Our daughter has attended Bright Horizons since she was one, she is due to leave for school this year and attends 5 days a week.
She has a number of health conditions and so we were very anxious about leaving her in someone's care but from the beginning all the staff have been incredible. They have
taken great care of her, following her care plan throughout and we have always been made to feel heard. She has loved going to nursery every day and formed great relationships with a key workers and other children. I can't recommend bright horizons in Swanscombe enough

Our daughter has been at BH Kingston Nursery and Preschool since she was 2, and could not be happier. She's made great progress, especially in her social communication, thanks to the fantastic support from her key worker, staff and management. They also keep us regularly updated on her progress, which
we really value. She goes in everyday excited and happy, which says it all. We are very grateful and would both like to thank and recommend the nursery.

My son has thrived at this nursery, the staff are engaging and passionate about their work. They encourage and support his development and share our excitement when he meets new milestones whether this be potty training or learning something new. The nursery always feels like a welcoming environment
because the staff are so open and friendly, the toys are a little worn and tired but the nursery work hard to create new engaging areas such as the forest school.

I started my son at this nursery in April, and have found the staff super welcoming and friendly. My son is quickly acclimatising to the nursery and they have made the drops offs and pick ups easier than expected. The updates on the app are super helpful to ease my worries about how he's getting on;
and I enjoy seeing photo updates, and would love to see them more frequently. I highly recommend this nursery.

We recently moved to another nursery in Kingston, and care and attention were our top priorities. Thanks to recommendations from friends, we found the right and safe place for our child.


The nursery manager and deputy manager are very experienced. You really feel like you are talking to another mother

who understands you, but at the same time they are very professional and experienced. They are always smiling and very solution-oriented.


Because of their experience, they have seen everything and they solve things in a very practical way. They support you with anything, from sleep routine to settling in.


The whole team is also very helpful. Even in urgent situations, like ad hoc days or sudden changes in plans, they always respond quickly and try to help.


They also take children's safety very seriously, which gives us peace of mind.


Staff know all the children, even if they are not in the same class, and they always try to support you.


My son is very happy here, and that means ever

We're extremely happy with how well supported our daughter is at Elm Grove. We started our son at the nursery when he was just 4 and a half months old, part-time, and I was naturally very anxious about him being so young. From the very beginning, the staff were incredible. They kept me regularly updated and reassured, which made such a difference in those early days.


He settled

so well in the baby room and was always happy and excited to see the girls there. Moving up into the next room, he had the exact same positive experience. Now, he loves seeing all the staff and his little friends, which is so reassuring as a parent because I know he feels safe and comfortable.


Since increasing his days, he has absolutely flourished. It's so clear how much he enjoys being there, and that makes me feel really happy and confident in our choice. The staff are always warm, caring, and genuinely seem to love every child they look after.


We couldn't ask for a better environment for him.

We joined the nursery in February and had a great introduction from both management and staff. They were happy to answer all the questions we had and also took the time to learn as much as they could about our daughter, her routine, and her preferences. It immediately felt welcoming and reassuring,
which made the transition much easier for us.


The staff are friendly and you can really tell they care about nurturing the children and helping them develop. We particularly love that each child has a plan for further development, which shows a thoughtful and personalised approach. The location is lovely, with plenty of toys and activities, and there's also a nice outdoor space for the children to enjoy. The nursery also has great security measures, which gives us real comfort knowing our daughter is safe while she's there.


The mobile app is fantastic too, with regular updates on meals, naps, and photos from activities.

After thoroughly reviweing several montesorris nearby and doing a detailed visit we have been highly impressed with Haydon Hall Montesorri approach. The environment is so positive and thriving. Our Son began developing core skills in just 2nd hour of his settling session. The place is clean, staff are
super supportive and polite, they are willing to out of their way to accomodate our needs. They are patient and flexible. The space is extremely clean and airy. Alison and George take personal interest in every child and go through great lengths to make Parents and grandparents feel confident and comfortable. Their curriculum, food, teachers are highly attentive and accomodating. By far the best thriving Montessori in NorthWest London

Bright Horizons Tytherington is a truly exceptional place where babies are nurtured and cared like family!
I moved my baby to BH, Tytherington after a tricky start in another setting. Immediately I noticed the exceptional leadership and the vast experience of the team! They have rigorous policies
and systems in place yet at the core is real warmth and care.
The manager of the baby room has been incredibly supportive in supporting my little one to settle in. After just a few sessions, my baby had made an incredible transformation from crying through every session at his previous setting, to now reaching out to the baby room staff, ready to go in and have fun. There's always something new for him to enjoy!
The team consistently go above and beyond to care for our whole family, offering support with weaning and sleep challenges.
We couldn't be happier with the nursery and look forward to out little one continuing to grow and flourish here.
