Busy Bees, Hillingdon is a wonderful place. The staff, from management level to the individual key workers, are great people. I was so nervous about my 12-month-old son starting nursery, letting him go into the care of strangers, but, we were guided and encouraged from the very start. It’s still early days for my son and adjustment to nursery life is not an overnight thing for some children, but I know I have the professionalism and support from the gang at Busy Bees. A special thank you to two staff members in particular from Buttercups class, whose arms are always outstretched for a reassuring cuddle to my son and thank you to the assistant centre director and another member of staff, who are on the end of the line to put aside my concerns. It’s credit to the centre director, who is clearly running a great show!

The staff are friendly and the manager has improved the service a great deal and my child enjoys going there and has learnt a lot from the different activities and the nursery is always clean and the food is healthy and nutritious.

All the team members are very friendly. My child feels very comfortable around them. There is a huge improvement than other previous years, where I feel my child is well looked after. My child seems to be learning according to the milestones.

I am very happy with the service. Each morning my daughter is greeted with happy, welcoming faces. She is very happy at nursery which makes it very easy to leave her. When she is feeling a little upset the girls go above and beyond to make sure she settles in.

Hi, I am Vinnie the Centre Director here at Busy Bees Hillingdon.
I have worked at Busy Bees Hillingdon since 2021 and have been in Early Years education for 8 years. I began my career as an Apprentice and worked my way up through training to then being a Level 5 Deputy Manager. I enjoy my role now working at Busy Bees as a Centre Director I feel so happy and rewarded to see all the children in my care grow and flourish to their best potential. I run a team of expectational educators who strive to give the best start in life to our little ones, I care deeply for staff well-being and parent partnership.
