Little Bear's on Wanstead Green is a friendly and welcoming nursery that prides itself on strong parent relationships and on creating a stimulating environment for the children in its care.

All childcarers are highly qualified, support age-specific learning goals, and focus on creating an atmosphere of respect and positive behaviour.

The nursery has recently undergone a comprehensive refurbishment programme to expand facilities to include an independent sensory room and age-specific garden areas within the large garden. As part of their commitment to children's wellbeing, the setting has an air filtration system designed to extract all airborne pollutants from the incoming air supply.

My child has settled into this nursery fabulously. They have been really flexible and let my child take his time to start. I was very anxious as a breast feeding mother and worried about how he would cope with naps and food. The food is varied and yummy.
He has settled really well and looks forward
to nursery, when I collect him he wants to stay !
I've noticed lots of developmental growth in him and I love getting updates on the app. They host lovely events for parents to mingle / feel part of the nursery.
I'd highly recommend this nursery and all the staff who are nurturing and kind.

Our son started in October and has settled in brilliantly. Kiran, the manager, and the whole team have been amazing so friendly, caring, and flexible. The food's great, there's loads of variety, and we've really noticed his development coming on.

We have had a wonderful experience at Little Bears, Wanstead Green. Our daughter started in the baby room around 11 months and recently moved up to the 15 month - 2 years room. The staff are outstanding, so attentive and affectionate. They know our daughter inside out, what she enjoys, what she finds
difficult and what she needs to work on. The management team (Kiran and Jenny) are excellent, extremely professional, diligent and great communicators. You can see they really care about all the children and staff, many of whom have been working at the nursery for 10+ years. They also really make an effort to involve parents, regularly arranging events and parties to celebrate cultural moments. There is a positive and supportive atmosphere in the nursery and you can see everyone is very happy to be there. We couldn't recommend the nursery more highly!

My son has been attending Little Bears on Wanstead Green since October and he has shown great improvement with his language and social skills. The transition phase was quite challenging as I was honestly daunted by the idea of leaving his care with others, but the staff have been extremely helpful and
welcoming. He now enjoys going to nursery and is thriving really well. The staff members are amazing. They genuinely care about the children's well being but also, they are accommodating and very responsive to each and every question/concern I have. Communication between parents and caregivers is very important for us and I commend the Little Bears for being excellent in this area.

A lovely nursery. The team always have a smile on their face. The space is amazing including a large garden and it appears clean. We have found such a wonderful nursery in Little Bears. Naturally, there is nervousness around finding a nursery and leaving your little one for extended periods of time, but seeing how much the staff care for our son and how he responds to them when we drop him off has been such a lovely and rewarding
experience.
When we do a drop-off our one-year-old has huge smiles and goes straight to the staff. They have formed such a lovely bond and it's evident how much they care for the children. The staff really spend the time understanding the children's personalities and needs.
There are so many developmental activities for little ones in sensory and messy play, books, and music, and we love the updates we get throughout the day via the app of our son discovering the world.
Little Bears is truly a gem and we're grateful to have found such a lovely nursery.

Thoroughly satisfied with the daycare services provided by Little Bear's on Wanstead Green. Our daughter has responded very positively to the incredible staff, outside play areas and food provided by the nursery.
The facilities available throughout are exceptional and we have seen our daughter's character
prosper. She is receptive to the staff when being dropped off every morning and this is a real testament to their personable approach to day care. The bond between staff and children was initially clear for us to see and this is still very much true today.
The regular updates through the app are appreciated and put our minds at ease. It also really helps that there is parking space available on-site to drop/pick up your child. Moreover, there is a secure storage facility for you to leave any pushchairs, car seats etc
We would definitely recommend Little Bear's on Wanstead Green as a safe, collaborative and passionate nursery.

Our daughter has been attending Little Bears since September and she really loves it. She doesn't cry during drop off and the staff take really good care of her. We've seen her social skills improve a lot and she's already walking and saying more and more words each day. She's becoming more independent
and confident. As full-time working parents, it was important that she is somewhere that she is happy, safe and enjoys. The staff are really attentive and great with her and us.

I was really worried moving my son’s nursery but I had absolutely no need to be. He’s much happier here and I feel completely relaxed leaving him. He has made lots of friends and is always excited to tell me about his day when I pick him up. They seem to be well organised and make a real effort to engage
the children in many different activities and lots of outdoor play in their amazingly big garden! The staff are also very approachable and I have found communicating with management really easy too.
