Our little girl has loved Busy Bees Kilburn since she started 14 months or so ago. She has developed so much over this time and she can't wait to run through the door every morning. The staff have all been wonderful with her.
The huge outside space gives them so much space to explore that was not
available at any of the other nurseries we visited.

We are very happy to have chosen this nursery for our daughter. Since her very first day at 10 months, the staff made everything possible to make her happy and feel comfortable and now she loves going there.
Everyone is very positive, helpful, friendly and also well prepared.
Food is cooked there
fresh daily which is a big plus for us and they also have a big garden equipped for different ages of children's.
Our daughter has thrived under their care and really enjoy going there.
I'm so grateful to the entire staff (special mention to the 1-2s ones) for looking after her and their commitment to each child's growth.

Hello all,
Our son who is 1 year old has started attending the nursery from January and so far the feedback is very positive. The staff at the nursery are very kind and professional at their jobs. Our son has adapted to the nursery very quickly, it took him only a few days to settle in and have a
good sleep he should have at his age.
He has also learnt to eat with his hands and is trying the cutlery already. Also he started walking now with the help of a walker so very close to walking on his own.
It is a great nursery and kids love it. I see kids every morning banging the doors keen to get in and play.
The activities at the nursery are great and each week there is different focus on their skills development.
Not to mention they have the app where you can see in real time what they eat, how much of it, how much they slept, how many nappies they had. Also pictures are published.

This nursery is truly special.
The staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely care about each child as an individual. My son is naturally cheeky, and I love that they don't try to discourage his personality-they embrace it and help him thrive. They've done an incredible job keeping him happy, engaged,
and excited to learn.
The nursery itself has a lovely atmosphere-bright, spacious, and full of positive energy. You feel it the moment you walk in. The children are listened to, encouraged, and raised with real affection. I often think, "These are the kinds of kids I want my child to grow up with."
Even though I travel far to get here, there's nowhere else I'd rather send my child. I love that I can walk in for drop-off and pick-up, and my son loves showing me what he's been up to. The team-including the cooks!-are always up for a friendly chat, and I feel truly connected to the whole place.
I absolutely love this nursery-and I know they love my child, too.

My son started at busy bees kilburn January 2025. We are incredibly grateful for the wonderful care and support our son has received at busy bees. The staff are truly dedicated and create a warm, nurturing environment where our child feels safe and happy. We've seen remarkable progress in our son's
development, and we know it's thanks to the engaging activities and positive interactions at the nursery. I was so happy how quickly my son got settled and how he says good bye to me and his siblings and entered the room very happily. Also wanted to mention about his eating i was scared that he might not like the food because he is a picky eater to find out he eats all his lunch and asks for more which make me so happy. And i love how parents kept updated with all the progress of their child and any event is taking place the parents are informed before. Also the app is amazing and kept updated during the day. I have been part of Busy Bees family for more than 4 years!
And yes I meant to say family because this is what you feel once you are part of such a lovely community.
Staff is so caring and supportive that our kids manage to express themselves and be the best version of themselves.
My eldest daughter
was ready to step up to reception year at school after learning numbers and letters but more importantly being in community respecting others and being confident of her own value. My little one is still at Busy Bees and I can't thank them enough for the amazing work they do!
I totally recommend the Busy Bees at Kilburn.

Excellent nursery, very helpful staff and lovely manager who put my mind at rest with any worry that I might have had and went the extra mile to do so. My child loves it here and seems to enjoy everyday, thanks for all your hard work the manager and the team. The nursery is always spotless, plus lots
of activities going on. I also think a lot of care and planning goes into everyday and can see how hard everyone is working. For this reason I have to say that I do think I'm definitely getting value for money.

