The staff team at Grove Lodge are some of the most kind and caring children's workers you could meet. Their dedication to learning and development is first class, and we have felt supported with both of our children attending. They provide a wonderfull environment for children to grow, learning about themselves, others and the world.

Our little boy has transitioned from a previous pre school to Bright Horizons Worthing so well and we're so happy with our choice on sending him here, every single member of staff is so helpful and friendly, we always know he is well looked after. The pre school room is well equipped with lots of different learning activities and our little boy has already learnt so much from the short amount of time he has been attending we also love the garden space for how big and safe it is for children. We would always recommend the preschool we really couldn't of asked for a better place for our little boy to thrive and get him ready for school

He absolutely loves going and is always greeted with smiling faces. It's so reassuring to see how excited he is when he arrives and how happy and content he is when we pick him up. The team clearly puts so much thought into creating a safe, stimulating, and loving environment for the babies.

We've noticed such positive development in his confidence, social skills, and curiosity since starting. The activities are engaging and age-appropriate, and we really appreciate the regular updates and photos that show us what he's been up to during the day.

BH Crawley offers exceptional infrastructure-truly the best in and around Crawley and Copthorne. We enrolled our son when he was just 10 months old, and the team has been outstanding from day one. Their caring and friendly approach made us feel completely at ease as first-time parents.

One feature we particularly appreciate is their digital app, which serves as a seamless hub for all communication and keeps us reassured about our child's day.

My daughter started this nursery in September having not experienced any form of childcare beforehand. The nursery have been amazing in supporting myself and my daughter through this huge transition and the care they have provided so far has been excellent. I drop my daughter off in the morning and leave feeling confident she is going to receive the absolute best care and support and she is already learning so much more. I could not recommend this nursery more!

Really organised, caring , supportive nursery. My twins attended for 3 years and settled in so well. They foster a family feel and are so invested in all the children. Everyone is very friendly and all of the staff get to know you and your child. They listen and remember any quirks and instructions. I feel very at ease leaving her here, the app is great for keeping up to date of what she's up to each day. Food is good. My daughter is very happy x

Overall we have had a good experience of starting at this nursery, the staff are very friendly and caring and it seems like a good place to be. They also take allergies very seriously. The few things that could be better organised are the administration/forms. Also some more communication with how best to settle our baby into nursery would have been helpful, as my baby was really upset and distressed during the first week and I feel this could have been avoided.

My child loves going to this nursery, he gets very excited as we arrive. The staff are wonderful, build great connections with children and are highly engaging. You get a full run down of their day when your child is handed over which I love. Food is also amazing, home cooked meals and snacks provided, which my son loves and often has seconds! I highly recommend this nursery.

As she begins preschool here, we're confident her learning journey will flourish. The facilities are excellent - always clean, welcoming, and full of opportunities to discover. She comes home happy and excited every day, and we couldn't be happier!

Our daughter just graduated from Grove Lodge, after attending for the past 3.5 years. This was the only nursery we wanted, and this was solely down to the staff and the environment we could see they create for the children. The staff are fantastic and are incredibly involved with the children. They truly know each and every child so well and they find fun and creative ways to teach and engage the children - our daughter's developed absolutely sky rocketed after she started and she was constantly amazing us with new things she'd come home and tell us she learned. We couldn't be more grateful for Grove Lodge's impact on our daughter's early years and for creating a space where we knew she was always safe, cared for and well fed with yummy and nutritious food! They did a great job at prepping the children and parents for school. As sad as we are to leave the setting and the wonderful staff, they have helped us to feel fully prepared and ready for the next stage of our daughter's life.

When our daughter joined at 2.5 years old after we relocated to Shoreham, we were anxious about moving her from a nursery she'd loved since she was a baby. The team immediately put us at ease with a thoughtful settling-in session, taking time to understand her likes, dislikes, and needs. She settled in far quicker than we expected, and the staff not only comforted her but also supported us as parents. The activities are fun, engaging, and educational, and she comes home every day excited to share something new she has learned. It's clear the team are passionate about their work and genuinely love seeing the children thrive. We're so impressed with the care, enthusiasm, and dedication shown, and we will definitely be enrolling our next child too!

Both my little boy and myself love this nursery. Staff are super lovely and approachable! Staff are always happy to answer questions, and are a genuine joy to talk to. The feedback on pick up is always detailed. Food is always good!!

Couldn't recommend enough!

Bright horizons put on a graduation day for the preschool leavers. It was such a nice day to celebrate my child's journey all the way from Baby 1 all the way up to preschool and all the hard work and care from all the staff throughout his progression through Bright horizons gone into helping him develop throughout his early years and set him up for his next big step transitioning him into primary school which he will be starting in September. The day meant a lot to the children, and you could really tell it meant a lot to the team as well. The staff are fantastic and really care about the children in they look after. Highly recommend bright horizons Horsham to any parent looking for early years care.

Wonderful nursery! Our daughter is very happy attending this nursery and has formed close bonds with many staff in each room she has been in. They have very creative ideas and our daughter has learnt so much. We haven't got a bad word to say about this fantastic nursery. We absolutely recommend it highly!
