I have two children at Busy Bees Norwich Airport, and I honestly couldn't be happier with the care and service our family receives. From the moment we walk through the doors, the team is always so welcoming, friendly, and supportive.

The team consistently goes above and beyond to help our family, and nothing ever seems like too much trouble. Every member of staff is outstanding, and my boys absolutely love going to nursery. It's clear how much everyone genuinely cares about the children and their wellbeing.

The app is always kept up to date with everything from what the boys have eaten to how they've slept and the activities they've enjoyed throughout the day. It gives me complete peace of mind knowing exactly how they're doing while I'm at work.

When I collect them, they're always happy, settled, and excited to tell me about their day. The activities are fun, engaging, and educational, helping them learn, grow, and develop while enjoying themselves.

My child started busy bees Norwich airport a few years ago after moving to a new house. Before this he was with a different nursery but since starting busy bees we noticed such a difference as well as us teaching him things, he also massively progressed whilst at nursery. We have since had another child who now attends and has been for the past 3 months and they both absolutely thrive at nursery, they're both always excited to attend and my eldest would love to be there on weekends if he could! Everyone in the setting is so warm and welcoming and all the staff know the children's names. There are so many different activities inside and outside and always something in the hallway for the children to interact with. I would highly recommend busy bees Norwich airport to anyone!

My child has been attending the nursery for over a year now, and I am pleased with my choice. My child is quite reserved and it felt like there have not been any pressure to change, to fit in or be anything other than themselves. If I didn't feel like targets were in line with her best interests, it was a safe space to share my thoughts. The staff always seemed to be accommodating around my child's temperament and preferences, and like they wanted to know my child for who they were. My child's development has been well supported, the food served is nutritious, and I love how much time is spent outdoors, no matter the weather. Yes, it is not perfect - for example, staff changes are quite frequent, there isn't always as much flexibility available as needed in an ideal world, and the app updates can be sporadic. However, on the whole, the nursery and everyone in it always made me and my child feel heard, supported and like it is a joy for the child to be there. Thank you!

We have been extremely happy with the care and dedication given to our two children at this nursery over the past 4 years. The setting provides a fun and engaging environment where we have felt our daughters individual needs have been consistently met. Our oldest daughter wears hearing aids and required additional support with her language development. This was recognised early by staff and measures put in place to address it, her key worker was excellent at focussing on her needs helping her to progress quickly, ensuring she was level with her peers. We love the emphasis from a young age to encourage independence, which the kids also really enjoy. The food is amazing, freshly made on site to a high standard and very nutritious with a 6 week menu. We regularly attempt to encourage our children to eat our home cooked meals but stating we got the recipe from Busy Bees!

We are so grateful for the support, encouragement, and nurturing environment they have created-helping our children grow in confidence, independence, and readiness for school. We would wholeheartedly recommend Busy Bees Norwich Airport to any family looking for a caring and supportive start to their child's early years.

My eldest son had been at busy bees from 10 months old until 4 and a half, hes thrived here and they have been instrumental in helping his speech, social skills and eating habits. I cannot thank the staff enough for their continuous support & care. Our 2 year old is at the nursery also, he is also thriving and loves going! The staff are all friendly & professional, and will also go the extra mile to take care of our little ones. Its a wonderful nursery, we would highly recommend.

Our daughters have been attending Busy Bees since they were six months (they are now 3.5 and 1.5 respectively) and we've had nothing but a positive experience. Both girls have a fantastic time and a really strong relationship with the staff who always make time to bond with the children. We are amazed at the level of activities the children get to do - our eldest has been learning about Greek gods and has loved it! The food is excellent (it is all cooked on site) and no two days seem the same.

I recommend busy bees at the airport to anyone who is looking for a nursery.

My child has been at Busy Bees Norwich Airport for over a year now and she is absolutely thriving. All the staff in her room have a great bond with her and genuinely seem to know my child's likes and dislikes, I have full confidence that she is in the best possible hands. My Daughter loves being outside and engaging in all the different activities on offer to her. The staff in the office are also very helpful and approachable if I have any questions. Mine and my Daughters experience of Busy Bees Norwich Airport is a positive one, the lovely photos and updates I receive really reinforce that.

Key workers are lovely and very friendly and make my daughter feel comforted and safe. Happy to update us parents on pick up on how her day was. I know she is well looked after and she enjoys her time there.

I cannot speak highly enough of Busy Bees, Norwich Airport. The centre management and staff in general have all played a key role in developing our daughter from the day she joined 3 years ago to her final day as she now heads to her first school. The environment created is both fun and educational and we have seen development in our daughter as she has moved through each class. The facilities at the centre are well maintained and looked after which again help create a positive learning environment for young children to thrive. There is a clear commitment to developing of young children and a consistent approach from staff members to ensure this vision is delivered. Our daughter has loved her time at Nursery and the key factor in that is the staff who have helped make her journey so enjoyable. Our daughter is both sad at leaving the nursey but excited for school and again this is credit to the Nursery in that our daughter is sad to leave but feels excited and well prepared for school.

The ONLY negative I can think of is that during hot weather during the summer months the staff have a really tough job keeping the building cool, I really think having air con installed would be a massive bonus not only for the children but the staff as well.

My daughter has attended this nursery since she was 9 months old (now 18 months) and has flourished. She loves playing with the other children and her teachers. She has improved with her eating, speech and walking since attending this setting. The staff are wonderful and caring, they are respectful and proactive. I never have worried about how my daughter settles and whether she is looked after properly. She is always so excited to go to nursery and never seems to want to leave. We are having to move her nursery due to a house move and both of us are heartbroken to be leaving as she enjoys her time there so much.

Our son has been attending here since September 2023, we picked the nursery mainly due to location and the feel we got for it when visiting. Compared to some of the other places we visited, this was brighter, cleaner and friendlier. Our little boy loves it there, he frequently speaks about the staff and the things that he has learnt. He thoroughly enjoys all of the meals which are varied, home cooked and nutritional. They take care and time to get to know both your child and you as parents, to ensure you feel at ease and of the mindset that they know the best care for them. We sometimes say he prefers nursery to home as he has so much fun there! We would certainly recommend them.

The nursery have been amazing for my daughter. They have helped her develop and grow in all areas of her life and helped her overcome struggles. I am eternally grateful for the staff including in the office for everything and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better support group. Thank you!
