Busy Bees Norwich Meridian

My daughter attended 3 days a week from her first birthday right up until starting school in September. My son has been there 6 months. We have always been really happy with the care provided and the staff are lovely. Both children love going and we feel confident going off to work knowing that they will have fun and be well looked after.

We've watched both girls grow so much in confidence, independence, and social skills. We have total peace of mind every time we drop them off, and we are always greeted so warmly by the office staff who are really so helpful and friendly. Thank you to the entire team for giving both our daughters such a fantastic start in life.

My little boy struggles going into nursery in the mornings as he has separation anxiety. The girls are so nice and helpful, they let me stay as long as I need without feeling rushed to get out of the way and are super friendly to him trying to calm him down when I'm leaving. They always give me updates on the apps too which is super thoughtful especially when drop offs been bad. Second child will be joining next year and I can't wait for her to enjoy her days there

It is clear that a lot of thought goes into making the children feel happy and settled, and we really appreciate the positive attitude of everyone at the school.

Our 10 month old just started at Busy Bees and the 0-2 team are doing an awesome job making sure he is comfortable, and the parents have a peace of mind. Huge thanks to the Busy Bees team and management!

We have noticed such a difference with their development also since attending.

We love Busy Bees! Our son has been attending for over a year now (currently 2 years old) and we are so happy with the progress we have seen in him. He has made lots of friends and has always got on really well with not only his key person, but all the staff here. Every member of the team has been a pleasure to get to know. We get really good regular updates on what our son is doing and we see him learning so much thanks to the staff and the activities they setup. And we all love how much time he spends outdoors! Every day that he attends, he comes home a happier boy. I would reccomend Busy Bees Meridian Way to anyone I know. Thanks to everyone that has made it the experience that we could only have hoped for.

The only things I would suggest to improve would be air conditioning to help with the hotter summers, and a look at the menu for dietary restrictions to make it a little less repetitive.

Really happy with our experience so far. My son has been attending 2 days a week for the past month, he has settled in well and seems happy. The staff have been friendly and welcoming, and we're pleased with how things are going so far :)

Such a lovely nursery. They've been so accommodating with my daughter, helping her to reach her milestones such as potty training and social development. My daughter always returns happy, her needs are always met and I feel satisfied she's in safe and supportive hands! The office staff are also lovely and really welcoming! I love that the key worker will provide the one to one support to ensure my daughter has everything she needs, and to keep us all updated! Would highly recommend x

My child has been at this Busy Bees for nearly a year now and has enjoyed going in each week. They have built up great confidence and friendships with peers and staff, who have been excellent at communicating with me about my child's development. Everyone is very friendly and made each move between rooms easy for both me and my child.

Our little girl has been attending Busy Bees Meridian since September 2024 when she was 18 months old. She has changed key worker for each room graduation and has always connected well with each one. Each room is well thought out and little one has always enjoyed the activities. Her development has excelled during her time there despite only attending 1.5 days and she's formed some lovely friendships. The ladies running it always try their best to communicate well with parents and it's always nice to be welcomed. I've seen them stop people from coming in who aren't recognised so security wise, I feel my child is safe there. The food offered to them is excellent with a good range to encourage them to eat lots of different things.

My son has been attending Busy Bees Norwich Meridian for around 8 months. He started when he was just 3 months old and from the beginning we have felt everyone has gone above and beyond to care for him and his needs. Being a younger baby, they made sure suitable toys and equipment for his age/stage of development were in place prior to him starting. We had lots of 'settling in' sessions to ensure both our baby and us as parents could adapt to the transition. Throughout his journey at Busy Bees they have supported him in meeting key milestones and on his weaning journey. Our son is always super happy when arriving at nursery, likewise at pick up he always has a smile on his face surrounded by lots of toys. He frequently comes home with crafts they have been creating throughout the day, or photos from the activities they have been doing. You can clearly tell he has a strong bond with all of the girls that care for him which is so lovely to see.

There is nothing negative I can say, if you are looking for a nursery that will nurture your child, help them grow, be transparent, open and honest and absolutely fantastic at what they do, then Busy Bees, Meridian Way is for you!

Fantastic nursery! Both my children have allergies and they have been so caring and supportive through the journey. Special mention to Emma (centre director), Annie, Chloe, Sofie and Beth. Myself and my partner feel so supported in our journey and feel comfortable dropping them off each day.

I was so worried about sending my son to nursery at 9 months as I had to return to work but we were provided lots of settling in sessions which helped my son and me get used to the setting and staff. My son absolutely loves coming in and gets excited when I get him out of the car now. The staff are really friendly and there is always a member of staff present who knows my son well. He never cries when I drop him off as he just wants to get on and play! The choice of food is amazing and he eats better than me. His physical development has come on so much since he's been attending this nursery. They are extremely communicative and I enjoy being able to see what he's up to on the app

Sickness has always been handled well and we feel reassured that the staff keep us updated by phone or on the app in lots of detail.

My son started at meridian way busy bees in January. Since starting , his confidence , social skills , motor skills have grown so much. he's learnt so much and the lady's are absolutely amazing, always welcomed with the kindest smiles and always get a full update on what my sons got up to! The ladies always make sure to learn each child and there specific needs, makes the child's experience so much more enjoyable when the staff are just so amazing! Couldn't me more happy! Thankyou busy bees!!

Every day there are fun and varied activities for her to take part in. She learns a lot and her time at the nursery definitely aids her general development.

My daughter is currently in Bombos 1, and about to move up to Bombos 2 in September. I can not express how amazing this nursery is. Every day we receive a warm welcome from all of the staff, it really feels like a home from home. They are always on hand to support you and your child in any way possible and answer any questions you may have. Two members of staff in particular in the baby room are always going above and beyond! My daughter has only been there 3 months now but has already formed such special relationships with them both. Always full of smiles and cuddles when she sees them to the point she doesn't want to leave some days. They truly care about all of the children in their care. Due to the transition, she has been having frequent visits into the older room to get her settled in. They each have such a deep understanding of each child's needs and support them on an individual basis, allowing them to develop. My daughter's confidence and skill set grow on a daily basis, thanks to them!
