It's been very good from the very start with settling. Very good with communication.

I couldn't be happier with the nursery and the care they provide. I'm fully satisfied in every aspect, from the staff's kindness and professionalism to the overall environment and the activities they provide. It's wonderful to see my son's progress and development every day and week, and it's clear how much he is learning, growing and gaining confidence. The staff make me feel reassured that he is in safe, caring hands, and I really appreciate the effort and dedication they put into supporting his development. I would highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a nurturing, supportive and high-quality environment for their child.

Very happy with this nursery! The staff genuinely care about the children. My daughter has developed in all areas and has grown to be so confident and capable. They provide a safe pair of hands and reassurance. Great facilities, delicious food and ample opportunities which are outside the norm such as dancing and drumming lessons! I'd highly recommend.

The teaching staff are lovely and caring. However it's disappointing to see an average Ofsted report and management don't seem to give any insight into what they are doing to improve this. In general the care is good, however there have been a few situations where this was not the case, I have notified the nursery of this. It's a premium priced nursery, however the standards do not reflect this.

It seems that they do so many different activities and really help to develop the childrens skills. Could not recommend them enough!

My son has developed so much since joining Busy Bees last March. His vocabulary and social skills have developed tremendously, and he is now much more independent with eating and helping with chores. He loves going to nursery and is always excited to be there! He has also become more open to trying healthy foods. He adores his carers, who are so patient and caring. Choosing Busy Bees was one of the best decisions we've made for him.

This is a wonderful nursery with fantastic staff, we would highly recommend. Both of our children have settled in really well there thanks to the care and experience of the staff. We could not be more grateful.

My child is also a fussy eater but enjoys all the food in nursery.

* Baby room leadership: I think having a consistent room lead would help provide more structure and accountability.

Our daughters have settled in so well and have developed such lovely relationships with the nursery staff. We really appreciate how patient and attentive everyone is, and how they take the time to understand each child's individual personality, needs and development.

Even i am not the one interacts directly with staffs in nursery but i can tell how my baby happy since she is in Busy Bees Charlton. They truly take care of my children passionately. I still remember Thu was upset because i left her there for whole day. After first few days , she loves going there and never ask mommy to back home. I am sad when we have to leave .

We feel completely confident and reassured leaving our child in their care. From the very beginning, all the staff have been so warm, friendly, caring, and supportive. They genuinely care about our child and go above and beyond to encourage learning, confidence, and development. It gives us great peace of mind knowing our child is happy, safe, and surrounded by people who truly care. We are very grateful to the whole team for everything they do.

I would recommend this nursery, my son has been attending for 1 year and was initially having separation anxiety but now has made so many good connections with staff and peers and loves going to nursery. The staff were patient and reassuring while he was settling in and now he is a confident and happy little boy. He enjoys the activities, food and lots of outdoor time. I must add without the staff support I would have not started potty training as early as we did, but they were able to spot the signs that my son was ready and with their encouragement and positive attitude he was fully toilet trained in a couple of weeks! Thank you all at Busy Bees.

The staff is amazing. Caring and well trained. Since day 1 we had full confidence in leaving our child in their hands. Our son has many severe allergies and they were able to accommodate any needs and also making us feel safe. His development is extraordinary. We have been in other nurseries in the area and this is by far the best.

We've had such a wonderful experience with Busy Bees Day Nursery. Our little one has grown and developed so much during their time there. The staff have always been caring, supportive, and welcoming. We're very grateful for all the love and care they've given and would highly recommend the nursery!

Absolutely amazing staff who have made the joining process so easy. We only send out daughter 2 days a week so were expecting it to take a while to settle in, but thanks to the staff and her key workers, she is thriving. Everyone is friendly and caring, the rooms are clean with plenty of toys and the food is both healthy and varied. Couldn't ask for anything more!

The team is amazing, and bringing my son to this nursery was the best decision. He was always a happy bunny because of their care and support. I saw a very positive difference in him, and we had such a lovely experience with the whole team. Highly recommended!
