Busy Bees Croydon, Haling Park

We are 4 months into our daughter's journey with Busy Bees and we cannot recommend them enough. They have been prompt with communications via the app and their updates have been helpful. We are greeted at the door with a friendly face which makes us feel welcome each day. We can easily say the best part about our daughter joining Busy Bees has been Myles, the Buzz room leader. He has curated a special bond with our daughter; his care, thoughtfulness and love to teach has struck a chord with her from her very first day. She will constantly mention Myles and is always excited to let us know what they have got up to during the day. His updates via the app and in person have been invaluable with keeping us informed of our daughter's development. His creativity in activities throughout the week and activity packs to bring home is fantastic and we throughly enjoy them. We truly believe that Myles has helped our daughter grow in her confidence and we cannot thank him enough.

My son has been attending busy bees hailing park for over 2.5 years now. It took him awhile to settle but since he joined pre school Buzz group with one member of staff he really likes it now. This member of staff goes above and beyond to create some fabulous activities for children.

Am happy with busy bees . Especially this year . My son he changed some his behaviour like sharing he didn't share before . He started counting the numbers 1 to 20 . Thank you very much all the staff especally Mayles .

very happy with the nursery

Our son has been at this nursery for nearly two months and absolutely loves it! He started at one years old and had a few medical issues and was delayed with his milestones and the nursery were very accommodating to meet us in advance of settling in and provided him with a slower settling in period. He has learnt so much at nursery and has even started to wave goodbye to me when he arrives and reaches out to say hello to the staff at the nursery! The nursery is open and spacious both indoors and outdoors so he has loads of space to practice walking and crawling safely. Regular updates show he has opportunities for independent exploration and other times playing and interacting with other children/ activity focuses. Staff at hand over are positive and give accurate updates on his day as well as updating the app. They have ensured his risk assessment remains up to date and is regularly reviewed with his changing medical needs.

The nursery is very nice with polite and gentle staff. My son is 3 years there and he enjoyed. I'll recommend to another parents or friends.

My child will be starting school in September after being with Busy Bees Croydon, Haling Park since he was 3 months old. My experience with the nursery has been great - the team are super supportive and they've had my child's best interests at heart from start to finish. I've had a wonderful experience with the nursery and would highly recommend them.

Absolutely love this nursery, my son has been attending here since he was 2 years old, he was nonverbal and diagnosed with autism. Busy Bees has not only supported my son through his diagnosis with amazing support, love and care, they have also been amazing at helping with his speech, he is now so vocal and honestly, my son is now 4 and is excelling so much. So sad he is now leaving to start school. Staff are amazing and friendly and you can tell they love the kids as their own. So attentive and definitely tailored to my son's needs, I was never worried about leaving my son at nursery. Would give ten stars if I could! Thank you Busy Bees Croydon, Haling Park for everything, you have been more than amazing and we are so sad to be leaving!

My son started the nursery a year ago and the team has continued to be helpful, friendly, and professional. The management and baby room staff are approachable and always accommodating where possible. The diversity within the team is great to see. Overall I appreciate the care and nurturing of my son and have recommended the Haling Park Nursery location to a friend whose child now also attends.

I would like to commend Haling Park Busy Bees for the care and enthusiasm of the excellent carers in the babies' room. The carers are genuinely invested in the babies' well-being and development. It is so nice to see the loving care they give to all children. The facilities - mainly the sensory room - need some upgrades. I also tend to receive newsletters halfway through the month, after some of the activities have already taken place, but in general, we are having a nice experience because the most important thing is the dedicated, affectionate care my child gets. Children are taught to share, care, respect and like one another. I love the personal, dedicated handovers we receive at the end of the day.

I was very nervous when starting my daughter, as this will be her 3rd nursery but the settling in and staff really helped her settle. Now she’s in more-school she has improved and is ready to go to school in September. They focus on phonics and she is confident in writing her name. She has been eating well and she enjoys the food. They have supported her in toilet training and can’t say anything but the staff are lovely. They communicate and support with everything and happy for her to be here.

My little one was very unsettled in the beginning but just for a week, she was absolutely fine! I would definitely recommend it!

My daughter has been at Busy Bee's for 6 months now and has had a wonderful time. She went just before she turned 1 and cried initially when she was dropped off but the staff in the baby room were amazing at calming her down and settling her in. They give you a run down at pick up about the baby's day which is lovely to hear and also update the app with photos and activities which is wonderful to see what the babies get up to. She absolutely loves going there and really loves the staff. When we had a gap over Christmas she missed them/nursery so much she kept demanding to go. The variety of food is great and they always provide second/third helpings if the children want them. The management staff are super friendly, really efficient, helpful and very accommodating.

My daughter is coming up to the end of her time at Busy Bee’s, and we have had the best experience at the nursery. Every member of staff that has looked after my daughter has been fantastic. The management is organised and friendly and also responds quickly to any queries. A huge thank you to all the staff at Busy Bee’s; I always know my daughter is in good hands when she’s in your care!
