Love it here! x
Thank you for all you have done Busy Bees. Keep up the phenomenal work.
I love the fact that I can check in throughout the day to see how girls are doing, the app is always updated regularly. Constantly getting new artwork which I love, always learning new things, and helping them to grow. I have recently recommended a friend here as she has had a bad experience at a different nursery company and she was so happy with the tour that her boy is now starting! Thank you so much to the staff for looking after my girls like their own!
My son has attended Busy Bees at Cheam Park for 3 years, starting in the baby class and is now in preschool and we have had the most positive experience. Every member of staff shows so much enthusiasm and interest in every child and knows all the little ways that each of them tick. The children's days a jam packed with activities and the kids are always so happy coming out of nursery! My 2nd son will be starting in September and I couldn't feel more confident about him settling in and thriving there.
My daughter has attended the nursery for two years and is currently in the pre-school room. Since starting the nursery, my husband and I couldn't be more grateful for how the staff in each room have helped her settle. From the start, the communication has been amazing, helping us with any questions or queries we had. When it came time to change rooms, my daughter was given lots of settling in and time to adjust to the new room and new staff. Both toddler and preschool room staff have helped my daughter adapt to her baby brother's arrival by including her in conversations and activities around this. We are very grateful she is so settled and loves coming to nursery.
My son is 1.5-years-old and has been at the nursery since he was 9 months. I was very nervous about sending such a young baby into childcare but the manager and the team have been great. He gets a bit emotional at times but they do everything to make him happy. We often notice he comes home with new skills, i.e. using cutlery at dinner etc., which he's picked up at nursery which is lovely.
I'm looking forward to the upcoming parents' evening too.
I really couldn't ask for a better nursery! My daughter started in September and I've already noticed how much her development has come on. She really does have the best time there and all the activities they do with the children are great, not to mention the delicious menu that is served daily. I love the updates on the app that the staff always make sure they do for us parents as well.
Excellent nursery - the opening times are long which really helps with commutes into London and the surroundings and atmosphere are friendly and welcoming. Our kid was made to feel at home right from the start and has enjoyed his activities there every day!
My daughter has started preschool at Busy Bees Cheam Park recently and has settled very well. The process from a tour to starting the sessions was well organised, all information provided and explained. The manager did the tour herself which is not always the case and answered all our questions. The nursery was supportive when we had problems with getting the government funding which helped us very much. I very much appreciated the initial session, talking to the key worker about my daughter and how the learning process will be organised. The staff are very attentive, caring and listen to all requests. Thank you very much, Busy Bees Cheam Park!
Lovely, friendly staff who really make a fuss of the little ones. Our son always enjoys his time at nursery and shows us things he's learnt when he's at home. We love the creative crafts they do. Beautiful setting for a nursery in Cheam Park too. Would thoroughly recommend.
My son has been at Busy Bees for a couple of years now and he loves it. He is very settled and always comes home having great days and doing lots of different activities. He has always been welcomed with warm arms and looked after really well.
Staff are very professional, well-trained and polite.
They have lots of activities for kids daily. My daughter loves it.
The photos and updates on the app have been really helpful and seeing him settling in helps us as well.
Our daughter started Busy Bees Cheam Park in January 2024. She had a difficult start as she was in on and off due to ongoing illness (unrelated to nursery). Both myself and her dad were very happy with how they handled her illness when she was at nursery. She has now been attending for nine months and we cannot believe how much she has come along and we have nursery to thank. She absolutely loves going, she gets excited to see her key worker. I am an over-the-top mum who calls regularly and I am never made to feel like it's a problem! Special shoutout to two members of staff, in particular, who are both incredibly good at what they do! I initially struggled with sending the baby to nursery but have always felt very reassured that she's ok. We looked around lots of nurseries and we are so glad we picked this one. Would recommend again and again. Thank you Busy Bees.
Very good. Staff are always really pleasant and obviously care about the children. Only flaw is the entry system, as in the afternoon it can sometimes take a couple of rings on the bell to get entry. Communication is always excellent (in person, email, and messaging).

The staff have been so warm and loving to our son since day one and he has loved every minute of being in the Seedlings class. They all have become firm friends and he has developed so nicely there alongside our time with him. They are respectful of our wishes and communicative of developmental feedback. Highly recommend.

I have 2 children at Busy bees, one in preschool and one recently in babies. Both are extremely happy there and my eldest has developed so much in the time he has been there. The staff are friendly and helpful and really pleased with all aspects of the nursery. Was always going to be daunting leaving my 9-month-old but they made me feel so comfortable and communication is great. During the past year during lockdown the nursery staff went above and beyond and my son settled back in without any issues and is so excited when he knows it’s a “nursery day”
We have also enjoyed special dress-up days etc at the nursery. During the pandemic and lockdown, their management was very good and as far as I could tell, they followed all the prescribed guidelines.
A big shout out to the manager, for being very approachable and accommodating. Also, the nursery staff for always taking good care of my daughter. You guys helped provide a good start for her! Thank you very much.
My son and daughter both love their time at this nursery and my other son will be joining later this year. This was the first nursery I took a tour of 3 years ago and none l viewed after compared. The building refurb was purposely for the nursery so nice big rooms, buggy area, Not lots of gates and narrow hallways. All new playground, equipment. The staff develop really close relationships with them and teach them so much in lots of different ways. Really supportive through potty training and other life events. The staff were really communicative through the first lockdown and helped us, parents, through too. Staff always available to talk whether in person, by phone or email.
