It was a very great experience for me and my little daughter. She was here from 6 months old until 1 year old and then again from 3 to 4 years old.
She never forgot about here as she always was happy here, even when she came with an upset face in the morning. The range of activities and plays they
applied here for the kids was amazing.
All staff were so knowledgeable and expert in their job. They know exactly how to deal with each child. They were very approachable in case of any problem and tried their best to fix everything in the best way. I love all of them and will miss them. A big thank you.

Our daughter has been at Ealing Common Busy Bees since October 2020. She's had an excellent 3-ish years, which has left her well-prepared and eager to start school in September. Her experience here has been foundational. From the way she plays and talks about 'big' school, it's clear she has an underlying
expectation of a safe, supportive, loving environment. That is a testament to all the team.
Her attachment to her 1 or 2 key people has been strong, as you would expect. But given that she's not naturally extroverted, it's also especially notable that she's always chatted a lot about all her teachers and classmates over the years. Her intuitive sense of belonging to the whole school shows that the culture is oriented towards all the children feeling seen, heard, and included. She's made great friends here and grown so confident and curious about the people and world around her. That says it all really.

My daughter recently joined, she wasn't too keen, however, the team were so kind, worked with her and spent a lot of the time with her. Within 3 weeks she settled and loves going in. The staff are lovely.

My daughter started at this nursery in February 2022. Her settling-in period was wonderful and the staff made us both feel very comfortable. This is the third nursery we have tried, due to moving homes and it is by far the best. The staff are excellent. I have seen my daughter grow in confidence and
she has become more independent. They keep us well informed using the app and I get sent pictures.

We are so impressed with Ealing Common, Busy Bees. The staff are wonderful and have made us feel so welcome since our 2-year-old daughter started five months ago. They are caring and knowledgeable, and it is reassuring to know she is being looked after so well. Since starting at the nursery, we have
seen our daughter’s confidence and skills grow so much, which is a testament to how well her teachers have got to know her as an individual and the excellent activities they plan each day. We particularly love the app, which shows everything from meals to nappy changes and photos of her exploring the nursery environment. We couldn’t be happier and are only sorry we did not start earlier. Highly recommended!

Busy Bees is the first nursery our son has been to and he has been there for a month now. The transition from the home environment has been very smooth. The personal is very friendly and polite. Our son is enjoying his time there, he enjoys playing with the other children as well as with the personnel.
We are very satisfied with Busy Bees so far.

I have been nothing but impressed with the nursery since our first visit there. All the staff are warm, calm, attentive and caring towards each and every child. Our daughter only joined 5 weeks ago and doesn’t attend every day, but she is already growing more and more settled and attached to her key
workers, demonstrating what positive experiences she is having there so far. She isn’t a very independent sleeper just yet but the staff give her the support she needs for naps, for which I am so grateful. They have also been very attentive towards her eating as they get to know her and communicated with me how she has eaten that day, which has also been useful to know - she is now loving the great food on offer more and more! In short, I am so happy with the individual attention the nursery provides to each child, the high standards of care shown by all the staff and the lovely atmosphere. It is so reassuring as a parent to know such a great team are looking after your little one!

A great little nursery with very personal attention to the kids. Small staff numbers make it an intimate experience for the kids and not too chaotic as it can be in larger nurseries. All children are happy and they are extremely flexible in supporting parents. Our daughter has been extremely happy there
from baby through to preschool and loves the staff. The manager is extremely committed and accommodating.

Current Review Score: 8.1 (8.128)

Overview of Review Score

The Review Score of 8.1 (8.128) out of 10 for Busy Bees Ealing Common is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

  1. The Average Rating is 5.0 out of 5 from 1 Reviews in the last 24 months.
  2. The score for the number of positive Reviews is 3.1 out of 5 from 1 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Day Nursery is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 5.000 for Busy Bees Ealing Common is calculated as follows: ( (12 Excellents x 5) ) ÷ 12 Ratings = 5
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5'). The 3.128 Points relating to the number of positive Reviews for Busy Bees Ealing Common is based on 1 positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as per below:

The 5 points available are broken down as follows:

    1. 4 points are available for the first 20 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months; 3 points for the first Positive Review, 0.125 Points for each of the next four Positive Reviews, 0.05 Points for the next five Positive Reviews, and finally 0.025 Points for the next ten Positive Reviews. (1st = 3.000, 2nd = 0.125, 3rd = 0.125, 4th = 0.125, 5th = 0.125, 6th = 0.050, 7th = 0.050, 8th = 0.050, 9th = 0.050, 10th = 0.050, 11th = 0.025, 12th = 0.025, 13th = 0.025, 14th = 0.025, 15th = 0.025, 16th = 0.025, 17th = 0.025, 18th = 0.025, 19th = 0.025, 20th = 0.025) 3 = 3
    2. 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the number of registered child places in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Day Nursery registered for a maximum of 50 child places has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 39 number of registered child places is 7.8. 1 Positive Reviews ÷ 7.8 = 0.128
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Day Nursery does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
