Bright Horizons Basingstoke Copper Beeches Day Nursery and Preschool

My daughter has been at Bright Horizons for the last year and she is thriving here. We are kept regularly updated on daily schedule and progress on activities. She's engaged in a variety of activities that are developmentally well-rounded. She's built strong friendships with her peers and with her carers as well. I personally love the abundance of outside space for the children, and how this is sectioned per age groups. The leadership is also very open to feedback and making appropriate adjustments where necessitated.

No regrets whatsoever in picking this nursery. 10/10

Great job!

My child attends full time, and I always feel comfortable leaving my child with the staff. My child has special dietary needs as well. The nursery staff are knowledgeable, and I can tell they genuinely care about the children they look after. My child comes home happy, narrating what they did during the day. The management is always responsive to concerns, and we feel well supported as parents. I cannot think of anything negative to say. They have a great team.

As first time parents we were incredibly anxious about her starting nursery but our experience with Bright Horizons has been fantastic. Charlotte and the team are so friendly and welcoming that it just feels like a second home for her during the week. I was surprised at how quickly our daughter settled in which takes a huge amount of stress off when you are returning to work for the first time. The nursery is really well organised and has everything in place to ensure the children have good food, variety in their activities and plenty of time outdoors playing. Our daughter is always happy on drop off and collections so we are confident that she is enjoying her time there. We are kept well informed throughout the day with the app and regular photos to put our mind at ease. Our daughter required some extra support with her mobility and eating in the early days but the team in her room have been absolutely fantastic and it is so lovely to see that she is now thriving.

We couldn't be happier with this nursery! After moving from another setting and wondering whether nursery is right for my little boy or whether to go down the childminder route, Bright Horizons has completely changed both of our experiences. Despite his attachment issues, he now loves being at nursery and has formed some really lovely relationships with the staff. The communication is excellent, both through the app and in person, the team are all very approachable and it's clear how well the children are cared for. It's great to see pictures and plans of the activities the children get up to and we have been kept up to date with assessments too. We would 100% recommend this nursery to anyone interested in sending their child here!

Our son attends Bright Horizons Cooper Beech three days a week, and the experience has been fantastic. The environment is warm, structured, and focused on helping children grow with confidence. The staff are caring, professional, and truly invested in every child's progress. I've seen great improvements in my son's confidence, communication, and curiosity to learn. The nursery keeps parents well-informed and involved, which I really appreciate. The mix of learning and play is just right, and my son always looks forward to his time there. Overall, Bright Horizons Cooper Beech has been a wonderful part of his weekly routine. Highly recommend!

We absolutely love Bright Horizons. We needed to start our little one earlier than planned as our circumstances changed and it could have been really stressful but the team made sure we were comfortable and the app is great to see what she's up to day to day. We can see huge changes already from the activities she does there and her confidence is soaring. I have no concerns at all dropping her off knowing she sleeps well, eats well and has the best time. She's always smiling when we pick her up and covered in something fun from the daily activities. Couldn't recommend more for any first time parents a little nervous about starting the nursery journey - the team really do make it stress free and are always happy to answer any questions.

We've returned to Bright Horizons for our second child's daycare after such a great experience with our first and it's like being with family again. The setting is just as beautiful and the rooms clean, bright and welcoming. The staff are fab; so positive, helpful and genuinely caring about the children and their development. The care and love for the children is evident in the passion of everyone who works there - from creating fun activities that nurture the children's development, to providing a hugely varied and nutritious menu that I couldn't dream of replicating at home. We highly recommend Bright Horizons!

I have had nothing but excellence from this nursery, my baby is happy and thriving, she is well taken care of by staff that genuinely love and care about her, I've noticed how much she has developed and how much more she can do because she is there everyday. We feel 100% assured that she is in the best place she could be in. I'm so grateful.

Starting our daughter at Copper Beeches has been such a stress free experience. Everything we could have asked for and more has been catered for and the environment in the nursery is bright and fun. You really feel that everyone there cares about doing what's best for the children and taking their jobs seriously. Our daughter has quite a rare allergy but all our worries were put at ease with the precautions that the nursery put in place. She eats and sleeps well and we get full updates throughout the day on how she's getting on.

Our daughter has settled in so well and loves being dropped off each day for a new day of learning and fun.

The nursery have been amazing since my son started 2 years ago. Since then, my daughter has also started and I feel so confident and comfortable dropping them off and I know that they love being there and love the staff.

My Daughter joined Bright Horizons this April and she has been doing amazing there. Her confidence with socialising with other children has grown and she enjoys all the activities like music time. She has fun filled days there and the nursery always updates me with how she's doing and what's she has been up to which is great to see. The staff are all lovely at Bright Horizons and create a friendly environment for her. Overall very happy with this nursery.

Brilliant nursery! Very well ran with an amazing supportive manager, deputy and thirds in charges. My daughter is thriving in the Blossoms room, her communication has come on leaps and bounds thanks to the wonderful staff and nothing is ever too much. We get updated throughout the day on the app for mealtimes, nappy changes and nap times! They've also recently started doing activity planning which parents can see weekly! This is a brilliant idea and the regular posts help me to see what she is doing on a daily basis. The transitions from room to room are very well organised so when she moved from the baby rooms to toddlers myself and my wife weren't as nervous as everything is explained and settling sessions are done prior. Overall a very very happy dad! Keep up the great work Copper Beeches!

The app to follow what they have been up to is very reassuring and if there are any questions or concerns, these are quickly dealt with.

It's handy to know that everything is included as well.

Communication is another area where the nursery excels. We receive regular updates and insights into our child's day, which provides peace of mind and allows us to feel connected even when we are apart. This level of transparency and engagement is truly appreciated and adds to the overall positive experience.

I am very glad we found this nursery, and I wouldn't want her to go anywhere else.
