Bright Horizons Nottingham Day Nursery and Preschool

Its been great to see my son settle into the baby room within a couple of full days. He likes it there and is happy to go in each day. He gets exposed to various activities each day which makes a significant improvement to his motor skills. He is also very excited to see kids anywhere and wants to talk to them. The caregivers in the baby room are wonderful and accommodate specific requests as much as they can. Seeing all the regular updates and photos on the app makes this a very reassuring experience for a working parent.

Your child is your most priced possetion - a care & love that you can not describe - however I feel confidant leaving my child at Bright Horizons. The staff are so kind & supportive. They ensure my child feels physically & phycologically safe. She is absolutly florashing this is due to the support she is resiving at BH. We have so much change occoring - new baby & moving house. Nursery have supported my daughter & myself through this - forever greatfull... & yes the new addition will deffinaty be apart of the BH family!

Bright Horizons is an excellent nursery. They offer an excellent level of activities and resources tailored to the children's needs. The staff are very personable, friendly, caring and positive. Our daughter is really enjoying her time at nursery and we can see so many positive developmental changes. I would recommend Bright Horizons to any parent.

My daughter started nursery 5 months ago, and the staff have been nothing but great, helpful and welcoming. She loves going to nursery and has come on loads with her development in the 5 months of starting.

Great staff, all friendly and welcoming. The progress my little boy has made since starting is amazing. He seems so happy every time he gets picked up and enjoys playing and making new friends. Very caring team.

We have found our experience with Bright Horizons to be super smooth and all the staff have been great at supporting our child's transition to starting nursery. Communication via the app is really helpful and informative. We feel safe & happy knowing our son is in their care.

My 14-month-old son started at this nursery in September after having weekly settling-in sessions throughout August, and the experience has been nothing short of wonderful. From day one, the staff have been incredibly attentive, warm, and genuinely passionate about what they do. It's clear that they truly enjoy spending time with the children and creating a safe, nurturing environment.

Every time I pick my son up, he is well looked after fed, clean, and always smiling. The level of care they provide really puts my mind at ease, and I can see how much he enjoys being there. He absolutely loves attending nursery, and that in itself speaks volumes about the positive atmosphere and the wonderful team.

The management team are always helpful and approachable. As a first time parent and getting my head around fees and processes they have been brilliant

My daughter loves the nursery she's recently has a smooth transition into the toddler room. The nursery supported with visits, routines and activities. My daughter gets fully involved, built great relationships and I see regular achievement in her development.

Members of staff go above and beyond for my son! They go out there way to make sure he's alright and having the most amazing experience and feels secure and comfortable in his surroundings! He is wary of new people and places but took no time to settle in here with the employees and there amazing energy towards everyone! Now my son can't wait to come home and tell me about his day and what they've all done and learnt together!

Excellent nursery. When my daughter was unwell, the teachers monitored her temperature every hour and recorded the information in the app. They also gave her emergency Calpol. When I visited the GP, the doctor was surprised at how well they had been monitoring my daughter's temperature. The doctor even said this is the best nursery they've come across, as they had never seen such thorough care from any other nursery.

I really wanted to live my review because I am happy with the care my nephew receives here. The facilities very clean and tidy, and like staff very much, all of them are very friendly and professional. I love the nursery app they use, which provides clear information about the child activities throughout the day. The garden area is wonderful, with a natural environment and plenty of facilities for physical activities. I highly recommend this nursery.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff ensuring my daughter is looked after every day. From the first day my daughter was very happy and excited to come in to the nursery. The staff always have built connection with my daughter but also expanded her skills, from creative play to social confidence. The facilities are clean and engaging. Communication with parents - excellent. Food freshly cooked and healthy.
