Busy Bees Fulham

Our daughter has been at Busy Bees for over a year now, and she started when she was just 10 months old. My partner and I were very nervous about this, and cannot put into words how fond we are of all the staff members here (especially those in the baby room). Terryann, Mabel and Arjola have been with us since the beginning and made our daughter's time at BB so happy. She is always so happy to see them, and we know they look after her so well. Since she has moved to the next room we are continuing to create wonderful relationships with her new teachers, such as Raha and Parvin. On pick up she is happy, clean and well fed following their nutritious menu, and she is always happy at drop off. We are very satisfied with the level of care and communication from the nursery, and honestly could not recommend it higher. The team at BB have made our return to work easier after maternity/parental leave, and are continuing to help shape our daughter's independence and learning experience.

Both of my children absolutely love Busy Bees and my eldest even asks to go there at weekends! Their development and learning has been above what I ever could have expected at their ages. The staff are all so wonderful and caring. The facilities are brilliant and the outdoor area is by far the biggest and best of all the nurseries I looked at in Fulham. The 'extra curricular' activities offered go down very well with my kids. The opening hours (7.30am to 6.30pm) are so useful too when both parents work.

For me is the best nursery ever. My son loves being there, he loves the food, he loves the people. He doesn't skip any meal. We started last year in Sep, he developped so well. The nursery is very spacious, big windows, always coming fresh air. All the staff is very nice and attentive with all kids.I was so lucky to find this nursery and I would definetely recommend.

I would especially like to thank the manager, who runs the nursery with great professionalism and genuine care for every child and family. Her excellent leadership and constant smile make the nursery a place filled with love and care. Thank you all for your amazing efforts.

I am very happy with the care provided at the nursery. I can see a great development change in my son. I appreciate all the attention to detail the director has in addressing my concerns and feedback, and I can see a lot is taken on board. I look forward to also having my youngest baby join the nursery in a few months.

Our daughter learns so much every day and we can see her grow and develop from what she learns at the daycare. We highly recommend the nursery.

The team at Busy Bees Fulham are caring, motivated and positive. Every day they create exciting new activities for the children to take part in, from art to sport, music to books and languages, which is fantastic for the children's development. The administration team are responsive and helpful to any needs. I highly recommend the nursery.

A really great nursery and we are incredibly happy. Both of our children love it, the staff are helpful, accommodating and most importantly nurturing and kind. They know the children's quirks, likes and dislikes, they encourage them as individuals both in terms of learning and development but are equally are firm if they need to be which is so helpful. We've found it to be an incredibly supportive and positive environment, a crucial part of our childcare and are very grateful to all the staff, who are fantastic!

Amazing nursery with great staff members. The nursery has its own app on the phone where you receive all the updates (nappies, meals, sleep tracking and photos) pretty much in real-time and when I pick up my child I have an idea of how his day went, which is not only useful but also great as I feel that I stay connected with him.

Busy Bees at Fulham is absolutely fantastic! My son has been very happy here and is always looking forward to going to nursery. We get a lot of 'tomorrow we are going to school.' As a parent I am very happy with every aspect of the care they give. I love their way of teaching, their way of communicating with the parents and the encouragement and relationships they build with the children. My son has made great developmental milestones thanks to their support and encouragement. The staff, including the director are warm and very friendly, the nursery feels like a second family. They are very professional, flexible and always very willing to help! The key workers my son has worked with have been amazing and have provided great care and interest in my son's development. Thank you all for the amazing work you do!

It is a wonderful nursery; my daughters attended it. Staff make the days full of fun and laughter; vast indoor and outdoor spaces make so much difference. There is a variety of age-appropriate, development activities. The nursery manager is hands-on, she listens and acts on feedback, her communication is excellent. Staff are very caring and enthusiastic about what they do, which in turn creates a sparkle in the children. My small one absolutely adores her teachers. Her room lead provides clear feedback at the end of the day and comes up with suggestions to work together, should issues arise (terrible 2s!). App is updated several times a day. Delicious and healthy meals are prepared in-house by the Italian chef. Important point to mention: we witnessed a very professional and efficient organisation during COVID, strict bubbles, lots of outdoors time, increased safeguards in place, clear communication and many more.

My son is so happy since he started going at Busy Bees in Fulham. He was almost 3 when he started going at BB Fulham as on the previous nursery where he had been full time since the age of 19 months, the key person on his room was suspended due to inappropriate behaviour with children (and was even an outstanding nursery in Fulham). I was worried about how he would deal with the change, especially after the trauma he had. Busy Bees Fulham was reassuring and so supportive throughout the whole process. Since starting at Busy Bees Fulham he has flown beyond my hopes. He is so happy to go there, he even brings our shoes because he can’t wait to go to the nursery. The staff are really good, they listen to you, to your child’s needs and they are always happy and bright. My son needs extra help and support and I have seen them working more with him and giving him the time that he needs to express himself. I absolutely adore everything that they are doing, as my son has changed 100%.

I am so happy with this nursery. My child has settled so well and I am blown away with how welcoming they are including the director. They really have catered to all of our needs! Thank you all!

Totally happy to be back. Great communication from the team and such a bubbly atmosphere when entering and leaving. For really strange times my daughter is really happy to be back with the Fulham family!

New to the nursery, but very impressed by the warmth of the staff and the atmosphere. My little one has settled in nicely.

I am the nanny of a child who attends the preschool and has been doing drop off and collection for almost 2 years now. They are absolutely amazing! I am sure he will be ready for school very soon with their support. The facilities are great and they focus on every individual child also taking into account parent or carer requests. Love Busy Bees Fulham!

This nursery is absolutely great! My niece loves coming into Fulham Busy Bees and the staff know her so well. I enjoy bringing her into nursery each day and I receive such a great welcome each time. The children look like they have lots of fun and I love that my niece is learning Spanish.

My son has been at the nursery since June 2018 (when he was six months old) and I have not encountered any issues with his care or wellbeing. He is always clean and happy when I pick him up, the staff are overall very friendly, polite and welcoming, both to ourselves as parents and to my son and I am satisfied that he is well looked after. He appears to be progressing well with new motor skills and his language is coming on leaps and bounds. There still appears to be quite a large staff turnover and there have been a couple of days where I have not recognised anyone in his room. This made drop-off less easy for him as he didn't recognise any familiar faces either and became upset. I know that a lot of effort has been made to improve staff and management-related issues, and I have noticed a positive difference even if it is still a work in progress. I would love to be able to do a "fly on the wall" one day, maybe staying for a half hour or so to observe how he behaves and interacts.