I had a wonderful experience at Busy Bees Kilburn! The staff were incredibly friendly and made both my child and I feel welcome from the start. The garden is spacious, well-maintained, and provides a fantastic environment for the children to play and explore. The atmosphere was vibrant, with a lovely

My son loves Busy Bees! It’s always clean and light, no steps throughout and lots of outside space for different age groups. A lot of activities for kids, the nursery is very well-equipped! Freshly prepared meals in their own kitchen. Most important, dedicated and friendly staff members. Would especially
like to single out a few closest to my son. One member of staff is an excellent worker and a true asset to Busy Bees. He is attentive to children’s needs, very caring and kind, always a pleasure to discuss my son’s day with him. Another member of staff is an absolute sweetheart, such a nice, polite and hard-working girl. She always goes the extra mile to make my son feel at ease. Another member of staff was the very first person we met here and she made a huge difference. She is very friendly, knows children well and always welcomes us with a huge smile. Another member of staff is very knowledgeable, kind and gives everyone her attention. My son always mentions her on the way to the nursery. Management are excellent leaders and always address our needs. Thank you!

My son is in this nursery for 3 years now. Since he started he goes to nursery and comes home happy every day. He feels safe and happy. He loves his teachers. The outdoor space is lovely and big compare to London standards. I love they get cooked lunch and snacks every day. His progress was very visible.
The staff helped him settle in to his new classes and routines. The staff also communicated with me and helped me to change my practices when it was time (encouraged me for potty training, teach my son to be more resilient). The activities are varied. They just had the loveliest graduation ceremony!
My only criticism would be the staff turnaround but in todays' environment it is not surprising at all. I am actually happy that the nursery is not one of the hundreds that is closing down. In spite of changing teachers or key-person mid-year he was well cared for and helped in the changing environment.
I would be happy to recommend this nursery.

My daughter has grown up at Busy Bees - the long-term staff have been brilliant, and they were faultless during the pandemic. The big outside space is rare to find, and she loves the freedom of playing outside with her friends. I would like more app updates and a wider variety of menus. Very happy to

We have two kids who were here and both of them love Busy Bees. We really believe in and love the way Busy Bees takes care of my children. This September my little boss will be leaving Busy Bees after 3 years he has been here. We will miss all of the staff so much.

Both our kids have attended Busy Bees Kilburn full-time since a young age, so we've had an extensive experience of the nursery, including during the COVID-19 pandemic (which was amazingly well managed).
We only have great things to say.
The staff are diverse, competent, friendly, loving and dedicated.
Our kids have created astonishing bonds with their carers, who they can't stop talking about and run to when we get to nursery.
Learning is excellent; we are a French-speaking family, so nursery is the main English exposure our kids get and both of them are fully bilingual. Our eldest was well ready for reception when he started school.
The indoor space is excellent, with lots of different spaces dedicated to different activities, and tons of toys and books. But the outdoor space is incredible. It is enormous for London and the kids spend a lot of time there. This really has been a highlight of the nursery for us.
In short, we love Busy Bees and wholeheartedly recommend it!

Our son has been at Busy Bees Kilburn for the past 11 months and is so happy there. The staff are so kind and friendly and he loves the brilliant outside which is huge for the local area. What we like most is that it feels like a proper community. All of the staff know him regardless of whether they
work directly with him and they are all always keen to say hi and chat to us, the other parents are so friendly and it’s just a really happy place. We are so pleased we chose it for our son.

I am happy to share my experience with Busy Bees Nursery. Both of my kids have been attending, and I couldn't be happier with their development. My child has attended Busy Bees Kilburn for 2.5 years so far, and we have had a very positive experience. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming and kind, and have supported and encouraged my child to learn and grow in confidence over the time spent there. There is a huge outside space for the
children to play in, as well as a large indoor space for the children to engage in structured and independent play. The children are well fed and learn positive eating habits from eating with the other children. The management team do their best to support parents with queries and are open to feedback and ideas for improvement. The nursery is good value for money compared to other more expensive nurseries in the area. I would recommend the nursery to friends.

We are happy with the care and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. Our daughter is always very happy to go to the nursery and sometimes asks why she isn't coming on the weekend! I would definitely recommend the nursery to friends and family.
