This is a wonderful nursery! My son has been with the nursery since he was 10 months and is now nearing 3. In that time the leadership of the nursery has shone through with creative, nurturing and child-centric care, activities and learning opportunities. He is greeted each day by welcoming staff who know him and who he is excited to see. It is always tough leaving your child but it is made so much easier knowing that he is getting so much from the care and has made such progress with the team there as well as making little friends. I am really grateful.

We had a lovely experience at Bright horizons Beaufort park where our daughter started in 2-3s , staff was very welcoming and genuinely contributed towards her journey. She learnt, explored and achieved wrt her developmental milestones. nursery has brilliant facility and we loved her happiness going in there every day. We had lovely over all experience . I am very happy with Bright Horizons Nursery. The staff are all very friendly and caring. The food is good, and the activities are excellent and engaging for the children. The nursery is always clean and well maintained. I also really appreciate the way the staff look after the children with care and attention. Very good nursery overall. Friendly staff, kids have a lot of place to play and spend quite a lot time outside. And the main indicator for me is that kid likes going to the nursery, loves spending time there and enjoying it as well as likes everyone who he interact with. Also stuff was very understanding and supportive during adaptation period.

We had a good experience at Bright Horizons West Dulwich. Our son was taken good care of. The communications was good. The staff and team were great. The space was safe and the facilities including the room was good

Big thanks to Kerry & Chloe for the incredible care they have shown my son & me during his settling-in. They've been absolutely phenomenal from day 1. The nursery's decision to offer an extended 2 week settling-in with gradual increasing hours made such a huge difference to both my son's confidence & my own. It allowed him to settle at his own pace & gave me the reassurance I needed as a first-time nursery mum. When I was nervous/emotional, Kerry & Chloe comforted me & I was welcome to stay in the parent room throughout my son's sessions, which made the transition very easy. My little boy has been so happy exploring & playing. Nap time has naturally been the only challenge, but Kerry & Chloe have been endlessly patient & gentle, helping him feel safe & comforted every step of the way. Every update has been reassuring, giving me confidence that my son is genuinely cared for. Thanks to them I can return to work worryfree knowing he's in the best hands. Kerry & Chloe are absolute stars!

We couldn't be happier with this nursery. The staff are always friendly and exceptionally caring, creating a warm and supportive environment for both children and parents. From the management team to the carers in the rooms, everyone is wonderful and clearly dedicated. They were especially supportive during a very stressful time when our son was in hospital. Their kindness, understanding, and reassurance meant a great deal to our family, and we felt truly supported throughout. Both of our children have attended the nursery and have received excellent care. It has been so reassuring to see how happy and settled they are there each day. We are also especially thrilled to see that many of the staff who looked after our older child are still at the nursery now that our younger one attends. That continuity speaks volumes about the team and the positive environment they have created. One thing that truly sets this nursery apart is the sense of community the manager has created. They regularly organise wonderful extracurricular events, such as bingo nights and family fun days, which bring families together and help build meaningful relationships. It makes the nursery feel like a warm, caring community rather than just a childcare facility, and that's something we've really valued.

Our daughter has been at Cedar House since August 2024 and we love it. The team are fantastic, facilities are great and the menu is healthy and varied. My 2 daughters went to Bright Horizons from age 1-4, the staff were always fantastic and the activities were excellent especially in preschool to have fun and prepare them for school. The staff follow their procedures assiduously as far as I can tell, always documenting any injuries carefully and keeping to their ratios. I don't worry about my kids while they are there. The food is also great.
