. They each have such a deep understanding of each child's needs and support them on an individual basis, allowing them to develop. My daughter's confidence and skill set grow on a daily basis, thanks to them!

Your baby is in safe hands in the baby room. My son is really thriving in there and I couldn't be more grateful to the young women that work there.

The ladies in the room are outstanding! So attentive and kind and always keeping us updated with everything with our son. His key worker has gone above and beyond with our boy and his speech has come on so much with the continued support and effort she has shown. Our boy loves nursery so much thanks to the kind, loving girls he has that take care of him. The interaction is great and they always keep us updated via the app. Handovers are very informative and detailed for what we need. We couldn't ask for more! My son comes home learning new words and things all the time which is fantastic. Thank you very much for everything.

I cannot speak highly enough about the baby room and the girls looking after her, specifically two members of staff, in particular. My daughter quickly developed a close relationship with them and is always so happy going to them, waving me goodbye and blowing kisses goodbye to me as soon as we arrive. I feel completely comfortable and confident in the care they give my daughter. She is learning every day and surprises me with new skills she has learnt. The girls show a genuine interest in my daughter and I know from her behaviours that she is content and happy there, which is what every parent wants for their child.

This member of staff and the Busy Bees team truly stand out for their commitment to creating a nurturing and educational environment. We highly recommend them to any parent seeking outstanding childcare.

Our daughter is currently in Bombos 2. She really enjoys going to nursery and has made some great attachments to her key workers. The activities provided always encapture the children's interests and we have really appreciated how they have built on areas of development for our daughter. Recently, staff went above and beyond staying on after closing time when there were traffic issues, all of this was done with a smile! Thank you for the care you always give.

My child absolutely loves preschool at Busy Bees Meridian. The room staff are fantastic and never fail to make my little one smile and feel welcome, happy and proud of herself. It's clear the team understand each child's needs, routines and personalities. The children's interests are encouraged and explored together. I'm always impressed with the menu, the variety of food is amazing. I also think it's fantastic that the children know and love the chef. My child has developed so much whilst at Busy Bees, particularly in the preschool room where her confidence has grown! I would absolutely recommend Busy Bees!

Wonderful nursery with a great team. Management are friendly and welcoming. My children's key workers are fantastic and I feel like they really know my children. High standard of care, great range of activities and nutritious meals. I always get an informative and thorough handover when I collect my children and they take the time to make a lot of effort with them when they arrive. They love the people who work there and enjoy going!

Fabulous nursery, my daughter loves being in pre-school. Lots of fun mixed with learning too. Staff are warm, welcoming and really understand the little ones. The food is cooked fresh on-site daily and has really expanded my little one's palate! Cannot recommend enough.

At the end of the day, I'm always filled in on the activities she's taken part in and the app is regularly updated throughout the day with her meals, nappies etc. She's growing to be so confident and chatty thanks to Busy Bee's nurturing environment. She's excited to go to nursery and she always comes home babbling about the things she's done and singing songs, so that says it all!

In particular, his key worker goes above and beyond to support both my child and us, as parents!

We've had a great experience with all our children. Our youngest is currently in Bumbles Room 2 and we couldn't be happier with the care he receives from the room leader and her team. They are always on hand at handover to make sure our little one (who can be upset at this time) is ok and settled and they provide excellent feedback on his day at pick-up. Our son enjoys all the activities which are stimulating and fun and he comes home happy after each session.

Couldn't recommend the nursery highly enough!
